I went to my B&M yesterday and asked them what they thought about the future FDA Regulations, they said as it stands now they will not be allowed to make coils, wick, repair mods or make juice on or at a retail site. What they are doing is starting a new and separate business to do all those things and basically sell them back to their own retail business. Again the caveat is separate business.
