I've done the research & I'm here to tell you a speaker at an event who is being heckled by protested saying get him out of here to security and fans at the rally taking it upon themselves to manhandle them out of the event is not an incitement to riot. The protesters own actions in disrupting the event in that manner was in itself the incitement. The risk of bodily injury was a reasonable expectation result of their action in undertaking the protest they voluntarily chose in commencing protest in that manner at that event.
Trump did not invite violence and the liberal judge who ruled that there was reasonable expectation of success of plaintiff to proceed to trial, was noting less than improper legislation from the bench for political gain on behalf of the democrats and that judge should be reviewed for impeachment under those grounds.
