Trying it on all my mods... I think the best with asgard is my desire x. And sadly haven't used my squonk I specifically bought with it in like a week and a half. I enjoy dripping more than I thought I would.
You can't possibly go wrong with that RDA. Top notch piece right there.. I have 4.

That said, I'm not a fan of the squonk pin. Not that it won't work fine, but you lose a significant amount of contact area with it. This would really only make a difference with mechanical mods though.

Some people really hate dripping and I understand why. It's the least convenient way to vape.

Glad to see you're finding some stuff you like.

it is an 18350 kind of day.

The problem I have is that I wind up liking every kind of vaping I try. :wait:

It wasn't that long ago that I was poo pooing away 18350 setups thinking "what am I gonna do with those piddly little peanut batteries?"

Au contraire. I finally broke down and bought a Rave Mini from 3F that I'd been been debating about forever. Got my hands on a couple of the Mooch recommended 18350s and found out how wrong I was... again.

I hated 18350s three years ago. I bought a le petit gros and did not get along with it. Back then there were fewer MTL tanks around other than kayfuns and high end. Nowadays I have nine MTL tanks in my rotaytion with another Glaz mini mtl on the way ... still I like a good mech too at times and some big RTAs (the new Violator from qp is aces).

The 510 pin of the Asgard Mini on a mech mod makes such a microscopical small difference that it doesn't really even bother me at all... it actually borders right upon the edge of homeopathy IME, but anyway, here you go:
As for convenience and dripping, an RTA not only holds back the flavor for me (with only very few exceptions...), but also is more tedious to clean and rewick, and, the glass can break. Whereas squonk bottles require to be cleaned out also, even if that's just a minor effort, but another inconvenience that a lot of people fail to acknowledge is that it takes longer to refill than the time it takes to drip. So, in situations where time is absolutely essential and you hadn't had the chance to refill beforehand, dripping can make a big difference as for how much time will be left for you to still be able to grab a few hits before you need to resume work or are forced to do whatever it was that you have to do to make it on time. There's also the waiting for juice to go back inside the squonk bottle after you squeeze, and, there's the oversquonking that will occur inevitably if you couldn't refill it before needing to refill. The only times when dripping doesn't usually pan out very well is if you're behind the wheel, for example, or for another example if you can't put the mod down so that you are then forced to use both hands to drip when either you can't use both hands or you need to free up your other hand before you can. Squonking doesn't allow me to use my favorite mods nor allows me to use some of my specialty RDAs that give me the added convenience of not having to sacrifice on how I want my vape to feel like, which is important to me because I tend to like variation a lot. If you, like me, end up dripping on your squonker all the time, simply for the fact it just runs half empty in less than an hour such that it will oversquonk if you squeeze it instead of say fuck it and just drip... you get the picture. Bottom line? It all factually depends on what's your own personal definition of the word convenient. For your convenience, I tried my best to keep this paragraph as conveniently short as possible. :p

Edited with a friendly hint. regarding paragraphs :)

It comes with the solid copper pin, which I use. It 's probably more psychological, but i just don't like that huge space in the middle with the AM squonk pin. Which is fine because I never sqounk with any of mine anyway.

This is true. Same with battery charging imho.

I owe you at least 3 responses that I can think of off the top of my head, including the recent one on battery chargers and charging in the other thread.

For the record, the reason I haven't yet is because you tend to require longer, well considered responses, to which I can then anticipate your own also well considered response and so on. In other words, you can be a time consuming guy to get into an extended conversation with. That's not a negative thing at all. It's the reality of the situation. You talk about things in a big substantive manner.

That was also one of the major motivations in my starting that CWC thread btw.

The solid copper pin comes with the latest batch, but all my Asgard Minis and my Asgards are the 1st batch.

Says the guy in South San Diego

Keep warm homie

The only way to stay warm with 2' of snow on the ground is to stay wrapped up in a blanket, with a scarf around your neck, and get all your cats to come lay on the couch with you, on your feet, on your stomach, wherever.

That is sleeping-with-yer-socks-on weather.

I went through that one time and I never ever EVER want to do it again.

I can’t relate anymore... raised in NY... Lived in Michigan, Denver...

But yeah... year round shorts and t shirts.

Did put on a pullover this morning when I went on the morning mile before sunrise with the dogs, but once it’s 9am... flip flops rest of the day

Going to be cold today

48 degrees sounds pretty chilly for you guys. I bet the wind coming off the ocean at that temperature is pretty damn cold.

Most beautiful coastline I've ever seen, there near San Diego/La Jolla and on up toward Orange County. It's neat to see the sun SET over the ocean.

? Before I finished reading this when I got to the part with the cats I thought you were going to say get all the cats to come lay on your head.
I've been sleeping with socks for weeks. I'm such a wimp when it's cold. How are you feeling?

@dubya314 That black, copper and white setup is sexy!

@~Don~ Here in Phoenix we're supposed to have the same temps but get down to freezing in some parts tonight.

I'm liking that minivolt. Not running it too hard, 18-20w, and idk what mAh the batt is, but life is not bad at all. I may need to wrap it though, I don't like that scratchy CF. Does to me like nails on a chalkboard to others :blech:

Edit: Especially for 4 bucks. Let's see, it needs to last 6 hours before dying to justify :giggle:
