Yup. 2 hours sleep, started working at 7 this morning, and am just now getting to wind down a bit. Still got a crapload of work to do, but I'll take it easy for the rest of the night.
As far as the build is concerned... Well, it was worth a try. It ain't no alien, that's for sure. And I think a regular fused Clapton vapes better than this does. Live and learn, I guess.

They are a kind and respectful bunch for sure!
"Groove Fused" is the term for that type of fusing, its one of the more difficult and tedious form of fusing IMO and even with a few mistakes you should be proud of your result....many people cant concentrate on the fusing enough for a single wrap and thats why its a challenge build for most, especially when you are using anything over 36g for the initial clapton.

I am looking for some build suggestions for a single battery mod. I have a DNA 75 VT 75 nano. I am using the mage tank. I want to build something that will give good flavor. I'm trying to stay away from large clouds really just aiming for flavor.
Any suggestions on what to build?

Not in this one. I thought about finding a good small 24mm tank that does single. Trying to stay with the shorter tanks. This is my pocket mod for out in public when trying to be discrete and not having people think the place is on fire.

A fused Clapton always works in a pinch.
I thought a set of fc's would put too much load on a single battery mod.
What gauge wire are you thinking for that and at what ohm range?

I run a pair of aliens on my DM tube with no problem, so a pair of FCs should be fine - especially in a reg. mod.
2x28/38, 3.0mm, 6/7 wraps should work just fine in the Mage on the VT75. The resistance will be determined by the wire type he uses.

I have 28gauge 430ss, 30gauge 316ss, and 37 gauge 316ss on hand. I have been making my fc's with 28ga cores wrapped in the 37.

I use a 3 wrap ss316l fused Clapton on a single battery mod. 65 watts and it fire great in an aeronaut

Buy a Drill from walmart for the same price and then a pack of spool tamers
Youll have many more options with the drill when you actually get a hang of it

Ive done the drill thing. Clapton, Alien, nothing too exotic. I like the size of this device, and just want to know if anybody has used it, and if it works. I personally marvel at all the amazing builds I see in this thread, but am not sufficiently motivated to bisect my room, with wires to achieve what I want.

Went ahead and tried doing an enigma for the tube. Nailed the build after the third try but I think I need more power to make this shine. 2x28gka1/6x.4ka1/36gn80 staged with 24gka1 .15 ohms. Seriously, thanks Ray for the tips and helping me with questions, suggesting mods and tools. Hope you had a great birthday!

Try out the pro function on the camera mode and play with it a bit u will be suprised how good the camera is on the s6.
Ive got a s6 edge myself, yeah u know the pictures i think @Dutch0hms buddy hehe

So the enigma wasn't performing too well staged on the tube and felt like a waste. Rebuilt for my Goon and variable. 2x30gka1/8x.4ka1/38gn80 .15 ohms. Far from perfect but what the hell.
Also rebuilt because the wife gave me her old note 3 haha. Damn you Ray! Now I want that zoom lens.

That Enigma looks great! I would suggest next time you make one use 3-4 pieces of N80 or 2 Pieces of SS Ribbon in the center and then use the same amount of ribbon on the sides...no need to staging afterwards!So the enigma wasn't performing too well staged on the tube and felt like a waste. I just got my Galaxy S6 today and been playing with it, took some pictures and afterwards found out I had it in widescreen mode which reduces the pictures to 9MP instead of 16MP, found Pro Mode with better settings and tomorrow I will take some pictures in the light...
Some low light, half the megapixels and no pro mode pictures

How come? Those cat tracks are Sexy! I still want to try making them, I just don't have an idea how yet. Gonna search for them next. Will have one final go at the enigma once I get my hohm wrecker then I'll try those next.

I'll order more types of ribbon on my next order. Just need to sell some coils here too to fund my building hobby then will order nichrome ribbon along with the ss316l cores and wraps.
Too bad for the camera. It's a big improvement from my cheap camera phone but the sun didn't want to come out. I don't think I have pro mode on mine. Yours looks so crisp even without the macro lens!

I also got the Gforce Earth Mod V2 today!
I tried a Double Stuffed SSFC in it but I wanted a warmer vape so I made some 4 Core Aliens using 27g Framing 26g/36g (All SS). At .06 Ohms and the mod pushing it without sweating and having a few hours of vape time on it Im in heaven! I LOVE the vape off of it, the 2A charging, the 80A CD, the size but the one thing Im not use to is the deck but Im thinking of trying some extensions on it next!

I havent had much time to myself to explore anything other then my typical work....I feel overloaded almost daily now and then there will be a day or 2 during the week where I would have time to dick around with the computer and I spend them cleaning lol Why, you got something for me??
Crazy day at the drill today...I was too tired to coil these up but Im happy to say Im upgrading the office to the unused Den and building a 12ft bench with wall lighting and more, will be adding a foot pedal to the corded drill and also using a pistol rest to lock in the drill so its always in a perfect position.
Ive never seen this before but I wanted to step up the Double Stuffed SSFC....Here's my first Quad Stuffed SSFC
