Jealousy is a stinky cologne, don't worry about the haters and just learn as much as you can. No matter what kook is may it may come from, if its up there, either learn from it or move on.

No one ran before they walked, and deep down, pretty much everyone around here has watched a video of his, right wrong or indifferent, it happened. What you choose to do with that info is up to you.

Rock on for the people that just want to BE!!

He is Kookie lol I do trust his word though. The material inside the coil head he took apart looked and broke apart exactly like the V1 Atlantis coils. Like I said I'm using them now and they have great flavor not so much cloud prod though.

They sure taste like very good japanese cotton. In fact I'm totally impressed with these stock coils - they have the best taste I've ever had from a ready-made coil. The bad news is that I hate buying coils and for some reason i can't get the anyvape RBA to stop leaking in the Super Tank. I was able to run one tank through it with just minimal leaking, but now it just gushes and is unusable. Oh, and I hate that I have to keep a wrench handy to open the tank if I need to fiddle with the coil!

I'm just going by Rip Trippers he tore one down and stated it was not cotton. I am not a Rip fan I just wanted to see what they looked like inside so please no bashing for watching one of his vids.
Not bashing, just questioning. I hate all the youtube reviewers equally. Not hard to find a bunch of places advertising them as cotton. And I know the prototypes were cotton and the official product announcement said they were cotton.

"Mechanical Cooling System, Liquid recycle system and it uses SS wire on the coil heads. This one should be interesting!"

Yeah... but it should be great for tc if it really does improve cooling. Really want to see a close up of the RBA deck that it comes with.
Fagans playing tight with the pics :(

I just got triton Friday along with billows v2. I've been vaping them both heavily now for two days. I will post my thoughts on them both tomorrow. I can say they are both freaking outstanding and I find no flaws at all except maybe the triton small capacity. The top fill is the easiest I have seen and works great

I just don't understand the appeal of top fill when you have to loose a bit to get to the tank (Triton, Zephyrus...): how is that better than unscrewing the entire tank? The Lemo II gets it right - it stays in one piece - but it's a leaky bastard, even if you're careful when you fill it up.

Mainly because you don't even have to remove the tank from the box - particularly good if you're out and about imo! Another reason I also quite like the KF4s, when I'm in the mood for that type of vape!

I'm confused: I never remove my tanks from the mod. I just unscrew the reservoir bit :) Why would you want to unscrew the entire tank?

I generally agree with your comments. The Triton is a bit different although I love the Lemo except the fact it leaks like crazy as you said. Mine was so tight it took tools to hold it while opening which always resulted in loosing vacuum and leaks. The Triton is different in that the drip tip pulls out, you turn the top till it clicks, fill it then turn the top again to close, replace the drip tip and there you go. My beast although top fill is really no advantage as you have to unscrew the top. Just the same as unscrewing the bottom so no real advantage there but I do like this Triton for the easy of the top fill.

I love the way the Triton fills - it would be my favorite tank if I ever decided to spring for the Ni coils LOL (I don't take the drip tip off to take the top off to fill, but I use a different drip tip than the one that came on it).

I just got a beast to replace a project subohm saucecode, granted I'm still on the first tank but first impression is all positive, running eleaf ni200 coils with triton SS 0.4ohm coils en route
I put the 1.2. ohm silo coil in an eclipse from sov on my p3. -have no clu why but it seems like it might actually vape well at the massive 20w limit

My Triton is my #2 tank (Billows V2 is currently number 1 lolol). I have the VS Nickle coils in it and its awesome. It replaced my beast only because VS changed the design on the Nickle coils. Before the coil had 2 air flow holes in the base and around 3 mm ID. They changed to a 4 hole design and around 7/16 ID which is huge. In order to use them in the beast I had to turn the airflow WAYYYY down which then resulted in whistles that pissed me off. The Triton can handle the reduced air flow ( I like a restricted pull) without whistling at everyone. Regardless I like the top fill on the Triton over the Beast. I meant that I pull the entire drip tip and top airflow to get to the top fill. Is that your process or have I missed something along the way as usual?

My next tank will be the Smok TFV4: now *that* looks like a proper top fill system!

We probably do the same thing - just unscrew the top piece where you fill it!

well with a traditional bottom fill you have to unscrew the tank from the box and then unscrew the base from the tank. with the beast its just one unscrewing lol but yes the tritons top fill is by far the best because it also closes off the juice ports wich is genious. im diggin that smok tank

I sure agree with out on that one brother. The way the tank closes off the juice is great not to mention, no flooding or remembering to close the air control off before filling

I still don't know which tank to get!
I wish someone would just tell me which is best... I've always always loved nautilus so I am going to assume I'll love the triton or Atlantis v2!
I have subtank and it's good but it's not blowing my socks off the arctic is better but runs on higher wattage.
I want arctic flavor but be able to run it lower

I'm all for giving credit when credit is due. But Aspire "borrowed" that idea from previous products. It is not new at all, but as implemented in the Triton does in fact work exceptionally well. The one product I remember specifically was the Anyvape Davide King that closed the juice ports to top fill. You pulled the drip tip, turned a metal shaft about 20 degrees and could fill with a needle tip bottle or syringe from the top. Might be genius but not their idea.

I don't have the dough to buy a Triton till next week but I will say the Super Tank takes 30 sec to fill the fill hole is so large you can practically dump juice straight from the bottle in. On a side note 1 week into the new Eleaf EC .3 coil head is throwing me dry hits and needs to be primed now and then great flavor just annoying.

One of the o-rings on my Beast drop tip became too big to fit inside it's slot and it evenually broke. Anyone else have this issue, and do you know if I can buy o-rings that small to replace it?

Most of my RTA's come with spare o-rings. If your Beast didn't, perhaps some of your other ones have 1 that will fit it.

Cheers,
Steve

It's the drip tip o-ring, not the tank o-ring

I understood that the first time around. My tanks came with drip tips and the spare parts bags have extra o-rings that fit them (I checked my Billow V2 and EH Pro Kayfun light + Clone V2 and they have them). Just trying to help.

Yep, the o-ring on mine has begun to stretch and is on its way to breaking.

Will be looking into buying a replacement or a new drip tip....

Yeah I can't remember either, but I don't believe there were any spare o-rings with the beast, like comes with the Billow v2

If my memory serves me correctly the packaging just contained the tank and a spare coil.

That sucks. I don't want to buy a whole new tip. Maybe Lowes has o-rings that small if I can't get them in a B&M

Just discovered my Subtank drip tip fits perfectly. I'm used to the wider tip of the Beast and I don't know if I'll like using the smaller Subtank tip, but at least it's a secondary option.
