I have the same on my router but again them 2 progs gave me the alert at the same time when I went there and now it won't allow me to go there unless I set it as a exemption...Fuck if I'm doing that...Even my PC hates the place nowOdd, I'm using the latest FF 33.1.1 and the latest Avast 15. No issues here browsing ECF.
However, I also use a hardware router and SPI firewall, a software ruled-based SPI firewall, SpywareBlaster, A large HOSTS file, ABP and NoScript.
My guess is, one of their ads (that I don't see) is from a less than awesome ad network?
Happens all of the time - ad networks get hacked or just aren't paying attention.
Add to that, that vaping sites likely are forced to go with less than great hosting and advertising partners for TOS reasons...and voila.

That's my gut feeling with a AD..In my earlier post i did bring up about my AD blocks and that IP that I logged did come up to a few shady URLs...Mostly from Russia...
