Hey Jimi,

We just learned some disturbing news from Dr. Lee Merritt.

It’s way worse than we thought!

What may look like an "innocent" clear liquid stored in the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaxx vials…

Is actually a poisonous bioweapon containing tiny particles designed to cause total destruction in the human body.

But you already know this…

What no one knows is the exact ingredients INSIDE these deadly "clot shots".

Big Pharma giant Pfizer STILL hasn’t disclosed the ingredients in their jab…

Because they KNOW that if people knew the truth about what’s being injected into them, they would panic.

And Pfizer would be caught out for intentionally creating a murder weapon and calling it a "v@ccine".

These shots have already injured and killed more people than C0VID itself. (2,346,392 according to Open VAERS, to be exact, and this is only 1% of the real data)

Dr. Merritt revealed to investigative journalist Jonathan Otto that a doctor published video footage of this specific ingredient, in the Pfizer jab, assembling formations out of the graphene oxide. (of course, it’s already been censored)

What triggers this pattern-forming behavior?

Electromagnetic frequencies.

How do we know for sure?

Firstly, graphene oxide is a great electron transporter…

And secondly… According to Dr. Merritt, they showed that if you put this in a Faraday cage, it doesn't assemble.

The Global Government knows that it’s near impossible for us to completely isolate ourselves from EMFs, making this the perfect plan.

And experts believe that these "nanobots" are being programmed to cause disease and destruction in the body.

This is taking the trans-humanist agenda to another level and it may even be more damaging than mRNA.

And this makes us wonder what else we are yet to discover about this seriously deadly bioweapon disguised as a "v@ccine".

As crazy as this all sounds…

Jonathan believes we’re merely touching the surface of what these bioweapon poison shots are capable of doing…

The good news is that you CAN completely detox your body from graphene oxide and the other deadly ingredients in the jab.

Dr. Lee Merritt shared specific protocols that EVERYONE who has been jabbed - and even shed on - should use as soon as possible.

This is what Jonathan Otto shares with you in his NEW edition of BRAVE: Live Courageously, Heal Miraculously | RELOADED (includes 9 brand new episodes).

Click the link below to watch the trailer and reserve your viewing now:

>> Watch the trailer for the new BRAVE docuseries (and reserve your viewing spot)

We won’t reveal too many details in this email to keep them guessing how much we know about their plans.

And since Jonathan and his team suspect that they are reading our emails, it means they’ll attack our servers with more ferocity than last time.

So if you’re one of us, and you want to see this, reserve your viewing now so that you can get the link once it’s LIVE.

Hi Jimi,

The craziest thing happened when we had all of these experts in our studio filming the Cardiovascular Docu-Class...

Over and over again the connection between a healthy heart and healthy lungs kept popping up!

So while we had everyone in the studio we decided to film (you guessed it)...
Right now, with the world feeling afraid of a respiratory disease, it's more important than ever to make sure your lungs are as healthy as possible.

COVID aside, lung diseases are still big-time killers...

  • Respiratory diseases — like asthma, COPD, emphysema, lung cancer, cystic fibrosis — are the 3rd leading cause of death in the world.
  • Lower respiratory infections — like pneumonia, bronchitis, and tuberculosis — are the 4th leading cause of death in the world.
The 18 presentations in the Lung Health Docu-Class will open your eyes to just how much you can do to protect your family from these killers.

So for the next 24 hours we're featuring "The Best of Lung Health Docu-Class" — a compilation of some of the most powerful moments from that docu-class — condensed into one amazing presentation.

If you're worried about respiratory health then you definitely don't want to miss this!

To Your Health,

*-- New discovery may speed early detection of Alzheimer's disease --*

U.S. scientists have discovered a new tool that may help physicians diagnose Alzheimer's disease earlier -- and with a simple blood test -- once a person develops mild cognitive impairment and before significant neurological damage occurs.

The study's findings were published Wednesday in the journal ACS Chemical Neuroscience.

The progressive illness, which begins with mild memory loss, may lead to inability to carry on conversations and respond to elements in their environment.

"One practical application we can envision is [a] blood-based diagnostic test for checking early signs of Alzheimer's disease," Bin Xu, the study's principal investigator at North Carolina Central University's Biomanufacturing Research Institute & Technology Enterprise, known as BRITE, told UPI in an email.

