Apparently a 6 hour blood pressure shot. Expecting to have to deal with hospitals and stupid family. Her dr took her off bp meds when her bp got too too low.

hopefully i don't need to deal with nurse sister, who thinks lecturing me will effect mum's health, and spouts off how mum is going to drop dead any second every chance she gets...

blood pressure crisis is prolly a good incentive to buy that bike though

Prayers for her rapid recovery. Mom had a frozen shoulder after a break. They went back in and she did well for decades. Hope K has the same good results.

just what i needed, thanks glow

pretty much only staying up now to see if mum needs any supplies. Unsure if she'll go, or if i should nag her to [or leave her be] I think offering to buy her smokes fits with our family better as a nudgey way to say "i think you need to go"

the ambulance and ER won't cost anything, unsure about a stay

I don't remember riding being difficult when I was a wee lad.
It is laborious now. But not so much so that you can't keep going.

You'll get used to the vomiting and leg spasms.

Been trying to find good google search terms.

Cycling for beginners was too much
Cycling for weight loss said measure heart rate over a half hour ride
Cycling for absolute beginners wasn't much better
Cycling for fatties just said do whatever you can to start with, even if it is just to the servo to buy milk. That sounds about right

Nerve block sounds fun.

Thinking I'll go to the farmers market tomorrow. Weather permitting. There is a bunch of asian grocers around there too. Msg laden asian ramen is far better than western stuff. As well as other snacks

Not anticipating much produce. Kale is in season. They have butchers though.

Tomatoes are good. With the chooks and resulting poop though, my soil just grows foliage. Nothing ever fruits for excess nitrogen.

I do like cheese!

Sis says I am getting better. Dr. says I am getting better. Why do I disagree? Could it be the pain I have when I sit, stand, lay down or walk? LOL. I am a kitty as Hawk would say! Next week we are going to inject the SI joint with steroids. If it feels better, then we know what the problem is for certain. At that point, I guess we just continue more of the same. At least I have some exercises I can do so I don't feel so helpless over my fate.

I am not going to whine. I am going to say that I feel pretty worthless just now. Want to go to WORK! I did just get my first WC check. Not great but better than nothing. I haven't had a check for over a month and was getting a little scared.

Lots of people have it worse than I do and I am grateful for what I have.

Scientifically proven.....any outside source, injecting any intrest/harm/damage/intrest in Hawks neutering region, keeps me from wandering!!!! Just sayin'!!!
My apologies for the lack of input, but rest assured I keep up with the antics of the knuckles. Cuz the knuckles mean a lot to me.

It's mow naked day......who's in.....other than HOT Em and her turbo/naked mower of death?
Naked mowing.....then white boy fish tacos. Which means....baked tilapia, store bought Cole slaw and whatever else that's in the fridge that needs culling!!!!.....

1pak....unfreeze that limb. I get the cold shoulder thing where you're involved.....but for her sake.....youknowwhatimsayin? Hope K's woes get better.
Rooboy....take care of mom. Thoughts with you 2......

She's already able to raise her arm much higher. It just hurts like he'll.

olympics start this week

not sure how much knowledge you'ze guys have of aussie olympic teams... guessing much less than the world in general is of the states since they always win

the pool is our traditional turf, up there with the best of them... last olympics was kinda a bust though. They are expecting us to return to form in rio. Not the calibre of the hacket/thorpe years, but good
