Mornin', Knuckles and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I'm quite happy to stay home and cook today. No going out in the cold for me. I'm not even sure what time we'll eat the turkey......lol I found a little 9lb. turkey and that will be perfect for just Mike and I. I'll miss being with my family but I'm going to make the best of it.

Em.......It's cold here, too. Quite surprised to still have snow from the storm last Sunday. We haven't had a "white" Thanksgiving in years. I do hope that means we'll have a white Christmas.

I bet you will be amazed with a few good night's sleep on your new bed and mattress, Dan!!! You'll be a new man! LOL

I'm off to start cutting bread for stuffing and peeling those potatoes! I hope you all eat lots of turkey and pass out from the tryptophan!!!

You are pretty observant, Doggie. I'm not running at all. My arthritic knees can't take it (thanks to my dad's genetics...lol). This summer I began walking and doing water aerobics....and I'll toot my own horn because I'm so thrilled that I hit -40lbs. since June 1st on Tuesday. I'm now almost at my wedding weight (big thing for us ladies...lol). I've really changed a lot of habits since then. Today, I'm going to eat all of my favorites....but, I already put 2 miles in walking and hope to another 2 miles tonight to offset it and have another good week in the books.

It is huge and so was I....... :( I think with everything going on with my brother and then taking care of Mike's dad and Mike.....I forgot to take care of me. After Mike's dad passed in May....I knew it was time. My goal original goal was to lose 50 by New Year's Eve.....I don't think I'll hit that, but I know that I'll be close.

Thanks, Dan.....I will enjoy just for today.:vino:

Good morning all.
Steph...wow. That's such a big accomplishment. I keep walking every day (almost) but haven't lost any weight. But I haven't given up my daily ice cream ritual, either.

I'm not cooking or baking at all this year. I'm going to go eat at my cousin's who cooks for an army even though there'll only be bout a dozen people there. And she already told me to bring tupperware. Hurray for leftovers.
Definitely wearing stretch pants today.

Morning knuckles

Pewped here. Tony got to meet most of the extended family and that went well. I'm with embee, small talk is azzhausting. Then tried target black Friday, got to the checkout line and noped out of there. Went home and ordered almost everything I needed for Christmas online. Also probably going to order a new mod and a few new tanks.

Hope all had a good turkey day. I'm thankful for everyone here, it's been an awesome adventure with y'all knuckles

Howdy guys! Hope you all had a good Turkey Day! Im hoping to start spending a bit more time hanging on here and less time in panick attack mode. My greenhouse project has evolved into my own little hell. So that will be over soon :( I'm honestly pretty torn up about it. I have kind of dedicated my life to my plants, I really think I could help people... I really want to help people.... IDK I just feel like all my work this past few months was for nothing. Just life I suppose

At least I have fuzzy butt and nesquick

Survived the hike. Had a great time. 27 people in our group this year. Tried doing a live feed but it kept cutting out. Still got a little footage.

I thought that view was amazing!!! Good job doing that! We have "The 1,000 Steps" by the river lot and that is a goal for me for the spring. I will make it to the top! ;-)

Night, Knuckles!

Hawkie should be here 'crowing' about his Hawkeyes...big upset win :)

I've just been basking in the deliciousness of it for a bit.
I've had to listen to sooooooo much crap about mighty Nebraska all week at work, and today I was given crap about my stunning Black and Gold attire by goons wearing crappy red sweaters with "N" on them...lol.....I'm looking forward to Monday.....
