Looks like that view includes all the threads that you have already read in addition to the threads with unread posts. Threads with no unread posts appear with grey text vs red text (at least in my color scheme).

Anyway, not important, I find clicking on "recent posts" gives everything and for some reason just using the main "new posts" link only gives some things for some reason, but for whatever the reason I'll just keep on clicking "recent". Now that my station identification is over go on back to your alternative universe. lol

I personally use "Watched Threads" for updates on threads that I have posted in, and then "New Posts" when I'm bored and looking for something new.

If I'm interested in following a thread that I haven't commented on, then I click the little "watch thread" link in the top right just above the first post on each page.

Bit under the weather myself. Ethan is his normal happy self and seems to be getting his innards back into the swing of things so hopefully he'll be able to go back to school on the 1st.

Glad I asked about the time zone as it sounds like you are on the left side. Normally when I hear people being in the type of weather you refer to, I think tundra region NE of Manitoba.