Xu also is assistant professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and faculty co-director of the Neurobehavioral Core Facility at North Carolina Central University.

A definitive diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease -- the most common form of dementia, affecting roughly 6 million Americans ages 65 and older and rising as the population ages -- was once only possible after a person's death.

Recent studies of biological markers -- or "biomarkers" -- used to predict, diagnose and monitor specific diseases in the body have led to the development of brain scan and spinal fluid tests for Alzheimer's disease in people still living.

But these tests focus on helping to diagnose severe, advanced Alzheimer's disease, distinguishing it from related neurodegenerative disorders.

Xu said the research team from BRITE and Duke University Medical Center's Department of Neurology discovered a new biomarker in the brains of deceased patients with Alzheimer's disease that may allow earlier detection.

Now, they are extending their work to testing blood and cerebral spinal fluid from living patients.

"We are also developing ultra-sensitive detection technologies for such application," Xu said. "It is possible that we translate our discoveries from [the lab] to bedside applications in several years."

An outside expert, Dr. Glen R. Finney, described the research as a well-designed study "building on decades of research" and "moving our understanding forward" of the early pathology of Alzheimer's disease and how it differs from other types of dementia.

Worldwide, an estimated 50 million people are living with dementia, and 60% to 70% of the cases are caused by Alzheimer's disease, Xu said.

So, Xu said, there is "an urgent unmet need" for creating tests "with high sensitivity and specificity" for early Alzheimer's diagnosis.

Alzheimer's "is a slowly progressive disease, which gives us a long window of opportunities to apply medical intervention if we can detect [Alzheimer's-related] changes early," Xu said.

"Currently, there are no well-established, minimally invasive tests available for early AD diagnosis. Our test, once validated in blood, will have the advantages of low cost and minimal invasiveness."

In the study, the North Carolina-based researchers examined subtle changes in a brain protein called tau that can make it more likely to clump -- a hallmark of Alzheimer's disease that causes neuron loss and impaired memory.

Using post-mortem brain tissue from patients with Alzheimer's disease and healthy controls, the researchers searched for additional p-tau biomarkers to help diagnose Alzheimer's disease, possibly in its earlier stages.

Previous research has identified tau tangles or "phosphorylation" of tau, at two specific sites, called p-tau181 and p-tau217, used to diagnose advanced Alzheimer's disease.

In 2020, the Food and Drug Administration approved flortaucipir, or AV-1451 -- the first tau biomarker approved as a diagnostic tool for Alzheimer's disease -- to be used with positron emission tomography, or PET, scans to diagnose late-stage illness.

Other FDA-approved diagnostic tests, introduced over the past decade, help detect beta-amyloid plaques in the brains of living patients.

The North Carolina scientists discovered a third site-specific tau tangle, p-tau198, that could distinguish Alzheimer's disease from other neurodegenerative diseases involving tau tangles -- and also could differentiate the brain tissue of patients with mild cognitive impairment, an early sign of Alzheimer's disease, from those without it.

"Both p-tau217, discovered by other research groups and is currently under development by Eli Lilly, and the new biomarker p-tau198 we discovered, showed promising results for early disease detection in our studies," Xu said.

Finney, the outside expert who is a professor of neurology at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and director of the Geisinger Health Memory and Cognition Program, told UPI that this study "increases our knowledge of the molecular and location features of proteins involved in Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, which someday may help us to identify what types of problems may be developing in the brain before they do as much damage."

Finney added: "If this antibody probe or others like it can be used to mark better where the earliest changes in the brain are occurring in people and tell the difference between early changes of Alzheimer's disease versus other early changes of dementia and those not developing dementia, that helps to find future treatments for Alzheimer's disease."

However, since this study examined brain tissue from deceased individuals, it "needs to be developed further to see if it similar detection of markers like this one can be done successfully in people during their life," said Finney, who is on the board of the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

"A lot of research has been done in general for developing both brain imaging, spinal fluid, and blood tests for proteins like this but I believe this is a newer way of looking as phosphorylated tau, one of the main proteins in Alzheimer's disease," he added.

Xu said the team of BRITE/Duke researchers have additional new biomarkers being developed.

