The habit of fighting comes naturally to many of us. And after years of conditioning, our nervous systems can literally become addicted to conflict, where the lack of it feels foreign or unsettling.
We think that if we’re constantly worried or on high alert, then the things we’re worried about are less likely to happen. But it’s often the opposite, and our defensive posturing puts us in a chronic state of fear and anxiety and stress, attracting exactly that which we resist.
In this opening from one of our recent Vital Life Project video calls, I share some personal anecdotes around the habit of fighting and conflict.

My hope is that my experience of “feeling right about being wronged” serves as a wake up call to the areas of your life that may be in need of transformation.
Can we switch to pursuing pleasure rather than avoiding pain? And can we move beyond the lower hierarchical needs of feeling virtuous, safe, or heard (often at the expense of self or another)… to higher (lighter) states of harmony, joy, and ease?

I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but there’s something not quite right with EMFs and 5G technology.

Dr Barry Trower was a microwave weapons expert in the British Secret Service, who said this about EMF’s:
“Anyone who puts wifi into a school should be locked up. They have NEVER looked at the research if they would do that.”

And Sayer Ji of GreenMedInfo said they are “Possibly the biggest institutionalised threat to our health ever seen”.

That’s quite a statement.

Who Might Need B12 Supplements?

To B12 or not to B12 — that's a question a lot of folks are asking. The answer? Well, it depends.
For instance, if you have a healthy blood level of vitamin B12, taking a supplement won't boost your energy, improve your mood, or sharpen your concentration.
However, if you're deficient — and it's estimated that up to 15% of adults in the U.S. are — you can get those benefits by increasing your intake of certain foods and perhaps taking supplements or getting injections.
Who's likely to “B” lacking?
  • Vegans and vegetarians. That’s because most of the vitamin B12 you can get comes from animal products — one reason it's important for vegans to eat grains that are B12 fortified.
  • People over 50. That’s because reduced levels of stomach acid hinder absorption. People who take proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) for gastroesophageal reflux disease and acid reflux, or the diabetes medicine metformin, or aspirin can also have lower levels of B12.
Celiac disease, Crohn's disease, and other gastrointestinal disorders may also cause reduced vitamin B12 levels, as can drinking alcohol regularly.
Weight-loss surgery also interferes with absorption.
You can check your B12 level with a blood test. Most laboratories define subnormal serum or plasma values as lower than 200-250 pg/mL (picograms per millilieter).
A serious vitamin B12 deficiency can be corrected with weekly shots of vitamin B12 or daily high-dose B12 supplements.
A mild B12 deficiency can be corrected with a standard multivitamin and by eating fish, skinless poultry, and fortified grains, cereals, and nutritional yeast. Three ounces of cooked Atlantic salmon provides 2.6 micrograms of B12; 3 ounces of broiled bluefin tuna provides 9.3 micrograms.

*-- Tips for Staying Cool in Extreme Heat --*

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we should make sure to do the following things in extreme heat:

1. Be aware that infants, young children, people over 65 and mentally or physically ill people are more at risk for heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and dehydration.

2. Never leave anyone (whether people or animal) in a closed, parked vehicle in the hot weather, whether it is just for a few minutes, or longer. A vehicle that is closed up, or even with the windows just cracked, can become extremely hot, extremely quick, making the temperature hotter than outside the car.

3. Make sure to visit people who have no air conditioning frequently (at least once daily) to make sure they are not showing signs of heat stroke, heat exhaustion, or dehydration. The warning signs are red hot kin that is dry, not sweaty; a rapid, strong pulse; complaints of throbbing headache, dizziness, nausea, or confusion; unconsciousness; or a body temperature of over 103 degrees.

4. Drink water throughout the day. Don't rely on your body to get thirsty. Be careful of extremely cold beverages as well because they can cause cramps on a hot day. Also, use your urine as a guide. You should be going to the bathroom regularly and your urine should be light yellow to clear if you're drinking enough fluids. If it is dark yellow and has a strong ammonia smell, you need shade or a cool place and several cups of water or low sugar, non-alcoholic beverages.

