Yesterday, I dropped off a script at the chemist. Went to the post office while they prepared it for me
I walked out of the post office, thinking about how nice the sun was, straight home and not via the chemist

fancy coffee maker. Get to retire the 7 year old, $28 Hamilton beach mud maker.
Kuerig one that does espresso is not bad. Nespresso is good, but the pods are pricey.

I’m getting a Ninja specialty coffee maker.
mixed reviews but my son and DIL have one so I’ve had the opportunity to do some hands on with it and it is pretty cool. They just make a pot now and then and never do the fun stuff with it. I asked to see the frother attachment and they didn’t even know where it was.
my wife is excited for me to have more coffee stuff (mocha pot, aero press, pour over, burr grinder...etc...) and is looking forward to me finding locally roasted beans and a bevy of coffee additives and recipes to play around with.
she’s so lucky to be able to share in my obsessions.

I have a coworker who is a sourdougher....but I don’t think he’s named his starter.
If I had a sourdough starter I would name it David Gates. I think that would be appropriate.

Yeah, Bread was a girly band but the tune mother freedom rocked.
But other than that.....girly band. And, David Gates would be an awesome name for a sourdough starter.

and I’m not done there. I have more Friday/Monday days off coming up so the suck it factor will continue.
my coworker is being a whiny beeotch about it but he had no problem taking weeks off during the busy time....1week unpaid cuz he didn’t have time left...so he can suck it too.
Im feeling empowered.
I just rawred myself again.
