I have my new cool fire charged up and I'm about to fill the tank! It really sucks that Aroma doesn't sell PM anymore.
I got my Kodi working on the Raspberry Pi and I watched Happy Dead Day. Actually turned out to be a pretty good movie with a good ending. Okay it's way past my bedtime so goodnight Fugees.love you all!

remember I'm the one with the Wild dog in the backyard still. I usually wear gloves.

Which pi do you have?
Going to start playing with them soon or something similar.
And what version of Linux do you have in it?

Oh I will dear Robert. If you already have the pi I can send you the information to download everything. The only problem is it's constantly changing. But if you keep on top of stuff you can watch anything you want pretty much.

Naah no Pi yet. Some stuff like that to play with will be my Christmas present to myself.
Been studying on OSMC, Khodi, etc on the net.
Will prolly use a wireless little keyboard to control it.

That's what I have is a wireless keyboard to control it. I like the Logitech.

They have a new board out now I forgot what it was called but I will find out if you're interested. I think our DBA said it cost him like $2

Steer away from Mint. It is too fast paced on the rolling releases and skips over keeping things orderly. You wind up full of bugs and gotchas. I'm running Debian Testing, which suits fine even for production use. Stable Debian takes too long to update and Sid is experimental, Testing falls between.

I've never heard of Debian before or mint. Thanks for the information.

The Explaining Computers guy on You tube seemed to like Mint.
I dunno not messed with Linux in 15 years.
he also seemed to like Ubuntu.

Lol! That's funny. I ordered the new firestick TV and it came in but I haven't put it together yet. I really want to get rid of my high cable bill. But all of the reviews are coming in now and they're horrible so I don't know we shall see. I always have issues getting the pi to run Amazon Prime. I used to go years without any cable or watching TV. But that's when I had horses and my neck wasn't all jacked up.

I really wish I had more time to mess with all this fun stuff. But I'm stuck at my desk and a computer 40 hours a week writing database sequel code. It makes my neck hurt. What I really want is one of those lay down desk setups where the computer is above you. it is really cool LOL. But my boss won't buy it for me LOL.

Bunch of those tiny cheap computers out there.

I think the Zero is more designed for use in devices you build, an embedded controller.

All I know is that fighting with ADHD my whole life until recently when I got my medication stopped me from being able to do a lot of things.

That's easy for an alien like you. LOL. I have the h part also. And evidently it's pretty bad. I spent my whole youth on NoDoz and nicotine trying to concentrate.

The really bizarre part of all of this is that when I take my medication it makes me really tired and sleepy instead of hyped up. It has the opposite effect on me than it would a normal person.
