Squonkers are Bonkers

Wanted to try my hand at an entry level squonker so ordered one from MFS on sale. I bought the Eleaf Pico 50watt kit. I know it's probably not the best one but I didnt want to invest a bunch of money since I have never used a squonker and don't know if I will like it.
Welcome to the slippery slope of squonking. That's how I started. ....five mods later, I'm still buying. ..

I quit buying. I think my last order was at the 1st of the year.
Will buy a few more things as I see great deals on them but aside from that I have what I want.

Actually there is not much at all vape wise I want right now. Perhaps another Odis atty clone...
will need to get some more PG/VG about July. Might get about 4 more batteries.
I am not currently suffering any Mod or atty envy though.

Got the Wraith today. Vapes nice in watts. Have not figured out how to get into temp yet. Fits hand nice. Fire button is better than my therion lol so far. Therion is well broken in. Finish feels really nice. But there again we'll see about durability of it. Very soft feeling. Have not tried rda.

Don't drip and drive.

Ok @AlbyKortoona in the interest of saving you from the wrath of JuicyLucy. I have a proposal for you. I have not forgotten about our previous discussions on me making you a series squonker in a triangle shape. But I have tried 3 times so far and can not seem to get everything nice and flush and compact the way I envision it to be. Even tho I have not given up on it yet. (Trying to make some jigs for cutting and sanding to come out standardized). I am willing to make you one in my normal style if you would like. Just tell me whether you prefer light, dark or combo of the 2. And I will get it done asap. Just say the word.

They are a very good entry level mod, I have 5  along with the Kanger 60W model. I had a Wraith, hated the bloody thing and gave it away to a good mate who appreciates it ;) For MTL, either a Origen Little (O16), NoToy or Shift (my favourite ... today) attys are all good.

Depending on how tight a draw @pescadore likes, I agree with the first 2 choices because you can go from a gnat's arse tight MTL to a tight DL. I have all 3 and the Shift, while a very nice atty, is still a little loose draw even with the air flow screw closed all the way.:vino:
Disclaimer: I do not know, am aquainted or consort with any gnats and the view expressed about the tightness of their arse is just an expression.

The one good thing about the SXK Hadaly was that I got another M3 BF pin to use in my Yeti lol
What's so shitty about the SXK, I actually have the Authentic and the SXK. I haven't used the SXK yet but I really can't till much difference between the two.

There's visible differences. If you go back a bit, Lucy posted pics of them side by side. And there's a big difference in build quality between the two. That's the first SXK that I was let down by. I have the Shift BF, a Kennedy 2 post, & a O-atty that are all good

If your in the Market for a good 24mm squonk it atty, pick up a Yeti by Envii. (Get the SS) Its a bastard son of a Battle Deck & a Goon, with a Petri v2 style deck. It's a straight pin swap with a M3 BF pin

ordered a pico squeeze from FT for a mate, first ETA was 9th, then 20th, then 28th

so cancelled and changed to one showing "in stock" [with the rda] which now says ships in 3 days after ordering

SXK Hadaly is okay - the authentic is a serious favorite of mine
Mine were delivered Saturday, need to make time to wick one of these babies. Look like a solid attys. All the talk about Hadaly flavor has me drooling.......

What I plan on using when I get my beautiful Minx tomorrow is my Velocity V2, Hadaly (the Authentic one), Narda, Kryton and O-atty (Clone).

Might check out the Yeti

Yes I do, the only problem I had today was working till sunset....hopefully tomorrow. I need to soak the block in water for a few minutes so you can see the real thing......

I admire a working man; you're off the hook.
I'll have you know that I started a project with the stabwood scales I have.... moved them from the indoor shop to the outdoor shop and they are currently holding down some very important papers.
I bet that block will hold down LOTS of important papers.... o_O

doesn't look too bad from Arizona, Dan...!
It felt very wrong. Balance was off to hold. The battery and board side felt heavier than bottle and rda. There were gaps in the door. I'm just far better off buying mods.

I bought the prefab mahogany hammond from berkshire box mods

I gave up after that

Once again, most people just piss and moan about wanting to build their own, at least you did it!
I can't bag on that one bit, I didn't even used to take pictures of some of the shit I've made lol
