Testing for Iron Status
Dr. Russell Blaylock, M.D., writes:

Laboratories can conduct what is called an iron panel test, which includes a serum iron level, total iron binding capacity (TIBC), iron saturation, and ferritin levels. This test is far superior to getting just hemoglobin and hematocrit measures.

These tests give a comprehensive evaluation of the amount of free iron in a person’s blood, the percentage of iron carrier molecule (transferrin) saturation, the amount of iron carrier available for iron transport (TIBC), and the amount of iron in our tissues (ferritin).

Special: New Aging Research Reveals Key to Long, Healthy Life

When there is significant inflammation in the body, ferritin levels will be high — not because iron levels are high, but because ferritin is acting as an immune molecule.

High ferritin levels can be a sign of cancer metastasis, especially when a patient’s level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) is also elevated.

Most lab reports give a range of normal. For example, iron levels for men vary from 76 mcg/dL to 198 mcg/dL; women’s levels range from 26 mcg/dL to 170 mcg/dL. Optimal iron is somewhere in the middle of those ranges, meaning men should be around 130 mcg/dL and women 96 mcg/dL.

High normal-range iron levels can still increase risk for degenerative diseases and cancer spread. For example, one study found that leukemia patients with a high normal iron level had a significantly higher risk of mortality than those who had lower normal iron levels.

You have to do the personal work. Traumatic events can leave you bitter, and you may become indifferent to other's feelings. You can still do the right things and strive to be a better person regardless of what happened. Remember that all behaviors have consequences. You can't live a fulfilling life if you hold on to grudges and stay bitter. You have to make an effort to manage your attitude and behavior.

Did you catch the huge news yesterday from Bill and Melinda Gates?

One of the world's wealthiest couples announced their divorce after 27 years of marriage.

What does that have to do with C0VID you ask?

First of all… 27 year marriages don’t just disintegrate overnight.

And…

The timing is suspect. Well timed to come after the big “vaccine push”.

The “Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation” is one of the largest private organizations in the world funding and promoting v@ccine development, spending billions.

Their fingerprints are all over the development of the C0VID v@ccine.

They were initial investors in CureVac. When conversations about developing a shot for C0VID started, share prices exploded 250%. Resulting in upwards of $100 million in returns on their investment.

They also urged Oxford University to reverse course on their commitment to make the rights to their C0VID v@ccine available to any drugmaker. Oxford’s initial vision was to pave the way for low cost, or free C0VID v@ccine doses to the public.

But… After the Gates’ involvement, Oxford University sold the rights to AstraZeneca. One of two companies that would ultimately have their product temporarily removed from distribution over safety concerns.

Unsurprisingly, it shortly returned after it was deemed more important than the injuries it caused.

It’s becoming more clear every day why Bill Gates, long time supporter of protecting intellectual property rights for v@ccinesis taking such a strong stance -- it’s nothing more than protecting his large financial investments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Bottom line: 27 year marriages don’t divorce overnight, especially one with over $120 billion in assets.

This has been in the works for sometime, and kept quiet, until now.

No way was TMZ going to get the scoop and leak the news early.

It makes you wonder…

Were they just waiting until the v@ccine train couldn’t be stopped?

Could it also have something to do with the fact that the Gates’ are now the largest private farmland owners in the US?

Given their large financial ties to Monsanto and commitment to GMO’s, it just makes one speculate at what all is going on...

The Connection Between Periodontal Disease​

and Your Breasts​

Periodontal disease, also known as periodontitis or chronic inflammatory gum disease, affects millions of Americans each year. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), close to 10% of adults between the ages of 20 and 64 have the condition and about 17% of total senior citizens. So what is periodontal disease? And more importantly, what can you do about it?
Why Does Periodontal Disease Happen?
Periodontal disease happens when pathogenic bacteria in the mouth have gotten out of hand. When the overgrowth of this bacteria begins to erode the tissue around the teeth and the bone that supports the teeth, serious consequences can result.
There is a direct connection between periodontal disease and Breast Cancer. A 2015 study conducted by the American Association for Cancer Research used the information from over 50,000 postmenopausal women who had participated in the NIH’s Women’s Health Initiative Observational Study prior. They found that the women who had periodontal disease had a significantly greater risk of Breast Cancer.

#1 Use an Oral Water Irrigator

To protect against periodontal disease, it is important to go beyond just brushing and flossing. This is especially true if you are struggling with low immunity, an autoimmune condition, or Breast Cancer.

Best Reason to Grow Your Own Food?​

Salvestrol is a unique phytonutrient that selectively kills cancer cells.
Plants produce salvestrol as part of their immune response to predators and pathogens.
And it's only rich in ripe, naturally-grown fruits and vegetables ... but not so much in produce that is picked before peak ripeness, grown conventionally, stimulated to grow faster than normal, and/or not exposed to natural pests.
Wild, huh? (no pun intended)
In other words, wild-grown foods picked at peak ripeness will have the highest salvestrol content.
Even organically-grown foods that are overly-protected from pests and/or picked prior to peak ripeness have lower levels of salvestrol than foods grown via methods that use biodiversity to control pets and allow some pest activity, for example in a garden or Permaculture food forest.
So what makes salvestrol unique and valuable?
An enzyme in our bodies called cytochrome P450 1B1 (CYP1B1) turns salvestrol into a highly toxic compound ...
... and this enzyme is overexpressed in cancer cells yet absent or present at very low levels in normal cells.
So the high level of CYP1B1 in cancer cells produces a lot of the toxic metabolyte of salvestrol, poisoning the cancer cells from the inside out.
But this doesn't happen to normal cells because they have little to none of the CYP1B1 enzyme.
That means that your garden can supply highly-selective "natural chemotherapy" that makes you feel great instead of causing your hair to fall out.
Cancer therapies (like Gerson Therapy) emphasizse juicing freshly-ripened, garden-grown fruit and vegetables because they are much richer in phytonutrients like salvestrol.
So if you've been needing a little more motivation to grow fresh fruits and vegetables, how about them apples?
Although apples have some salvestrol, here are some of the fruits and vegetables highest in salvestrol, especially when grown "wild" and picked at peak ripeness:
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • cranberries
  • oranges
  • pumpkin
  • bitter lettuces
  • dandelion greens
By the way, heirloom varieties tend to produce more salvestrol. Salvestrol has a bitter flavor and is lower in modern varieties that have been bred for more sweetness.
Yikes! We've bred much of the medicine out of our food!
