Quick question guys ... Just got done making a staple wire ... When I wrap the coil, I want the flat part of the ribbon on its side right, not stacked facing up

Unwrap some of the clapton to check where the Ribbon is facing, use pliers to wrap the coil if it warps.

Yes. Make sure you keep a fair amount of tension as you wrap it, or it can twist on you.
.04 Dual Coil on Tres Equis...It works but Ill be saving this build specifically for the HOG V1 as the batteries get warm from a few pulls and I dont feel confident in it. I just wanted tyo see how it felt to vape that 4 Core Fused Clapton on Dual Coil...If you thought the Single Coil Video was something this will also impress you.

If you use a torch they loose the springiness to them.Trying a new build for the NC: 2x32k/40k fc's twisted with 32n80

Yeah, torch is busted so i dry fired the shit out of em, pulled em out, tightened them up, put them back in, swore at them, and then gave one last burn pinch and wiggle and settled for well enough

Jesus, usually they become hard and very tough to work with after annealing them..
Not so much for this as its all high gauge wire. Even wicking it it was still real springy but it worked, and quite well. I'm liking it more than the 28/38fc's i had in it before. Ive been vaping nothing but the five fold's carnival off the NC and this really makes it pop

I picked up a new Tripod for the Camera for Macro Shots....I keep forgetting I got that camera and I keep using the Samsung...Ill keep it in the Office to remind me to use it for the shots. Any ideas for lighting and other helpful info??

Before I used that Camera setup to take this pic I never really thought about using a ultrasonic cleaner to clean my wires before wrapping them...I will from now on!

This is when I only use a mandrel to wrap coils instead of my coil jig. Easiest to keep strong tension on the cores.

Actually, there ARE fakes using the etching. It sucks.
First Ive heard of this, than you for informing me of that, there are many other ways to tell though...about 12 different traits that can be used to compare.

Can anyone recommend a cheap, small regulated mod for me? Not Mini Volt Small... 100w or under is fine , 1 or 2 batteries (don't matter). Ohh, and it would be nice to have an under .1ohm restriction..

Its 24g flat wire - dual coil - 9 wraps - 2.5mm id - 0.36 ohms
Ill probably drop to a few wraps next time but it vapes great for now.

You'll like it even more when you hold one. It's super clicky and easy to press no matter how you grab the mod, very satisfying as well. This is the most comfortable single 18650 device to hold and use that I've held so far. Some people gripe that the finish is too slick and smooth, but for me that's part of the attraction.

They are just V1 clones with the post holes cut more and a newer topcap...I WANT THE DAMN SCREWS!
I was just wonder about that when I looked at the post holes. I didn't see the double post holes. More kinda like a wide (sideways) version of a double vision.
If you look at the very bottom of the RDA its engraving/etched "V1.0"
The Petri V2 on FT doesnt even have the etching on it period, I do see other clones with the V2 etching though. They all seem different, the postholes are all cut differently-shape and width, the etchings on the bottom are different.
