They will fuck themselves if it is yes. It is a fairly poor area of the UK and they will miss out on all the benefits of being jobless etc.

Poor area of the UK??

Do you even know where Scotland is?

They have been sucked dry by their English rule.
They might hurt for a bit, but the Scots are a proud people, they have endured far worse.
They shall endure.

Me, I welcome a free Scotland to go home too.

Right. After they were taken over by the Church and made into basically a Colony. Even the Romans never conquered Scotland.

I'm related to the mad queen and can trace back to the 1400's on paper. We should have taken London when we had the chance...

There was no chance to much fighting within the clans to worry about taking london. The Romans didn't make it that far north cos it was too bloody cold.

WA state fucked us on taxes, I cant even afford decent scotch now.

A fifth of shitty booze is $20 here
Which is why when I go to uk I bring it back duty free.

I live on $741/mo. and am not allowed to even have much of any savings. I can't go anywhere unless it's one-way.

Was gonna move to Ireland in the early 2000's, but that fell through. I do have a Welsh bro near London though I could stay with for a bit.

Not meaning to argue wit ya, just annoyed at the current polls...

Why are you not allowed any savings, and why only one way. London is far too expensive to live. I was there for 5 weeks last year. Will only do 3 next year.

Healthy debate. I say. I think it would be in Englands best interest if Scotland gained independence. But I don't think that the Scottish can manage economically.

SSI, if I have too much assets or money they penalize ya.

Also, he's a train ride away from London ...fuck the urban life. I've had enough of dark people, gangs, drugs and crime.

I grew up in the woods and countryside. I want to be away from people.

I also grew up in the countryside, near Bury St. Edmunds in Suffolk. UK. I now live in the countryside near the beach on the Gulf Coast. I like the peace and quiet, no neighbors. Bliss.

Military fiction. I like him. Famous grouse is the drink of choice for many of his characters:D
Oh, I will have to check him out after I have finished wading through the game of thrones books. I am only at 15%. I keep posting on here and neglecting to read.
It's a good blend.