"We believe our discovery approach may work for finding new protein biomarkers in other aging-related neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease and Lou Gehrig's disease," Xu said.

Sleep… We all know how important it is… But are you getting enough of it, Jimi?

And when you’re sleeping, is it quality sleep??

We live in a culture that prides itself on work, hustle, and stress… As a result, your sleep suffers.

When you’re sleep-deprived, it can quickly lead to a suppressed immune system and an increased likelihood of infection.

If you’re frequently missing out on your fair share of zzz’s, you are making yourself susceptible to chronic diseases.

Having enough (quality) sleep is critical to your overall health and wellness. Here are our best sleep hygiene tips to help support you:

  • Shoot for 7-9 hours of sleep a night. Not 4 or 5… Getting restful sleep for an extended period of time will help heal and strengthen your body.

  • Get into a sleep routine. You need to make it a priority to try to go to bed and wake up around the same time each day… Even on the weekends.

  • Soak up some daylight. Get outside and expose yourself to some natural light– everyday… Even when it’s cloudy. Morning time is best and you could really benefit from going outside a few times a day.

  • Put the devices away. Set boundaries around your technology. Avoid exposure to blue light from your laptop or phone within 1-2 hours of bedtime.

  • Exercise Regularly. Moving your body helps to improve your sleep. Just be sure not to work out too late in the evening– it could have the opposite effect.

  • No caffeine after 2 pm. Yep, we mean it.

  • Finish your last meal about 3 hours before bedtime. Going to bed on a full stomach can affect sleep patterns negatively. Try not to snack late at night or have dinner too close to your bedtime.

  • Meditate. Or practice any sort of mindfulness. Choosing to do a quiet, solo activity before bed gets your body and mindset ready for sleep mode.
  • Consider supplementing. There are some great supplements out there that will have you sleeping soundly and getting the adequate rest you need.

Hi Jimi,

If you have trouble sleeping, this is for you.

It’s so important because a chronic lack of sleep can translate to things like fatigue, brain fog, and impaired memory.

Here’s another reason why sleep is so important…

When you sleep, you convert your experiences into long-term memories. If you don’t sleep well, the memories never get filed away properly, and over time, the memory processing centers are damaged.

But the good news is that there are some simple things you can do that can help.

This week, you’re invited to the FR-EE Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass to learn 4 big brain health myths and 10 brain health breakthroughs.

>> Catch the brand-new Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass here.

It’s hosted by two of the world’s top neurologists, Dr. Dean and Dr. Ayesha Sherzai, and my dear friend Ocean Robbins (from Food Revolution Network).

You’ll learn what you can do to fall asleep almost instantly every night and wake up feeling refreshed most mornings.

>> RSVP for the Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass here.

We promise you’ll be so glad you watched!

Human Food Made with Cultured Animal Cells

The ability to take a small number of cells from living animals and grow them in a controlled environment to create food made from cultured animal cells is an emerging area of food science. Advancements in cell culture technology are enabling food developers to use cells obtained from livestock, poultry, seafood, or other animals in the production of food.

There is currently no food made from cultured animal cells available for sale in the U.S. market. Manufacturers are generally working on scaling up their processes to consistently produce amounts large enough to be competitively priced. As these products come closer to market, the FDA is closely coordinating with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS), which shares jurisdiction over these human food products for certain animal species to ensure that they are safe and accurately labeled. Both agencies are working with manufacturers to ensure these products meet all applicable FDA and USDA-FSIS requirements.

The FDA is continuing to work with firms that are developing food made from cultured animal cells to ensure that the processes used to produce them are safe and lawful under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. While it is a shared responsibility for the FDA and industry to ensure food is safe, it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to ensure they are marketing food that meets all applicable FDA requirements.

All of us have come across plenty of detours in life. When things don’t turn out the way we expected, it can be hard to stay motivated.

We can't avoid detours, but we can see them as opportunities to grow and become better versions of ourselves.

Detours can cause delays, but they can still take you where you need to go, that too with a better perspective and enhanced sense of appreciation.

Try to view your detours positively. Think about what this new path can offer you. Embrace new experiences with a positive attitude.

Do not get discouraged whenever you find yourself on a detour. Remember that there’s always more than one way to achieve your desires.

