Yeah, I just needed a CHEAP bf quick. It's decent for what it is, but if someone was looking for a low-price dripper, I can think of way better options for that or even lower price.

Boy, I have to learn to do those. Not that Id use them for vaping, but beautiful for many other craft works.
That braid is SUPER easy to do, it just looks bad because claptons don't like being braided. It's much prettier with round wire

Doc..a friend of mine jacked up his rotator cup, kept working, now he's fucked. When he moves his arms you can hear bones rubbing together. The operation is no picnic either. I would definately see a doctor about that asap so you don't make matters worse.Morning fugee's and GFY! Wish I could take it easy on the arm but have to work. Gotta save up sick leave for another hernia surgery before that becomes life threatening.
Not sure if its a torn cuff or just a pulled muscle. Usually after a few days a pulled muscle is ok but this is still hurting after three days. I have 11 more days to go on my work hitch and will have it looked at when I get off work.
I am a helicopter mechanic. Been working nights for close to 30 years. Cant even imagine what a day job would be like.

Many extremely intelligent people as yourself, rode the short bus and had LD and behavior mods. My son had ADHD, and ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) and was a challenge to raise. Through hard work and counseling, as well as some meds, he has ended up being very successful. Some of the stories of his childhood would raise the hair on the back of your neck. So don't say you're only some guy/dude/fool/joe. Cause it ain't so

Use FMLA, that's what it's for.
I used fmla when I fell from a piece of lift equipment at a former job. They don't really have a choice if that's what you want to do. But it's only paid if you get their doctors to agree to it and all that...So am I. He needs to be seen by a doctor ASAP. No matter what sick days he has left.

I had to use FMLA as well, but did not get paid. It did guarantee that I wouldn't lose my job though and that's what I really wanted.
It worked out well for me. Because it let my knee heal and also made me realize that I really, really didn't want to go back to that job because they didn't remotely care if someone got seriously hurt. But I had the option to during that time. Still have a messed up knee but I can't get it treated unless I go to their doctors. Shrug, it was worth it to be free of that place.

I tried that before, getting something taken care of while recovering from another surgery and they said no, would cause a lot of complications.

Here is my un-asked-for take on the situation: you are treating your body the way you did when you were age 20 which is a really bad idea after the age of 21
I have that. They dont want to lose my experience anyways so I am not worried about losing my job. I am worried of losing my base I work at and being sent to a shit hole base and making ends meet while I am out without pay. I think my mom would kill me if she lost her new place because I didnt pay the note on it

I done that for many years. Just part of the integrity ingrained in me. Gotta get the job done because the job comes first. But I am at the point of saying fuck that! I talked with my boss and supervisor earlier and they both know yes I am hurting and no I am not gonna push it. I will be more of a guiding light than a work force. As told my co-worker, some things I can do, some I wont do because of the arm. sorry but he has to pick up the slack, so its all cool.

For me, Doc, and assuming you have the same injury, it was NOT lifting anything heavy higher than waist level with the messed up shoulder, you can PUSH but don't PULL, and DON'T throw anything overhand.
The best therapy I found, was by accident. Straight razor shaving. Every day I have to give each side 30 laps on felt, and 60 on the leather to keep the blade sharp. The gentle back and forth really seemed to make it better, faster.
