So he explained that there’s something we shouldn’t ignore about the mRNA vaxxes. He said…

"...the CVD-19 vaxxes, largely messenger RNA vaxxes, and the messenger RNA itself can impair DNA repair.

"So it can actually begin to tip the scale towards cancer promotion in cells. The spike protein, the S2 segment, which one actually gets from the vaccine and not from the infection. The S2 segment in a paper by Singh and Singh from the University of Pittsburgh appears to inhibit the P53 and BRCA tumor suppressor systems. Our natural tumor surveillance systems are impaired and if one has a loss of function mutation in either one of these, a woman would recognize this as being BRCA positive. That would be a loss of function mutation in this surveillance system, that could predispose somebody to cancer, particularly breast and female reproductive cancers."

But, not only that... he also explained how CVD-19 vaxxes achieve this. He said...

"The CVD vaxxes have at least three mechanisms by which they could start cancer or they could promote an existing cancer and it may occur more rapidly because tumor defense systems are taken down."

I’m so excited to be here with you today.

What changes have you made so far with how you’re eating for hormone balance?

The Eating for Hormone Balance Formula lists the proteins that are best to focus on, but there is often confusion on what “grass fed” actually means.

This is important because animals that are fed grains (corn and soy) like cows and chickens, are sick animals.

We can’t feel well if what we’re eating isn’t well.

EVERY cow is “grass fed”, but factory-raised cattle are finished on grain to bulk them up faster, and for more marbling - for a juicier, fattier steak.

This grain finishing causes a build up of E Coli in their intestines, making them sick and unhealthy. It’s not their natural diet.

Factory-raised chickens are only fed grain, and not only is it inhumane how they’re raised, but they are sick.

These are inflammatory foods. They cause the animals inflammation and they will cause inflammation in your body.

Choose nutrient-dense, healthy food.

100% grass fed means the animals were raised and finished on only grass or pasture (which is grass).

Bison and lamb are traditionally always 100% grass fed, but be sure to check labels.

Beef is not. The package must say 100% grass fed.

For chicken, make sure they are 100% pastured chickens and are organic. This is going to be a lot harder to find.

Mary’s chickens are fed organic corn and soy. Still not good enough! Even Mary herself (I called and spoke to her), said she wished her husband would raise 100% pastured chickens!

You’re on your way to feeling so much better.

You’ve probably heard it a thousand times…

"Sugar fuels the growth of cancer."

And yet, you’ve probably also come across articles saying that sugar has nothing to do with cancer.

So which really is it?


Find out what sugar does to your body and your health NOW!
Here’s the short of it…

Cancer cells, just like all the other cells in your body, need glucose (or sugar) to function.

But the issue isn't that sugar directly causes cancer.

Instead, cancer cells grow from normal cells when they mutate due to wear and tear, or from damage caused by things like cigarette smoke, alcohol, UV radiation…

… and yes, even excessive sugar consumption.

This is where it gets interesting…

Cancer cells consume glucose much more aggressively than normal cells.

That’s why the phrase "don’t feed cancer cells" gets tossed around so often.

Think of it like this…

Sugar feeds all our cells, but when there’s too much sugar, we’re essentially overfeeding them.

And cancer cells are first in line at the buffet.

So, it seems like the obvious answer is to just eat less sugar, right?

Well, it’s not quite that simple.

Because what you may not know is that most people today consume an astonishing 4500% more sugar per year than we did 200 years ago.

That’s over half a pound of sugar every week!

This is because sugar is hiding under at least 61 different names and lurks in 75% of all packaged foods.

It’s sneaky, highly addictive, and incredibly hard to avoid.

This means you might soon see dishes with insects in local restaurants.
This change is part of a BIGGER trend to find more “eco-friendly” food options.​

Singapore’s Food Agency (SFA) now says…

“As the insect industry is nascent and insects are a new food item here, [the] SFA has developed the insect regulatory framework, which puts in place guidelines for insects to be approved as food.

“With immediate effect, [the]
SFA will allow the import of insects and insect products…”

Here’s the list of the 16 insect species approved by Singapore's Food Agency:​
  • Adult house crickets (Acheta domesticus)
  • Grasshoppers (Oxya japonica)
  • Superworm beetle mealworms (Zophobas atratus/Zophobas morio)
  • Whitegrub larvae (Protaetia brevitarsis)
  • Silk moth pupa (Bombyx mori)
  • Silkworm larvae (Bombyx mori)

Insects are being added to foods like cricket flour and mealworm “snacks.” (Your children could be eating this soon!)
It turns out that eating insects is being promoted because it’s “better for the environment”...
BUT my issue is…what about our health?
It might seem like cockroaches aren’t that dangerous…I thought the same until I saw a particular Substack.

Risk Factors for Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a disorder that causes you to stop breathing while asleep. Your brain tries to protect you by waking you up enough to breathe, but this prevents restful, healthy sleep. Over time, this condition can cause serious complications. However, this condition is often very manageable, especially with close adherence to prescribed treatments.

Symptoms include feeling tired even when waking up, daytime sleepiness, snoring, mood changes, waking up repeatedly during the night, insomnia, headaches, and unusual breathing patterns. Treatments include adaptive ventilation devices, oral appliances, surgery, and medications.

Sleep apnea can happen to anyone, ranging from infants and children to older adults, and experts estimate it affects about 5% to 10% of people worldwide. The following is a list of risk factors for sleep apnea:

• Age. Being over the age of 60 or, for women, being past menopause.

• Gender. Men are more likely to develop sleep apnea, although it can be overlooked more often in women due to a difference in symptoms only just now being recognized.

• Family history. Sleep apnea is not strictly considered hereditary, but if a close family member has it you are more likely to develop it as well.

• Obesity. Being overweight is a common cause of sleep apnea, because when you put on excess weight you add fat along your windpipe.

• Neck circumference. People with thicker necks are more likely to develop sleep apnea.

• Smoking. People who smoke are three times more likely to develop sleep apnea.

• Nasal congestion. People who have problems breathing through their nose are more likely to develop sleep apnea.

• Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers. Using alcohol or sedating medications, including sleeping pills, can lead to sleep apnea.

Diagnosing sleep apnea usually involves a healthcare provider asking questions about your symptoms and history. If they suspect sleep apnea based on your symptoms and answers, they’ll likely want you to undergo testing, the most common being an overnight sleep study or a home sleep apnea test.

It’s human nature to imagine a future that’s better than what we’re living today.

We daydream about not having to worry about things like cancer or its destructive treatments…

The Latest Hormone Research:
A recent study uncovered the potential negative effects of glyphosate-based herbicides (GBH) on reproductive functions, specifically by inhibiting progesterone secretion and increasing oxidative stress in chicken ovarian cells. It demonstrates that exposure to GBH increases oxidative stress and reduces progesterone production in a dose-dependent manner.