What's it like to be on a similar dietary and lifestyle path as your significant other? What about dietary differences? How do you make these and other differences work over the long-term and what other considerations can help create a healthy relationship?

We're happy to announce that we have been invited to participate in the Fruity Fridays couples month! Our presentation will be this Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11 AM Pacific Time, 2 PM Eastern Time, 7 PM UK Time.

We'll cover the questions/topics listed above in addition to practical solutions and strategies we've discovered during our over 20 years together on a fruit and vegetable-focused plant-based dietary approach. We may even cover some surprise topics!

We'll also include:
  • The amusing story of how we first met :)
  • How we purchase hundreds of pounds of produce per week, allow it to ripen, and keep it fresh
  • Is it all about the food? What other ingredients are important for a successful relationship?
  • And more!

You can register in advance here: http://rawvegancourse.com/fruityfridays

Or here's the direct link to join: http://bit.ly/lovefruitzoom

Wishing you the best of health,

I am proof that one simple change can make all the difference.

My name is Robby Barbaro, and I’m one of the co-founders of Mastering Diabetes.

This is me!👇

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 12.

At that time, I was told to eat a medically orthodox low-carb, high-fat, high-protein diet to help manage my blood glucose.

I did it because it was supposed to help me control my blood glucose.

But what I realized quickly is that no matter how “perfectly” I ate, my insulin sensitivity continued to decrease every day.

Not only that but my physical health was declining...quickly.

My emotional health was at an all-time low.

After searching for more information, I decided to make a big shift that would impact my life forever at the age of 16.

And that single dietary change was the greatest thing I ever did for my health.

Since that day, my A1c has been extremely well controlled, and today it’s 5.4%.

My time in range (TIR) is greater than 90%, and my frequency of hypoglycemia is less than 3%.

And I want to share something very important with you:

If you are living with any form of diabetes, your life could change for the better very quickly.

The truth about how to manage your blood glucose with precision goes against everything you may have been told by the diabetes community.

The key to taking control of your diabetes health isn’t about avoiding fruit or potatoes.

And it's NOT about restricting carbs or counting calories.

The most effective way to maximize your health living with diabetes is the same time-tested way of eating that the world’s longest living populations have been doing for hundreds of years.

So, I invite you to join me, talk with me, ask questions, get answers, and manage and reverse your diabetes complications...NOW!

So much can change for you in just 6 weeks and I can't wait for you to get started. Don't wait any longer.

In my interview with Dr. Mariza Snyder for Rosie Radio, she mentioned that as women get into their late 30s and 40s, protective hormones start to drop, Jim…

And women often become insulin resistant.

Insulin resistance often leads to elevated blood sugar levels and, for many, eventually type 2 diabetes.

Conventional medicine says type 2 diabetes is an irreversible genetic condition.

But I want you to think otherwise…

Type 2 diabetes is reversible.

You control how bad this chronic disease gets.

You don’t have to be condemned to a lifetime of increasing fatigue, pain, complications, medications, surgeries, and worse premature death.

Here’s the truth: Type 2 diabetes is one of the world’s most preventable and even reversible diseases!

My friends, award-winning diabetes expert Brenda Davis, RD, and Food Revolution Network co-founder Ocean Robbins draw the curtains back on diabetes, debunk common misconceptions about it and share mind-blowing information on what you can do to reclaim your life from this dis-ease!

Join in their brand-new (and totally free) Tackling Type 2 Masterclass.

>>Sign up here!

Misty

P.S. Whether you already have diabetes or just want to learn more to prevent it and keep your family safe, this Masterclass could be a literal lifesaver. You’ll want to watch it before you eat your next meal!

How to Control Your Snoring
By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

The first recorded reference to a bulldog occurred around 1631, when an English gentleman wrote that he wanted someone to “procuer mee two good Bulldogs.” Since then, the once-ferocious canines have become sweet-natured and hardly capable of tackling a bull (originally, they were bred to fight tethered bulls).
They do, however, still snore loudly, often surpassing humans in volume and frequency.
Special: This Simple Bedtime Technique for Your Prostate
It's estimated that 40% of adult men and 24% of adult women snore regularly. One study found that women snore at about 50 decibels and men hit about 52.
Snoring happens when the muscles supporting your upper airway relax during sleep and the air flowing through the passages makes adjacent tissue vibrate. Even if snoring doesn't fully awaken you, whatever regularly disturbs sleep (and it does) is associated with health problems such as Type 2 diabetes, depression, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure.
Snoring can also be a sign of sleep apnea. To see if you have this disorder, get evaluated by your doctor or a sleep specialist.
Here are some things you can do to reduce snoring:
• Limit or eliminate alcohol intake.
• Sleep on your side (with a pillow between your legs).
• Lose weight.
• Quit smoking.
• Elevate your head.
• Treat allergies.
Talk to your doctor about using devices that keep airways or nasal passages open or the mouth shut. In some cases, minimal operations to stiffen the soft palate or remove part of the tonsils or uvula in the throat can resolve the problem.
Figure out what you need to do to breathe more easily at night. Your health and happiness — and your bedmate's — depend on controlling your snoring.

Happy snowy Thursday, my fellow brain fitness fanatic.

Well, it's snowy here in Lansing, Michigan anyway... and we have 6-12 more inches on the way. Blah!!

You can probably read from my tone that snow is NOT my first love.

My first love, as it relates to healthy living?

It's fitness and exercise.

Since I was a kid, I loved playing sports, running around in the backyard, lifting weights, training and moving.

But, this morning I was not feeling great, had a headache, and simply just didn't feel like doing my morning workout.

I got up a little later than usual, knew I needed to get started on life and work tasks, and obviously, I'm gonna have to shovel some snow later;-)

All these thoughts and excuses were running through my head.

I was going to skip my workout today.

I'm sure you can relate to this scenario and internal dialogue.

But, I remembered various reasons why I wanted to workout today, even if it wasn't my best session.

One reason is how much better I feel when I consistently and intentionally move, train, and exercise.

In my body, and especially my brain.

And so will you.

That's why I asked Ryan Glatt to share his freakin' amazing presentation - "Your Brain on Exercise" - during my online 1-Day Brain Training Event that's going LIVE on Saturday December 3rd.

Who is Ryan, you ask? (Maybe you didn't but I'm gonna tell you anyway...)

Ryan has his Master's in Applied Neuroscience and is pursuing his PhD in Health and Human Performance.

And, he works at the Pacific Brain Health Center, which is a one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary outpatient brain health center.

AND, he is the director of the Fit Brain Program, which is the only clinical brain gym of its kind!

So yeah, you can be confident he can help you create the best exercise program to ensure a fit, healthy brain at any age.

I'm excited for you to learn from Ryan and the other 11 presenters, and I don't want you to miss it.

This event takes place online for one day only, Saturday, December 3 at no cost to you.

Join us here for this special 1-Day Brain Training Event...

And, of course, Be Your Own Guarantee for your health, fitness, and lifestyle.

Now it's time for me to get more exercise by shoveling some snow;-)

- Dr. Ryan

P.S. I'm not a huge fan of the World Health Organization but I do agree with their statement: "Exercise is one of the best things you can do to prevent or slow cognitive decline."

To use a nutrition analogy: You need to know the "ingredients" that make exercise good for the brain, and how to "consume" those ingredients properly. Head here to register for and attend the 1-Day Brain Training Event, and we'll spell it out for you on December 3rd.

THE NEW AGING PARADIGM: How to Reverse Your Biological Clock
Getting older is not a disease. Nor is it a guarantee that you will develop one. While our bodies are subject to an unprecedented level of toxic exposures, nutritional incompatibilities, and stress factors, all of which contribute to an accelerated rate of biological aging well beyond what is natural, the good news is that we have the power to decelerate and even reverse our biological age and most chronic diseases by living, eating, and thinking differently.

Facebook's Shameless Jab Censorship and One World Government Agenda Exposed
Sayer Ji discusses Facebook's egregious censorship agenda as it connects to the One World Government policies it enforces on behalf of organizations like the World Health Organization. Together, Big Tech Platforms like Facebook are colluding with governments, and supra-governmental agencies lie the WHO, to shut down all narratives but one when it comes to vaccines, namely, that they are "safe and effective" a priori, with no discussion allowed. This violates informed consent, and human basic human rights.