5. Stay indoors and in the cool as much as possible. If you don't have air conditioning, go to the mall, community centers, public libraries, etc

It’s really happening: the biotech company AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. says it has begun the harvest of the first genetically engineered (GMO) salmon!
It’s shocking considering that just last year, a Center for Food Safety (CFS) lawsuit convinced a federal court that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s first-ever approval of the GMO salmon violated core environmental laws. After six years in court, the judge told FDA to reevaluate the approval of GMO salmon!
But until FDA makes a new decision on GMO salmon, this GMO salmon could still be coming (unlabeled!) to your plate in a restaurant.
Urge restaurants to just say NO to GMO salmon!
The good news is that grocery stores cannot sell GMO salmon without labeling it as being “genetically engineered” as a result of our work to require labeling by Congress. The bad news is that restaurants aren’t required to label GMO salmon while FDA reevaluates its approval. Avoiding GMO salmon at restaurants will depend on advocates like you urging restaurants to make a commitment not to sell GMO salmon.
The only company that has announced it will be selling GMO salmon is Samuels and Son Seafood, a Philadelphia-based seafood distributor that sells seafood to well-known restaurant chains like the McCormick and Schmicks, Morton’s: The Steakhouse, and The Hard Rock Café.
Your advocacy has already convinced more than 80 food companies like Kroger, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods to pledge never to sell GMO salmon. Now we’re asking the restaurants that get their seafood from Samuel and Sons to make the same commitment.
Tell The Hard Rock Café, McCormick and Schmick's, and other restaurants to pledge not to buy GMO salmon!
While corporations continue to genetically engineer fish, scientific evidence has mounted regarding the extraordinary environmental dangers these fish pose, including potential extinction of the wild salmon population. AquaBounty’s fish are genetically modified to grow twice as fast as wild salmon. If and when they escape, they could outcompete dwindling wild salmon stocks, driving them to extinction. Humans have never before unleashed an experiment like this into the wild (and our food system) before. If GMO salmon become common, we’ll all have to face the environmental and public health consequences of the biotech industry’s gamble in developing it.
Tell restaurants to protect wild salmon!
This GMO salmon is the first-ever GMO food animal, but if we don’t get Samuel and Sons Seafood clients to take a stand against it, it may not be the last. AquaBounty is developing genetically engineered tilapia and trout to be approved for human consumption, and other biotech companies are working on genetically engineered pigs and cows.
We can resist industry’s plans for a new era of genetically engineered food animals, but only if we act now!
Together, we can build a better food system. Take action now.

Thirty-two thousand baby boomers are members of USA Triathlon, the national governing body for competitive triathletes; tens of thousands more cycle, swim, and jog regularly. An astounding 61 percent say they feel nine years younger than they really are.

All that get-up-and-go means the older generation has lots of energy, which of course translates into more active intimate relations.

In fact, today more than 70 percent of men and 50 percent of women in their 60s report that they're still sexually active. A lot of kiss and vinegar, you might say!

That doesn't surprise us, because it turns out that vinegar — whether apple cider, balsamic, or rice wine — is a smart part of a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise Cuts Prostate Cancer Risk

"Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune" creator Merv Griffin said in a 2007 interview: "I've been very fortunate with my health. I smoke. I drink — not heavily, but I like my wine. I don't exercise. I take a cab to a cab."

Later that year, he died from a recurrence of prostate cancer that first surfaced in 1996.

Could he have avoided that result? Quite possibly.

Special: Doctors Witness Amazing Joint Pain Changes

A study from the U.K. looked at 140,000 men — around 80,000 of whom had prostate cancer — and found that guys ages 50 and older who exercised regularly reduced their risk of prostate cancer by 51% compared with those who were not active.

In fact, the researchers say that guys can cut their risk of prostate cancer by more than half if they spend just 20 minutes a day walking or gardening.

We say that you'll see even greater rewards if you exercise an hour a day.

But what's really impressive about this study is that the researchers didn't rely on self-reporting for their findings. They looked at variations in DNA sequencing that indicate a person's level of physical activity.

Yes, physical activity changes which of your genes are switched on or off, and that changes your risk of cancer.

So guys, get as active as you can (10,000 steps a day or the equivalent), and avoid added sugar and syrups, saturated or trans fats, and any grain that isn't 100% whole.

