Triple Parallel box mod question

Hello all, this is my first post and thread so be easy one me.
Anyways, I built a triple 18650 parallel box mod from scratch, and Im almost done except Im having a few problems. I cannot get the voltmeter to work and the Led push button is flickering when not in use. It is not firing but it is flickering. Also the voltmeter is a 3 wire voltmeter.
Here is what i have installed, On/ off switch, voltmeter switch, 2A LED push button, 560 ohm 1 watt resistor for led push button, Micro usb charger, 2x 3034 Mosfets in parallel with a 15k ohm resistor, 3 reset-able fuses, spring loaded 510. It works but these issues are absolutely killing me. Any advice?

Either there is a contact not connected or touching or something is wired incorrectly...
Batteries inserted correctly for its sled?
Batteries Charged?
LED/Voltmeter Correctly Connected/Soldered?
On/Off Connected in the Right Spot?

Sorry for the late reply, i totally forgot to check this (Im new) and Ill definite check it more. But i think i found my problem, my voltmeters input is 4.5-30v Minimum. So when it was at max 4.2 it would flicker. So I ordered a .28 voltmeter with a bezel and the input is 2.5-30V. So hopefully this works out, only thing is I already had a bigger hole drilled. Bummer...
