haven't cooled it yet, and it needs more patience, but I had an idea I wanted to try real quick and here it is. 2*30g KA1 claptoned with 32g N80 framed with 28g N80 groove fused with 38g N80 then that was framed with 26g KA1 and fused in the spaces of the previous fuse with 36g N80.. didn't spend a lot of time with it, and it shows however, with more time and some ribbon wire, might be on to something.
speaking of ribbon, I've been thinking of using some .3 to do the fuse in a SFC and then taking tweezers or the like and sort of bending the ribbon up in the center.. any comments on that idea??

They aren't too hard Anthony. Ndevine has a great tutorial on them, even though its like 2 hours long, but once I watched that I immediately knew I could make one again. It's not a really strong build for me either. They come out cool looking but they tend to spit and I would still prefer a fralien to be honest. I think wrapping a mohawk alien is the hardest part cause you've gotta untwist the wire while you wrap it. I do have an RDA that I think they would be good in if I can get around to making another one. I'm just gonna be busy and out of commission for the next few days.
Yeah, I know how to make em, I just never did. I tend to make builds that I’ll vape, the Mohawks are more for coil porn IMO. I do need to start building up my instagram though so you guys are going to start seeing more builds from me. I gotta grab a cordless drill first so I could stagger better. I know a lot of people just use a vice and put their corded drill in it but I build on my marble kitchen table... no way I’m putting a big ol voce on it lol

I totally agree with you. My favorite vape is the fralien, which btw you are like the King of. I swear I'm not kissing ass I'm telling you, you make the cleanest most beautiful colored fraliens. I can think of a couple other guys/gals that can do them well but your doing a great job you've got a lot of talent man.

Thanks so much man... it really does mean a lot! And yeah, that’s part of the reason I need to start building up my instagram... im going to start sharing my coils and juice with the world again lol. I’m currently looking around for small containers to put coils in (small circular shape with flat surface for circular label on top.. if anyone has a good source for them please let me know!). I got a thing going on with a local shop by me but I need to branch out a bit on my own.

I personally bought this one's they are small fits perfectly pair of coils. But i think you can go with better containers to but this is a good start and cheap to!

I think most hand crafted coil vendor use jewelry containers, like the little circular containers with foam in them so you can pin earrings to them and so on. I bet if you did a search for small jewelry containers you could find something. I think when it comes to selling coils the biggest overhead is going to be the packaging. Your fraliens are definitely good enough to sell so I'd love to try a pair when you get up and running just let me know I'll be the first to place an order!

Me myself i use huge ass mousepad like 1 metre wide and i have my drill mounted on a drill press vice

I was almost sleeping at my desk watching builds and stuff. Couldn't help myself to do some fraliens i got everything allright but tired as i am now i just couldn't consentrate enough on alienwraps and messedup 2 times and that was at the worst possible location on the whole wire 
Still managed somehow to do 5 wraps on 2.5mm screwdriver didin't go to waste...pheew

google 'retail packaging supplier'. i found places selling those fancy velvet bags the goon/apocalypse/etc comes in, the little plastic tubes/circles, various boxes and jars. theres a scary amount of options tbh...
so i wanted to try a binary ssfc last night, but i dont have a corrugation tool...so i took apart my 'ultra chef express' and used the gears from it in an experiment. its a bit too toothy so my corrugated wire was way too wide to fit my build. i tried to stretch it out a bit but by the time it was narrow enough to fit, it was kinda wrecked. i got an inch or two into my groove fuse and could see that it wasnt gonna work. thats my first fully failed build in ages
gonna have to try something special to make up for it if i get time tonight.
accidentally grabbed kanthal instead of n80 on the 26g, ramp up kinda kills it lol

I prefer to build the ones that require the least amount skill hahahaha here lately I've just been building to pass time, trying to combine different builds in different ways. fc, sfc, ssfc, framed variants.. I can and have done them - still do on occasion just here lately for some reason I've gotten staggering/fusing/helixing different things in my head idk.. plus, a big, flat, wide coil looks cool

I'm so out of practice it isn't even funny :/ glad I've got the clamps in my hands now though @KingPin! I never got charged an import fee yano, mine were sent to an old address, luckily they kept hold of them for me, but no charges or anything of the sort. The price on the outside was about $35 as well so I don't know how they slipped through
