Just for a lark, wondering if any of ya would recognize this old dining table of mine.
I know it came from an estate sale and had been given to the old lady by her hubby back in the 1960s. It appears to be Danish design, very popular then. I've had it for around 20 years.
FAIK, it's solid teak with what seems like a pecan veneer on the top surface. I have two more table inserts, each is solid wood and weigh like 20lbs each. The main table with no added leaf and the legs taken off still weighs more than I do. Absolutely solid.
Chairs have a Damask-type textured linen covering. Absolutely exquisite design and construction, IMO..
The white cloth on that one chair is just a towel to keep Milly from tearing the seat bottom up.

I've looked on Poshmark, Ebay, etc., and asked lots of people...no definitive idea as there are no manufacturer tags or stamps on it. We
do have an
old company here in town, Dania, that specializes in Danish furniture, my guess it came from there. Yes, I should ask them...lol...if anyone still there was alive back then. They do seems to have stores/showrooms all over the country now though.
Near identical sets in pristine condition go for like $1500+.
I just need to know if it's worth my time to restore it as the top has some fixable water damage.
Antique shops here are a racket....they'd say it's worth $100 and then sell it for $2000....
