They make convertables now. RTA, RDA, BF RDA, clearo (naut x coils) depending how you assemble it.

Newbies have luxury. Get to try lots in one go

what are your favourite events? you guys seem strong in everything

we have a good medal to population ratio, with a population of 24 million we manage okay

i like the 1500 freestyle, and some other stuff i never think of until it is on

I was born in Squaw Valley where the 1960 Winter Olympics were held...(I was 4) my dad was a ski instructor:) so love skiing events...dad was also a swimming instructor, so there's that. For the record I am not an athlete, more of a klutz, tho I could play golf and tennis and ski back in the day. ...but I got the brains...hahaha Love that golf is back, love tennis, Serena and Venus, love gymnastics.
I love the Olympics, and it's ideals:)

I find current tennis boring. All baseline snore fests.

I preferred Boris Becker etc. Serve-volley even on clay.

I'll watch anything they're showing. Saw a little water polo, rowing and archery this morning. All good stuff!

Aussie fans at the olympics are usually the best fans. Always having a good time.
Polo i can't follow.

Rowing we have traditionally done okay. And has just given an earworm i will link if i can find it

I'm still here, reading, caring about everyone and what is going on in your lives. This has been a ridiculously insane week, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning for postponed birthday crab fest. Bonus is that May birthday is at the very beginning of crab season and now crab season is in full swing, crabs and completed first moult and are heavier and meatier. :)
Tonight we will finish off the last of the half bushel of crabs and hopefully tomorrow will start to get back to normal, yeah right. I'm still in the cleaning, cooking mode, with the new air fryer that I'm starting to wonder how I ever lived without.

Afternoon boof heads.

Yayyyy doggie! Now, could ya come do mine next? I promise lots more praise. Perhaps some decent food, although nothing near what dirty Betty can serve up.

22, I'm sure Karen quite appreciates the serenades. Poor bird got a full week of them when I was in New Orleans, ya know, just so he was prepared and knew what he was getting into with me. I think he secretly liked em behind all that laughing and eye rolling.

CP.. Enjoy the crab for me! Sounds delicious

Granny bear... When's that second big headed baby coming?

At emergency department. Mum collapsed. Don't know what time. She wasn't up by 10am. So knocked on and opened bedroom door

thanks, everyone

don't know how long she was on the floor. Said she got up to go potty last night, fell, hit her head and hip, crawled to her room. I found her at 10am

they were most worried about the weight loss, she weighed in at 37 kg

they suspect a blockage [cancer]

loss of consciousness could have been a seizure, with her epilepsy, or just a fall, or low blood sugar

Anyone found any good dimes lately?

3am. I'm making lasagne. Keeps me busy for now.

You knuckles are boof heads. Very dear to my heart... Just saying

K is the dime findingest fool I've ever seen. She must always be scanning the ground while she walks. Of course, she just points them out and has me pick them up.

We were gonna buy one of those frozen lasagna's at the store today, but they didn't have the one we liked. Opted for a few talapia fillets instead.

Genuinely concerned for your mom doggie. How far is the hospital for you. Hope not too far.

Thanks fb

22. Not too far. Just a bit of walking from where my bus stops. There are buses out there. But quicker to walk from the station

DM, I am so sorry to hear this. I know how hard it is to wait and wonder. I am sending prayers across the water (and toward heaven) that she is healed and you are given peace.

Here is a bulldog and a chook to keep you company.

And a few puppies for a snuggle and chuckle:

Nope had a regression last week. It's been a constant battle internally. I'm resorting to post it notes to remind me to stay focused.

Dayum! I have concentration issues but I just chalk it up to being OLD. Sorry you are struggling. There are some herbal stuffs that might help. Or, do you think you are just "over" this job?
