I wish I would have read the whole thread before placing the order I just placed.
 
Placed my 3rd order on the 28th of August and it's still awaiting fulfillment. Wouldn't be a big deal if I could get a reply from the company with any bit of info.
Just disputed with pay pal to keep the payment from going through.
Will not be ordering from them again

I had gotten a fair few people onto this company here in Australia and if this doesn't get cleared I'm going to look like a complete Fuck wit... I don't like looking like a fuck wit... I hope this gets sorted out and I do hope everything is OK with the company.

Received an email reply yesterday from Joshua.. He has been in the Hospital for a week and just got
out yesterday.. Hopefully he will pop into the forum today and explain in more detail.

Not sure bud. Joshua (the owner) has been in the hospital and just got released a day or 2 ago. I would assume when he's back in good health he will be doing updates to the site and will let us all know what will be happening with sales and promotions.

Don't worry. There's alot of pages to go through. We're all kinda out of the loop right now. Just some info here & there but everything went from one extreme to another so something serious is going on. Just hopefully Joshua is in good health.

No, I haven't heard anything else from him since I received the email. Its desperation time for me with no juice! Ugh!! Just send it already, Sheesh...

I'm sorry to keep you waiting. Joshua, the company owner just got out of the hospital, while he was in...he had the "keys to the kingdom" so to speak. By that I mean, no one could get into our office or lab, no one could access our computers etc...we are working hard to get back on track...

I apologize for the inconvenience...Joshua will get back on the forums and respond to everyone's emails, hopefully this week...for now he is under doctors orders to stay stress free, but we are doing everything we can without him on the meantime.​

By all means...we were going to dedicate tomorrow to answering emails and going on the forums as well as posting a letter from Joshua...right now, I have the team making liquid and it looks like all orders that have been placed up till yesterday will be sent out tomorrow morning.

You're welcome @Tina Ellis, and no reason to feel bad. I was lucky in that, for the first time, I've actually got a bit of a juice stash, but I know how frustrating it can be to wait for vapemail.

Completely understand, Joshua was the one who organised all of that stuff, being unexpectedly sick and out for a while I'd assume that somebody else would take care of it, which they still might. Having said that, he is most likely the only one with access to that particular email or website notification functions. All in good time this company will be back on its feet, orders will be shipped and the good people will once again rejoice.

All I can say is that I still have faith in this company and when I run low on juice I will order again.
