I used to try~! He loved the Christmas Tree and he had his own pillow under the tree every year. I could put tinsel on the tree though because he used to eat it and one time her came out of his litter box with the tinsel hanging out his Hiney. I grabbed it and he ran away but it was a 3 foot piece. Where he found that I will never know.

So what is on the schedule for tonight everyone? Was supposed to take Mom out for dinner but she isn't feeling well. She said she felt like she was getting a cold so I am cooking dinner. Making Crab Cakes with Parmesan Roasted Potatoes on the side.

He wasn't a Gangster I would say more of a Terrorist~! He was the best but when he wanted to be a PITA he could really do some stupid shit. One time I was sleeping on the couch and used to put my change on the Entertainment Center when I came home. He wanted to eat and was using Quarters like hockey pucks. He had aim like a sniper and I awoke to quarters bouncing off my head.

Nothing on for tonight. It’s freezing, and I’m emotionally drained from this week. One side of the family is dealing with a serious illness, and the other one (my side, no less) are being really hurtful.

No, I lost my little buddy on Sept 11, 2007 and it still hurts to this day especially around Christmas. I can go in the backyard and visit his final resting place anytime I want and I have gone out there in the freezing cold because it just hit me during the Holidays.

So my Crab Cakes came out awesome tasting and they are easy to prepare but hard as shit to cook. Next time they will be better since this was a first for me. Sort of fell apart but I have the second round going now and they look correct and hopefully won't fall apart.
Maybe eventually it will be the right time to get another kitty. I know it’s hard, my cat died five years ago and I’m still affected. But I think eventually I’ll get another one.

No, honestly I can't go through them getting sick and me spending tons of money to bring him home to spend his last minutes in his chair. Hardest thing I ever went thru and I have lost humans.

I like to experiment and I enjoy cooking. My reward is when people taste what I made and go WOW this is great or Holy Shit this is good~! I will try to make something on a whim or just because it was we had at the moment. I can look at what's in the fridge or panty and come up with a meal.
My cats death hit me really hard too. And you’re right, it’s harder than a human dying. I have her ashes, though. But it hurts a lot!!
