@Artemis, save yourself the trouble and order 2 from the beginning.
On a related thought, the 0.5 ohm coils are indeed better than the 1.0 ohm coils. The vapor is better, denser.

That's too bad, you're missing out on a very nice MTL setup. Do what I do, get a Walmart (or any other) rechargeable debit/credit card and use it on your PayPal account.

I might have to start doing that. I just had a card compromised...again so I'm being careful. This time the bank caught it for once.

I found that to be the easiest way to deal with credit card fraud. It happened to me once a few years ago and that's when I started using the Walmart debit card. I usually load a couple hundred dollars or so every 2 weeks. I have it linked to a PayPal account but use it in gas stations and any other place I don't feel like using a "real" credit card would be a smart thing to do. My wife didn't understand why I do this, thought it was a bother. That is until 3 weeks ago when we were awakened by a call at 1 am. It was her credit card company asking if she just purchased $90 worth of stuff from a gas station! That was on top of several other purchases done at about the same time. Now, not only does she understand the use of this type of card, she is the proud owner of one! It seems that gas stations are a common place for credit card data to be copied.

Use a CREDIT CARD, not a DEBIT card. I can't think of a credit card company who does not reverse fraudulent charges and sends a new card immediately if the card is compromised.

@Nailz ,I think I'm gonna try it but I have plans on how to reduce the air flow. I'm ordering it on ebay so I should have it within the week. If my "fix" works, I'll post it here, if it doesn't, the whole thing will go in the "Duhhh!!! I should've passed on this one" box.

Well the 2.5mm might be alright for me, as do like a more airy MTL draw anyway, but know you like it tighter, be interested to hear your review on it, as have looked at them sort of tanks before, as the capacity would be nice for a work tank, so wouldn't need to carry juice with me.

Weird, how after 3.5 years I still really enjoy the tape from it.
It's hard to beat for mtl pleasure.. sovemesto just got it right and created a classic that just vapes perfect... if it does it does and I doubt time will change that.

When I smoked pipes had some that were decades old and they just smoked perfect.

I was like that with cigars. No matter what Hoho de Monterrey were always perfect. Makes me wonder why I have all this shit.

Nothing saying a good cigar every once in a while is a bad thing.I got 4 humidors full of Nicaraguan Puros.
I plan on lighting 1 for Christmas/Hanukkah.
If I knew I could do that I would. I miss my Sumatran wrapped cigars.

Time to get your fingers clicking...Links below.

I know its supposed to be a cigar...but... i might look into getting a nice pipe mod with some sort of MTL tank (if a tank don't come with the mod) and trying these out. I can't see it being good in a rda with dual fused claptons...lol

@ToolmanTexas , which pipe setup did you end up getting? I may be looking for one, but I'd prefer a regulated one.

@BrewBear, I wanted something inexpensive to start off with that I could get fairly quickly so I went mechanical. Regulated are few and far between but I'll link one that should be avail soon that looks nice and affordable (there are some options that are high-end and expensive).

But here is what's coming this week:

http://desertvapes.com/chrome-curved-long-pipe-7/
http://desertvapes.com/chrome-long-pipe-drip-tips-3/

Here is the regulated mod that looks very interesting. I'll wait for reviews and hopefully a model that is the mod alone, without the tank:

@ToolmanTexas ,Have you seen the Elitar e-pipes?
Yeah, nice features but I can't stomach the look of them. I want something that actually looks and feels more like a traditional pipe. That thing is way too electronic looking for my taste.

I do dig these high-end mods and may invest at some point:

http://www.freighttrainmods.com/
http://limelightmechanics.com/

3F has the Smok regulated one listed cheaper than FT so going to keep an eye on that as they become avail:

Looks like they don't sell them anymore. Here's one (not mine) It's ebony wood. They didn't have a lot of stems in stock when I ordered so I ended up getting a brown/pumpkin coloured short stem. It's a bit shorter than the stem pictured.

haha, that's what I really liked about it. I bought it before I really knew anything about vaping but really liked the idea of chilling on the sofa at night puffing away. It didn't get the love it deserved.

Hey guys I know I really should try reading through 38 pages of comment before I ask this but from what I have read I don't think I would gain the knowledge that I seek. Also I am not a MTL vaper anyways. I am however searching for a new tank for my wife and she is mostly a MTL'er (yup I think I made that word up).

My wife currently vapes on a protank 2 and is tired of burning through coils and would like a different tank and asked me to help. What tank do yall recommend that has these features:

1) similar draw as protank 2
2 ) better replacement coils
3) maybe top juice fill though not necessary sence the protank isn't. I don't like the idea of the nautilus x because it looks like the glass is held on only by a seal when refilling which makes me think it could get moved and cause a mess.
4) side airflow.

Kabuki clone/authentic, uses the Nautilus coils but the vape is twice as good, with the triton mini clapton coils it is really, really good.

I personally love the iSub V for flavor chasing even though it is not really an MTL tank.

I fucking loved the flavor and super tight draw of the clone-buki.
However I had 2 huge problems with it though.Firstly it was kind of a bitch to refill and secondly the positive pin needed to be readjusted every damn time you put in a new coil...GRR!:mad: :headbang: :mad:

This is why I don't suggest kabuki, auth or clone, to rookies...Can be frustrating.
