Happy Independence Day! Today, as the nation celebrates its freedom… I can't think of a more fitting time to talk about a freedom that matters just as much: Freedom to take back control of your own health. Because while the world is celebrating today, so many people are still quietly trapped. Trapped in cycles of fatigue, chronic symptoms, and a system that only ever offers to manage the problem instead of solving it. But you're here. And that tells me you're ready for something different. So while you have this long weekend, I'd love for you to use some of it to reclaim that freedom for yourself. And the best place to start is by catching up on episode 1-4 of The Human Shutdown! What we cover goes far beyond what can typically be covered during a routine doctor's appointment It’s the kind of information that changes the questions you ask… The choices you make… and the way you understand what your body has been trying to tell you. The replay window closes tomorrow night at 11:59 PM EDT. Watch Episodes 1 through 4 here while you still can. |
Before we reflect on what we’ve covered so far… I just want to say how deeply I care about your health… and about helping you stay resilient in a world that keeps getting more toxic by the year. |
| Hey Jimi, Childhood trauma is more common than most people realize. In fact, studies show that over two-thirds of children worldwide experience at least one traumatic event by the age of 16 or 18. And it doesn’t always have to be something extreme. It can be simple things like growing up in a stressful environment, feeling emotionally unsupported, or being exposed to ongoing conflict or pressure. On the surface, these experiences may not seem that serious. But when they build up and linger over time, they can begin to affect the body in ways most people don’t realize. Discover the overlooked link between childhood trauma and chronic disease You see, unmanaged stress and unresolved experiences don’t just stay in the past. They can continue to influence your body long after the moment has passed. In fact, research has shown that long-term stress and trauma are linked to a higher risk of conditions like cancer, heart disease, and autoimmune issues. What makes this even more challenging is that this internal stress can also affect how well your body responds to the very treatments you rely on. Which means you could be doing all the right things, and still not seeing the results you expected. Despite what many people believe, these deeper patterns can have a much greater impact on your health than you may think. The good news is, there are natural ways to gently start working with your body to address this. That is exactly why I held my live masterclass yesterday, The Missing Link to Healing. During the session, I broke down what this key factor is and how it influences whether your body can actually shift into a state where healing becomes possible. As you watch the replay, you’ll discover:

| Hi Jim, Today the United States turns 250 years old — and this year, our own celebration carries a weight it has never carried before. For nearly two decades, GreenMedInfo has been quietly doing one thing, over and over, without permission and without apology: making the science of natural healing freely available to the world. Along the way, our work has been read, shared, and cited more than one billion times — by mothers, physicians, researchers, seekers, and skeptics alike. People hungry for real answers. People who refused to accept that a pill or an injection was the only option on the table. Through censorship, deplatforming, and every headwind imaginable, we have never once wavered from our mission: informed choice, health freedom, and the right of every human being to access the knowledge required to heal. "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be." — Thomas Jefferson, letter to Charles Yancey, 1816 Jefferson understood — as we do now, more viscerally than any generation before us — that a free people cannot exist without free information. Without it, there is no democracy. Without it, there is no medicine worthy of the name. Without it, there is no parental right, no bodily sovereignty, no privacy, no meaningful consent. So today, on the eve of America's 250th, we want to say something very simple: Thank you. Thank you for standing with us through the rise — and the resurrection — of natural and complementary medicine. Thank you for choosing truth over convenience, and love over fear. Thank you for being the reason our library has grown into what may be the most comprehensive open database of natural medicine research on Earth. History is being written by every single one of you. The Complete Rebuild of GreenMedInfo The biggest transformation in our history is landing soon. Countless hours, immense personal resources, and years of vision — reimagined for the next chapter of the health-freedom movement. Mark your calendar. You won't want to miss it. To our loyal members: we owe this moment to you. You made this possible — literally, materially, and spiritually. What you are about to see was built for you, and with you in mind at every turn. To those not yet part of our community: we cannot wait to show you what we've been building, and why so many have already chosen to stand with us. There has never been a better time to join. This July 4th is more than a holiday. It is a reminder that liberty — the kind our founders bled for, and the kind we now fight for in the arenas of science, medicine, speech, and conscience — is never given. It is chosen, defended, and renewed by ordinary people who refuse to look away. You are those people. And we are so proud to walk beside you. |
Most people think longevity is about living longer. But ask yourself this: What good is a longer life if your energy, mobility, cognitive function, and independence are steadily declining along the way? Today, I'm excited to share my conversation with physician and longevity expert Dr. Daniel Stickler, who believes the goal isn't simply to add years to your life. It's to preserve the qualities that make those years worth living. That distinction between lifespan and healthspan sits at the heart of his work. In this episode, Dr. Stickler shares his perspective on why aging may be better understood as a process that can be influenced rather than an unavoidable decline to be accepted. We also dive into one of the most exciting areas of emerging longevity science: peptides. Researchers are investigating the potential of peptides to support a wide range of biological processes related to healthy aging, including mitochondrial function, cognitive performance, recovery, immune health, body composition, and overall resilience. Throughout our discussion, Dr. Stickler shares the peptides he finds most promising, the research that has captured his attention, and why he believes the future of longevity medicine may look very different from conventional approaches that primarily focus on treating disease after it develops. This episode was first released in June 2019 In this podcast, Dr. Stickler and I discuss:

| As you can imagine, Jim, I get asked “when are you going to do a webinar on ____” about just about everything you can think of… but UNDOUBTEDLY the one that I’ve been asked about the MOST over the years is hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). And my answer for HBOT, along with everything else we haven’t done a webinar on, has always been mostly the same… we only do webinars on things we see fit to spend the money on for ourselves, and have seen a major benefit in doing so… and until recently, that wasn’t the case with HBOT. It’s an oxygen-based therapy, and we already use and talk about ozone, which is also oxygen-based and is less expensive. I knew there was SOME research about hyperbaric and cancer… but what I knew about it wasn’t enough to make me run out and get one. However, it’s been coming up more and more at the integrative cancer conferences I’ve been going to over the past couple of years because the research has really started to pile up… so much so that it was starting to gnaw at me that we didn’t have one, particularly because it’s also HUGE in the autism world, and Ryder still has some mild spectrum stuff we continue working through… so at the beginning of this year, we took the plunge (or I guess “dive” would be a better term, as that’s what using hyperbaric is sometimes referred to and long story short, the whole family loves it! Interestingly, all for different reasons. For the cancer research / applications specifically, Ryder’s naturopathic oncologist / prolific teacher of other doctors which is very nice of him to sum up in 13 minutes, as I’ve sat through him taking a couple of hours in conferences with all sorts of elaborate charts and diagrams. If you don’t want to take the 13 minutes (or 6.5 minutes at 2x speed), here’s the list of bullet points I jotted down: |

Could This Emerging Research Change the Future of Triple Negative Breast Cancer? |
At Breast Cancer Conqueror, we're committed to staying on the leading edge of integrative cancer research so you can make informed decisions about your healing journey. |
In our newest blog, we're exploring HPBCD (2-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin), a compound used safely in pharmaceuticals for decades that is now being investigated for its potential role in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). Early laboratory and animal studies have shown promising results, including significant tumor reduction in preclinical models. While this research is exciting, it's important to note that HPBCD has not yet been studied in human clinical trials for breast cancer and is not part of standard cancer care. We also share simple, evidence-informed ways to support your body today, including the potential benefits of matcha tea, blueberries, Vitamin D, and cardamom. Because healing is about more than waiting for tomorrow's breakthroughs. It's about combining the best of modern science with the healing gifts of nature, one intentional step at a time. Read the full blog and discover what researchers are learning about HPBCD and TNBC. |

As America marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence, “The HighWire” celebrates freedom the only way it knows how: by defending the right to bodily sovereignty. Del talks to ICAN lead attorney Aaron Siri to reflect on the remarkable shift from a time when vaccines could barely be questioned in public to a moment when the fight for informed consent is being discussed inside some of the nation’s most influential institutions. We take you inside Aaron’s powerful Kennedy Center presentation in Washington, D.C., where he addressed a packed audience of policymakers, journalists, health agency insiders, and advocates on vaccines, accountability, and the fundamental freedoms at stake. | Hi Jimi, Cancer is one of the top causes of death worldwide, and millions of people are living with the fear that it could happen to them… Even when they're doing "everything right." If you eat well, exercise, and still feel uneasy about your risk, here's why: There's an overlooked system in your body that regulates inflammation, stress response, and your cells' ability to repair DNA damage… And most doctors don't address it in cancer prevention or treatment. Here's what's wild: two people can have nearly identical diets and exercise habits, yet only one develops serious cancer. The difference often comes down to this **ONE system**. When it's working, your body can better protect itself even under chronic stress. When it's not, diet and exercise alone may not move the needle on risk or recovery. This Friday at 12 PM ET, I'm hosting The Missing Link to Healing, where I'll show you:
