Hi Jimi,
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential to your health.
There are three primary types of omega-3 fatty acids: ALA, EPA, and DHA.
There’s abundant ALA in flax and chia seeds.
But EPA and DHA are primarily found in algae and fish.
So what should you do?
Here’s what you need to know about omega-3s.
Yours for optimal nutrition,
Ocean Robbins
P.S. Studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids can support your brain and your immune system, reduce your risk of heart disease, boost your mood, and bring down chronic inflammation. But how much do you need? What are the best sources? Should you be eating fish? What about flax meal or algae-based supplements?
Get the whole story here.

Men: Watch your vitamin D levels this winter

It’s been a few weeks since we all turned our clocks back an hour. So according to our watches, it’s the perfect time to issue a reminder about the vital importance of vitamin D supplementation.

As you may already know, the sun is your prime source of this life-saving nutrient—which means we’re losing more than just an hour of daylight when we “fall back” every year. That’s why a supplemental boost of vitamin D is so essential in the winter months, when days seem to end as soon as they start.

But the truth is, a daily vitamin D supplement should already be a year-round staple in your medicine cabinet. Most people simply don’t live close enough to the equator—or get outside enough, in any season—to achieve adequate vitamin D levels on sunshine alone. And rates of vitamin D deficiency among Americans are sky-high because of it.

Unfortunately, the science on this subject is very clear: Vitamin D deficiency leads directly to higher risk of disease—and not least of all, to a higher risk of prostate cancer.

In fact, research has shown that men with vitamin D levels below 12 ng/mL are more than three times as likely to be diagnosed with an aggressive form of the disease following a prostate biopsy. (And more than four times as likely, if they also happen to be African American.)

The good news: You can avoid this particular risk simply by paying close attention to your own vitamin D levels.

First: Everyone should get routine vitamin D testing. The absolute best way to determine adequate levels of vitamin D is with a 25-hydroxy-vitamin D blood test. Some practitioners, like me, order it automatically.

If your doctor doesn’t, ask for it. And when the results come in, make sure you ask for the numbers, too.

That’s because many doctors consider anything over 30 ng/mL to be sufficient. This is the deficiency threshold for most clinical research—but for optimal health, you want to your levels to be much higher.

Dr. Geo likes his patients to be between 40 and 70 ng/mL. Anything below that requires aggressive supplementation. And what does that mean?

Well, despite the low doses you’ll find in many multivitamins, 600 IU of vitamin D3 is the absolute minimum you should be taking for maintenance. If you’re a larger man, heavier, have darker skin, or just don’t get outside much, you probably need more than that.

Dr. Geo generally starts his patients with 2,000 IU in these cases, and sometimes with as much as 10,000 IU daily. Just bear in mind that at these high doses, it’s important to work with a doctor who’s monitoring your levels.

Already taking XY Wellness nutraceuticals? You’ve got you covered! You’ll find recommended daily dosages of vitamin D3 in each of these formulas:

Please keep up your good work and do so with a new heightened awareness of the importance of vitamin D to your good health. And please let us know how we can help you succeed in your journey.

Cordially,

Your XY Wellness Team

The Ultimate Vaccine Timeline
On this week’s episode of With the Wind, Dr. Paul is joined by researcher and designer Shaz Khan, who shares how the loss of her father in 2015 sparked her deep investigation into vaccine history, adverse event documentation, and the official records that shaped her new book, The Ultimate Vaccine Timeline. Together, they discuss captured institutions, informed consent, and the marketing-language approach used in public vaccine messaging—contrasted with the official documents Shaz uncovered during her research.

“It’s propaganda and it’s marketing languages. It’s not scientific, objective information.” — Shaz Khan

In This Episode, Shaz Shares:

• How her father’s death led her to uncover official documents and historical vaccine records rarely seen by the public.
• Why she structured The Ultimate Vaccine Timeline as a 180-page historical reference covering vaccine chronology, manufacturer changes, discontinued vaccines, and Institute of Medicine summaries.
• Examples of how children in both the U.S. and Switzerland can receive vaccines at school without parental knowledge.
• Why she believes vaccine materials given to children and parents rely heavily on marketing language rather than objective scientific information.
• Her personal opinion—based entirely on her research—that she would not vaccinate if she had a child, along with the books and documentaries she recommends to people starting their own research.

Hello ,

The holiday season is full of gatherings, connection and moments that warm the heart.

And while food often plays a big role, it’s helpful to remember that celebrations aren’t only about what’s on the table, they’re about the people, the stories, the laughter and the joy of being together.

Still, because food is woven into so many traditions, it can also bring up stress or pressure around how to nourish yourself in a way that feels good.

So this week, I’m sharing a few gentle reminders to help you feel grounded, present and nourished — body and mind — as you move through your celebrations.

Tips for Navigating Holiday Gatherings

💛 Focus on connection first — with yourself and with the people you love.

💛 Eat something balanced beforehand.

💛 Slow down and savor, give yourself time to enjoy your food.

💛 Take a moment to breathe — a few slow breaths can help you feel centered

💛 Remember: your body thrives on consistency, not perfection.

And to support you even more this season, I thought I’d share a festive, feel-good drink you can enjoy at your holiday gatherings.

Cranberries are beautifully in season right now, rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and gut-supportive compounds.

They’re wonderful for immune health and reducing inflammation, which makes them perfect for a festive, feel-good mocktail.

mail
🍹 Rosemary–Cranberry Crush

Festive, antioxidant-rich, and beautifully balanced

● 4 oz sparkling mineral water
● 2 oz additional cranberry juice
● Rosemary sprig for garnish

Directions:

  1. Gently muddle cranberries, rosemary, and xylitol syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add lemon juice and shake with ice for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass of fresh ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and remaining cranberry juice; stir gently.
  5. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
*To make xylitol syrup: dissolve 1 part xylitol in 1 part hot (not boiling) water. Store in the refrigerator.

If you’d like more festive, alcohol-free drinks for your celebrations, I’ve put together a special mocktail guide for you:

Not so long ago, Dr. Bryan Ardis shared a shocking revelation about what he found to be the root cause of a huge number of “cancers.”

And he opened my eyes…

To a popular horse dewormer that’s been used to combat cancer all over the world.

Dr. Ardis said:

“If you want to know something very interesting, 50% of all cancerous tumors, polyps that I was ever seen in my patients in my practice actually weren't cancer. They were actually parasitic egg sacs misdiagnosed as cancerous tumors.

If you want to know just how huge the misdiagnosis of cancer for parasites is, look at every research study published that ivermectin cures certain cancers.

Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug specifically, but it's being used around the world to combat and cure all types of cancers.

Imagine being able to combat cancer just by killing the parasites in your body!

Instead of using chemo, radiation, or surgery.

What’s even more astonishing is that there are in vitro studies examining the parasite-cancer relationship that have shown that not only could many cancer cases be parasitic infections, but that:

“Parasites that can cause cancer directly, [and] there are also parasites that can indirectly stimulate cancer development through various mechanisms.”*

This is exactly what discovering the root causes of diseases can do for you!

And I can guarantee that many Western medicine doctors either don’t know about this or won’t tell you about this.

After all, oncology drugs account for the most profit for Pharmaceutical companies today

Statista shared that cancer drugs reached $176 billion in sales in 2021.

If you don’t know about the powerful, natural alternatives that have successfully treated cancer in countless people around the world, then you NEED to read this!

Even if you do know, this book reveals some of the latest, most cutting-edge research that is yet to be shared.

Kennedy and Rollins Launch MAHA-Inspired Pilot Program to Support Regenerative Farmers

By John Klar, Contributing Writer, The MAHA Report
On December 10, in a historic move, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins jointly announced a $700 million pilot program to prevent soil erosion by supporting regenerative farming practices. The MAHA-inspired project, designed to improve domestic production of healthy, fresh meats and produce, has already been widely praised by regenerative and organic farming advocacy groups alike.
Regenerative agriculture embraces farming methods that prioritize building and preserving healthy soils, avoiding synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, and reducing tilling. These practices include organic farming, but not all regenerative farms are certified organic. Regenerative land husbandry also increases nutrient content in crops and livestock, nurtures biodiversity, and sequesters carbon in soils.
This win-win for food and farming is also believed to be a win-win for the HHS and the USDA. A visibly excited Secretary Rollins said the pilot put “our farmers and our ranchers first” and was part of the administration’s drive to “prioritize the health of our country.”

In 2022, cancer caused nearly 10 million deaths.
(Bray et al., 2024)

That’s not just a statistic.
That’s parents. Siblings. Friends.

People who once sat right where you’re sitting, wondering what else they could do.

If you or someone you love is facing cancer.
If you’re scared it might return.
If you just want to stack every card in your favor.

Then this guide could be the most important thing you read all year.

Download your copy of Feed the Body, Starve the Cancer
(It’s part of the powerful Cancer Decoded experience, and it’s at no cost to you during this launch.)

You got a treatment plan.

But what about a kitchen plan?

Most doctors discuss scans, medications, and surgery.
Very few tell you how your food can help or hurt.

This book changes that.

It’s not about miracle cures or magic diets. It’s about real science that shows how daily food choices affect your cancer risk or your recovery.

30 to 50% of cancers could be prevented through diet, weight, and lifestyle.(Cancer Prevention with Nutrition, Kerschbaum et al., 2019)

That’s millions of lives, changed by what’s on the plate.

So what does the science actually say?

Here’s what studies now confirm:

Diets high in sugar, processed meat, and refined carbs increase cancer risk.
Diets rich in fiber, whole plants, healthy fats, and natural antioxidants lower that risk.
Plant-focused eaters tend to live longer and have fewer cancer deaths.

In other words, your food isn’t just fuel.
It’s information.
It tells your body to defend or to surrender.

Inside the guide: Feed the Body, Starve the Cancer

This isn’t another bland “eat your veggies” list. This is practical, powerful, and personal.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

The best (and worst) foods for inflammation
Chronic inflammation creates the environment in which many tumors thrive. Learn which foods calm it down and which pour gasoline on it.

Why fiber-rich, colorful foods help starve cancer cells
Cancer cells love fast, sugary fuel. This guide shows you how to shift your internal terrain away from what cancer wants.

The brain-body-food connection
How food affects not just cancer risk, but also energy, mood, hormones, and healing.

Actual meal ideas you can cook today
You don’t need to be a gourmet chef. This book shows simple ways to build anti-cancer meals, one plate at a time.

Plus this is your ticket into the Cancer Decoded experience

When you download this book, you also unlock access to the complimentary 5-day summit, where over 50+ doctors, survivors, and researchers go deep into:

Gut health and toxins.

Inflammation and immune repair.

Healing after treatment.

Preventing recurrence.

Emotional and nutritional recovery.

But it all starts here with your fork, and with this guide.

Does Skin Pigment Act Like A Natural Solar-Panel?

While ubiquitous in nature, melanin, which provides the coloring found in hair, skin, eyes, feathers, scales, etc., is an especially important substance as far as the human condition is concerned. After all, melanin's role in determining skin color makes it the primary physiological basis for racial differentiation among humans. Entire civilizations, no doubt, have risen and fallen due to their conceptions (and misconceptions) about this pigment's effects on human behavior, to the point that the very notion of humanness itself has been called into question depending on how little or how much melanin a body possessed.

Study Reveals Relationship Between Meal Timing & Healthy Aging

When it comes to eating for a longer, healthier life, we usually focus on what we eat: more vegetables, less ultra-processed stuff, high-quality protein, healthy fats and so on. But a growing body of research, including a new meal timing longevity breakfast study, suggests that when we eat may matter just as much.