You'll decrease your odds of cancer while increasing your odds of normal I am a spammer ban me function.

Summer weather is here! It is time to get outdoors.



Here are some facts:

1.) Sunshine has gotten a bad rap.

For years we were told that sunshine was basically poison and was going to cause cancer. Well consider this: the top three states for skin cancer rates per 100,000 residents: Utah, Vermont, and Minnesota. Not exactly the sun belt is it? And while I don’t advise getting sunburns on a regular basis, there are mounds of evidence that the sun does far more good than we’ve been led to believe. And, in a shocking twist, there are new studies correlating cancer to vitamin D deficiency. Can you guess why many people are vitamin D deficient? You guessed it: a lack of sunshine.


2.) You’ll sleep better.

From a recent study at the University of Toronto: “Spending prolonged time outdoors helps align your body to natural day- and night-time, which is useful for strengthening the hormone signal melatonin that’s responsible for those feelings of sleepiness you get in the evening.”


4.) Boosts brain health.

From a recent study in South Korea: “MRI scans showed that when subjects saw images of mountains, forests, and other landscapes, they experienced heightened activity in the anterior cingulate gyrus (which is linked to positive outlook and emotional stability) and the basal ganglia (an area that’s been tied to the recollection of happy memories).”


5.) Your mood is always better outside.

A study found that students sent into the forest for two nights had lower levels of cortisol — a hormone often used as a marker for stress — than those who spent that time in a city. In another study, researchers found a decrease in both the heart rates and levels of cortisol of participants who spent time in the forest compared to those in the city. (My educated reaction to these studies: well duuuuhhhhhh)

Besides, the outdoors, sunshine, and exercise are all great at boosting your most important defense for corona: your immune system!!


So get outside! Even if it’s hot, muggy, windy, or rainy; your body and your mood will thank you...

They need to include White and Purple (or red) Clover, and Plantain, they get over looked.
White Clover is good for fighting prostate cancer and diabetes. Purple Clover is good to fight off cancer and womens health.
Plantain has a lot to offer, just not to eat. It's for bug bites, bug stings, inflamed skin, eczema, cuts, cough, and more stuff. Plus, if you don't have toilet paper, this is most definitely the plant to have around ;)
A good healthy salad is a mixture of Purple (red) n White Clover , Dandelion , Spinach leaf, and Plantain leaf. The Plantain isn't the best tasting, but I can eat it, anyone can ;)

Don't forget to show appreciation to those who genuinely support you. Let them know what they mean to you. Telling them how much you appreciate their support will make them happy and strengthen your relationship.

Every once in a while, do something thoughtful for them, something that makes their life a bit better. Be there for them when they need you. Our relationships play a huge role in helping to form who we are as a person.

Surrounding yourself with supportive and caring people will increase happiness, and help you succeed more often. Hang onto those people, and be sure to return the favor to them.

Blood Test Kit Ties Genes, Heart Conditions

Genetic testing for inherited cardiac diseases is an expensive prospect, but researchers in the U.K. and Singapore reported they had devised a simple blood test that could identify 174 genes tied to 17 inherited heart conditions.

The kit will allow them to test for structural inherited heart problems that are passed along in the autosomal pattern, meaning in non-sex chromosomes.

Special: You May Have Heart Attack Risk Factors . . . And Not Know It.

They tested and analyzed the blood samples of 348 participants from the National Heart Centre Singapore and found it to be faster and more reliable than current genetic tests. In fact, they said it identified the genes with 100% accuracy.

This test could make it cheaper to identify whole families at risk of inherited genetic abnormalities, researchers said, which could open a new chapter in genetic cardiology.

What are you more proud of? The person you are or the material goods that you have? You have overcome several obstacles, persisted, and stayed on track to achieve your goals. Appreciate your journey, actions, purpose, and relationships.

These things create the foundation of who you are. Feeling proud of yourself will motivate you to move forward with your goals. On the other hand, accumulating an excess of material goods won't bring that genuine feeling of satisfaction.

The novelty wears off quickly and you are only left with a desire to buy more stuff. Even with a house filled with stuff, you still feel empty.
