Hi Jimi,
I have a deep passion for helping our elders live their fullest, most vibrant lives.

I learned so much from my grandparents from casting a fishing pole and cooking cinnamon rolls (not keto!) to a love of reading and writing. I feel so lucky to have had engaging, meaningful relationships with them and it’s important to me that my daughter spends time learning from her grandparents.

For too long, I’ve watched as our seniors—who carry a wealth of wisdom and experience—are often isolated and relegated to the sidelines. I believe there’s so much more we can do to keep them engaged and contributing to our communities for many years to come.

Consistently, the research shows us that social engagement as we age is linked to better cognitive function and a reduced risk of developing dementia. Ideas for social engagement include:
  • joining clubs or groups,
  • spending time with friends or family members including on the phone if you can’t get together in person,
  • participating in local or neighborhood events,
  • engaging in group hobbies or activities you enjoy.

Is there something you can do this week to engage with an older person in your life? Do you see a way to bring them from the sidelines back onto the court of life?

Through my journey in this field, I’ve come to understand that protecting cognitive function is not just a possibility—it’s a reality we can achieve together. By focusing on holistic lifestyle changes, including diet, exercise, social engagement and stress management, alongside medical evaluations to address underlying issues like toxins or nutrient imbalances, we can make incredible strides.

I’m guessing most people have seen Disney’s classic, Pinocchio, or are least familiar with the story of the wooden doll that desperately wants to become a real “boy”.



Well, it’s a lot more than a simple children’s movie.



Walt Disney, was a high ranking freemason with deep knowledge of the occult… and you can see clues of this throughout many of Disney’s movies.

For example, if you take the name Pinocchio…



Pin (pine) and occhio (Italian for eye) you have “pine eye”... or in other words… pineal.. Which is your third eye.



In the movie, in order to become a real boy… or to ascend… he had to stop telling lies… stop being deceived by his friends… stop getting intoxicated with alcohol amongst other things…



So really, Pinocchio is just an allegory for our pineal gland…

“Evening People” May Have Sharper Brains
While many studies have looked at the importance of sleep duration on cognitive performance, new research published in BMJ Public Health reveals that a person’s chronotype—meaning whether they feel mentally sharper in the morning or the evening—is a key predictor of cognitive health.
Researchers analyzed data on 26,820 participants aged 53-86 in the UK Biobank to examine how sleep duration, quality, and chronotype affect cognitive performance in adults. Participants were divided into two groups based on their cognitive assessments and statistical models were used to evaluate the relationships between sleep patterns and cognitive scores, identifying key predictors of cognitive health.
What they found is that evening chronotypes, or those who leaned more closely to being an evening person than a morning person, had better cognitive performance scores than those who are most alert in the morning. Additionally, researchers found that sleeping seven to nine hours a night was linked to higher cognitive performance than those who slept more than that or less.

NO DEATHS FROM VITAMINS - Safety Confirmed by America's Largest Database
The 38th annual report from the American Association of Poison Control Centers shows zero deaths from vitamins. Supporting data is in Table 22B, p 1476-1478, at the very end of the report published in Clinical Toxicology. It is interesting that it is so quietly placed way back there where nary a news reporter is likely to see it. The AAPCC reports zero deaths from multiple vitamins. In our last update, we alerted our supporters to the significant number of V-safe reports of depression and anxiety following COVID-19 vaccination. This time, we focus on yet another category of adverse events that have been swept under the rug by CDC: the urinary system.
A recent study found that COVID-19 vaccination impacts the lower urinary tract and bladder. In light of this study, ICAN attorneys conducted a new analysis of all V-Safe data released to date for reports of urinary or bladder symptoms. Disturbingly, we found compelling evidence in the free-text entries that support the study’s findings.
To date, the V-safe productions show nearly 4,000 reports of either urinary or bladder symptoms after receiving the vaccine. Many people reported having extremely painful or resistant urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, urinary retention, strange colored urine, and even infections leading to sepsis.
Here are a few examples:
  • “Urinary infection that led to sepsis”
  • “Currently treating a really nasty bladder infection that started last weekend. Weird because I rarely get them and when I do, they are very mild and easily taken care of without antibiotics. I've never experienced one as bad as this :(
  • “2/4 I was treated via telehealth for a bladder infection. 2/13 I had to go to emergency [sic] for blood in my urine. I needed another dose of antibiotics. Not sure if this is a result of the vaccine.”
  • “On 12/19/2020 I developed sudden urinary incontinence and bladder spasms. Not sure if it was related to the vaccine or not but my doctor wanted me to report it.”
  • “Urinary track [sic] infection. Went to er was in hospital 5 days. Ok now had high fever checked negative for covid.”
  • “I have a bladder infection and Im [sic] on an antibiotic. Never had a bladder infection before and Im [sic] 73”
Unsurprisingly, CDC does not recognize these symptoms as adverse events related to COVID-19 vaccination. This omission is highly concerning because complicated urinary tract infections are the most frequent cause of sepsis in adults over 65, and mortality rates for individuals with sepsis in the urinary tract range from 25% to 60%. In other words, this particular adverse reaction to COVID-19 vaccines can be lethal, especially in older adults.
The fact that countless older adults, with no knowledge of this risk, are continuing to receive COVID-19 vaccines and boosters based on CDC and doctor recommendations, indicates a complete moral and ethical void at CDC and its sister agencies.​

Cardiac Rehab Works, Too Few Participate

Disappointingly, few heart attack survivors make use of cardiac rehabilitation programs, despite evidence the program works, a recent Duke University study finds.

Cardiac rehab is a program of supervised exercise, health education, and support undertaken at a designated center that is proven to improve survival in heart attack patients. Medicare and most private insurers generally cover such programs.

Special: These 3 Things Will Push You Into a Nursing Home...

In a review of more than 58,000 older heart attack patients, the researchers found that only about 62% were referred to a cardiac rehab program. Of those, only about one-third started the program and only 5% completed it.

Researchers observed that although not enough patients are being referred to a cardiac rehab program, attendance and completion are also major concerns.

They noted doctors may not be stressing the programs’ importance enough, or that patients might find getting to the centers inconvenient, or attending the full program too time consuming.