Causes of Thyroid Dysfunction

Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., writes:

Thyroid hormones are responsible for stimulating the metabolic processes of every cell in the body. People can’t live without adequate amounts of thyroid hormones.

The thyroid gland, which sits in the lower part of the neck, produces about a teaspoon of hormones in an entire year. That means just a little variation in thyroid hormone production can have big effects on the body.

Special: Dr. Brownstein: Your Tiny Thyroid Causing Big Problems

In order to grasp the effects of thyroid hormone, it is important to understand how the thyroid gland works. The gland is stimulated by a hormone from the pituitary gland — called, of course, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). The thyroid gland responds to TSH by producing a relatively inactive type of thyroid hormone called thyroxine, or T4.

The enzyme deiodinase (also called iodide peroxidase) then converts thyroxine to the active type of thyroid hormone, triiodothyronine (T3), which performs thyroid hormone functions.

One condition that causes fatigue for many patients is a failure to convert inactive T4 into the active T3 hormones. I refer to these patients as “poor T4 converters.” There are many reasons why T4 fails or is slow to convert into T3, including hypoadrenalism. Adequate levels of cortisol and other adrenal hormones are necessary for the body to convert T4 to T3.

Other factors that can slow the conversion of T4 to T3 include insufficient levels of:

  • B vitamins (especially vitamin B12)
  • Iodine
  • Iron
  • Selenium
  • Vitamin A
  • Zinc
In addition, many commonly prescribed medications — such as beta blockers, birth control pills, and antidepressants — can slow T4 conversion.

Fluoride, which is found in most public water sources, also is a potent inhibitor of thyroid activation. I have written many times about the dangers of fluoridating the water supply.

The most common reason a person would be unable to convert inactive T4 into active T3 is iodine deficiency — which affects much of our country. I estimate that more than 95% of Americans are iodine deficient.

Microvascular Angina: Deadlier Than We Thought
By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.
Microvascular angina used to be considered a fairly harmless condition that occurred mostly in women, but research has shown that it may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and death due to cardiovascular reasons.
Special: Top Cardiologist Formulated This for His Own Heart
The study, published in the European Heart Journal, looked at 686 patients on four continents, and during a two-year follow-up found events such as stroke, heart attack, and hospitalization for chest pain (angina) occurred in nearly 8 percent of patients each year.
Men and women were almost equally affected, and the prognosis was no different according to sex or ethnicity. Analysis showed that high blood pressure, previous history of coronary artery disease, and stable angina were all important and independent predictors of these major cardiovascular events.
Women had significantly worse quality of life than men, although they had a similar long-term prognosis; the researchers say this could be due to the effect of female hormones on pain perception.

Hey Folks,

I hope it doesn't come as a surprise to you, that I think Herbs are amazing… but there are times when they are not the right answer at all. What if you're on medication? Pregnant? Caring for a child or aging parent? Sometimes the wrong herb can create serious problems.
What if there was a way to help the body respond quickly without swallowing anything or risking contraindications?

Let me share with you when herbs should be avoided and what we rely on instead. This is especially important for anyone who wants results now, not weeks from now…

Hi Jimi,

2000 years ago, the ancient Indian physician known as Charaka (considered by many to be "The Father Of Ayurveda") wrote down this profound sentence:

It is more important to prevent the occurrence of disease than to seek a cure.

In honor of his vital wisdom, I have a potent Ayurvedic immune tonic to share with you today. This time-tested brew helps strengthen your immune system, thanks to its powerful adaptogenic properties.

When we talk about adaptogens, we’re talking about herbs that boost energy, restore vitality, and increase the body’s resilience to the stresses of modern life -- and, as an added bonus, they have no harmful side effects. They are also the prime herbs used for increasing life force and one’s quality of life as we get older.

