This is my current around the house setup. Now if I could find a Castigador, Tirador, or Munequita my mech want's will be filled for now.

.4 kanthal at the moment. I'm a temp control fan and can't wait to try the 0.2 ss but the kanthal is performing great. I haven't tried the ss coil yet.

Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

The .2's work great for SS, however, for regular wattage it's hard to beat the Kanthal.

I'm really interested to see pictures of your setups!
My set up shown the storage box I made using an unfinished jewelry box. Not tthe greatest job but serves my purpose. It only cost me $9.00 and I was able to make all the necessary holes for everything I needed it for (including extra tips, beauty rings, lanyards, tv remote, pens, etc.).

^ Got some Hawk Sauce in there.

Edit: Just for informational reasons, ideally, this is about a 60-80 watt build.

Just ordered one black and one silver Tsunami clones. They look so much fun to build and tinker on!
I heard the clones are just as good as the original except the screws suck....
I received my Tsunami about a week and a half ago and although I love building on it the small space and the large airflow tube really make the juice well tiny, causing you to redrip after 2-3 draws...They are releasing a 24mm version very shortly and I think with the extra space that it will even out the juice capacity. You really can fit anything into the Postholes though and its a great design...

This is my favorite set up. Kanger Subtank Mini with a beauty ring over the 510 to ego that it comes with the tank. I replaced the drip tip. Have the tank on the Innokin CoolFire IV Plus - 70 watt. Picture shown with the lanyard setup. The lanyard is one that I made using a rubber black o-ring which I purchased from the auto store with metal split ring that the lanyard attaches to. That's my baby in the background - LOL

playing around with combinations of tips and mods.

How do you like your Lasimo? Any weird quirks with it? Vendors have been trying to move them hard and haven't heard anything about them.

I think I would be the worst person to ask atm.... Having a shutting down issue and their customer service is less than desirable to where it's leaving a bad taste in my mouth. With a 2 week old mod you would think they would be more than helpful...

Do a search in the forum, I remember reading about issues with updating the software.

If you dont use the Software from the Manufacturer you wont have any issues with it, I like mine but I had to edit the crapware that came with it a ton for it to work well enough. If you check Laisimo's FB and other pages you will see that their crapware has locked up and bricked many units...Ive uploaded my edited version for anyone that needs it, just a heads up.

This forum still has plenty of guys that use mechs as their ADVs
I've been using my Noisy Cricket almost exclusively over my RX200, Cuboid, and a few others. Also like to use my Tugboat clone parallel box for the lower ohm builds. Dotmod Petri V2 on the NC, Tendou Nobunaga on the TB.

Very nice. I was checking the Petri's out on your site the other day. I want one but can't justify the expense at the moment. Key words, at the moment.

If it helps, I've put together a group buy for the Petri V2 - HERE. $72 includes shipping and insurance. Still kinda pricey, but a lot cheaper than the $90+ everyone else is charging.

Just got this in. Way lighter and easier to carry than my sx mini ml. Happy with the melo 3 as well.
Got my Pico in yesterday, it's pretty amazing and way lighter than I was expecting.

I see one setup that matches one of mine to the "T" ;)

Naw, mine are clones :p, but yes, I was going to leave the Griffin on there but I wanted to actually put those 3 batteries to the test, so it was either the Boreas or the TM2 and the Boreas is just so nice on it's current home. All these new mods though make me hate my old Sig/Xcube, so blocky. The Realeaux and Tres Equis while probably similar volume just fit the hand so well. My picture doesn't do justice to how nice the NC looks though, so shiny.

Just a tip if you didnt know already-Tighten the RDA down first then the batteries, this allows the RDA to sit flush and the batteries will adjust to stay even

Danke, I'll give that a try, one difference between authentic and clone is the clone has a little "pin" placed on top of the connection area, where the authentic is flat (from what I saw), we'll see if I can get things to balance out better, didn't want to mess with it too much, finally got the batteries all balancing right
