I was in Wal mart briefly today to pick up a prescription but it was madness. Carts loaded to the brim with canned goods and such. sister went to both Krogers and Wal Mart today and no toilet paper at either one. She is a Trump Fangirl and believes it is all just a dem hoax.

not sure what she thinks after his speech today. I avoid talking politics with as much as possible so do all my siblings.

Unfortunately, I'm married to a trump fangirl.
I don't talk much politics in my house.
And luckily, I accidentally bought a ton of toilet paper recently.
I have enough food to last months between my fridge and 2 freezers. But man, I wanted some ground beef. And chicken. I got a bunch of pork and various fish stocked up. But not much beef or chicken. A pantry full of canned and boxed goods.

I have a similar issue with my wife she likes church and such and I do not believe in anything after the old brainz quits working.
I do take her though and support her beliefs. But will not be sucked in.
pastor is nice enuf guy and asked me about my beliefs on day. I told him I believed in no deity nor afterlife. he started trying to talk me into it. I asked him him could he believe in the easter bunny, he said no I said I could not believe and cannot force myself to believe.
do not get me wrong though true christians are fine people, fake christians are trash.


Just got word today the church has shut down for the next several weeks at least.
I wonder if the snake handler churches shut down as well?

I am a bit strange on guns.
Not really a gun nut or one of those who are afraid and need a warm gun for comfort.
I have a CC permit but basically never carry. Sometimes I will throw a pistol under the truck seat though.
I do not kill anything except for the occasional varmit like a groundhog in the garden, raccoons causing problems, etc. and do not enjoy killing them.
And I seriously hope to never have to shoot anyone. I will be seriously pissed off at anyone who makes me shoot or kill them.
But I do like to kill cans, targets and little clay saucers flying thru the air.
And am a very good shot.
I also do not belong to the NRA.

heck I even have a pepper spray in the drivers door pocket of my vehicle. In case of a road raged individual or something.

Had a bezerko once try break out my 1/2 down window because I took a parking spot he wanted.
I just rolled up the window on his fingers and went and got security.
The berzkoid being about 30 and big and me being lots smaller and elderly it was not an issue.
cops came got statements from all including witnesses, just asked me if I wanted to press charges which kinda shut the big guys ranting up finally.
Turns out the parking spot was handicapped, which I am entitled to and he is not. When I left the cop was writing him up for disturbing the peace or somesuch.

Possibly disorderly conduct. It curtails right into disturbing the peace, which is what he was doing by acting with disorderly conduct. Excuse me, stopping into to kind of gloat. Still no corona virus in WV. Wife saw a meme that that's because in WV we're taught to wash our hands. I still think it is that the corona virus fears the mutates in WV. I would say it is because we don't drink corona beer but the guy down the road does actually. And I know, I can fool the virus, I can always wear a rubber. :)

Come to think of it, the corona virus fears WV because we invented pepperoni rolls. Pepperoni rolls are the food of our people. Eating those keeps us healthy. There we go, the panacea for any pandemic virus home grown right here in West By Gawd Ginny!