The adaptogens in this tonic recipe - ashwagandha and shatavari - have a borderline miraculous ability to work with your body to restore balance. They “adapt” to whatever stressors (whether physical, chemical, or biological) are weakening your body and adjust the settings inside of you to heal the issue.

Top that off with the antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory healing properties of ginger, cinnamon, and honey, and you have something that will help you navigate the cold and flu season with robust protection and vibrant energy.

Ok, now for today's recipe...

Adaptogenic Immune Tonic

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1/4 tablespoon dried holy basil (tulsi)
1/4 tablespoon dried ashwagandha root
1/4 tablespoon dried shatavari root
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cardamom pods
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups water
Honey, to taste
Milk (I use oat or coconut), to taste

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water with holy basil, ashwagandha, shatavari, and ginger and heat on medium.
  • Once liquid comes to a slight boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add cardamom, star anise, and cinnamon and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Strain out herbs.
  • Pour into two mugs, and allow it to cool a bit.
  • Add honey and milk to taste.
Voila! Sit back and enjoy this cup of delicious healing goodness.

MAHA Weekly Wins: Healthier Soil for Farmers, Healthier Food for SNAP Recipients, and a Plan to Bring Exercise Spaces to Airports

Good, except that sh*t about disallowing "junk food" to SNAP recipients makes me mad as hell. SNAP is supposed to support, not control the food insecure. SNAP recipients want to give their children birthday parties, reward good school report cards with a soda pop. They want to relax on Friday nights with chips and salsa like anybody else. MAHA go f*ck yourself. Make food better, get the GMO's out, get the unhealthy ingredients out, but don't try to govern people. We have enough government interference, and too little government efficiency.

Most snap recipients get money also. They can buy all the junk they want. They can also buy sugar, flour, etc to make their junk food for parties, learn how to bake different goodies for the parties. They do have choices, to be creative on what to make bake. They can buy one of those Soda Streams that makes soda which would be healthier for them and their child(ren).
I know some are idiots but not all of them.
I mean, if this idiot, me, is able to make bake stuff, I'm sure they are able to do the same. No, I'm not on snap. Anything homemade is better than already made items.

Wolfie, you made me do a deep dive, because I haven't heard of cash being given in addition to food support.

Yes, SNAP benefits are given via an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which is like a debit card, loaded monthly, and can only be used toward SNAP eligible items, limited to food and beverages, but not alcoholic beverages, tobacco, non-food items, or hot prepared foods in most cases. There is a dollar limit. You can't get your card refilled until the following month's re-load.

Other food support programs are for school breakfasts and school lunches.

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey and herbs.

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) reimburses adult care institutions and family or group day care homes for food, but not the individuals living in them.

So nobody is getting cash to use at their discretion. There is no welfare, hasn't been for more than a decade, so when you hear people griping about welfare abusers, you can say where have you been? There is no cash welfare.

You can't use the benefits to buy a soda stream kit or the ingredients it uses, and it's pretty expensive anyway.

Having government pretend to clean up our food supply, while leaving fluoride in the water and doing NOTHING about glyphosate and atrazine, but grabbing an opportunity to climb on a high horse and crack a whip on the poor, makes me want to vomit. After that I want to deliver a pallet of Cokes and candy bars to the local food bank.

Growing up, my mom never kept sodas, potato chips, candy bars or honey buns in the house, but when we brought home good report cards she walked us down to the convenience store to choose a soda and a candy bar, one per kid, just the one day. We didn't want a pint of milk or a clif bar. The special treat was the stuff we were not normally allowed. When we got older we were taken out to dinner instead.

I don't care about how much better it is to make things at home. I don't want to be the judge or the user of the spanking stick any more than I think government should. I don't care that Cokes and candy bars are not health foods. The affront is government taking any opportunity to grab our freedom when we have less and less of it.

Did you notice they also cut vitamin and mineral supplements from SNAP? They want us dead, not healthy. It's all theatre of hypocrisy.
