Mother knuck said quack quack quack
But only 4 little knucks came back...
I just don't really know where is all the knuckles...
Expecting 63 F today. With sun. The ground temperature is probably almost tomato ready, so it isn't a cold 63, especially with sun.

I just cloned a 'wild' cherry tomatoe plant yesterday. I don't eat em but the neighbor does! Maybe this is a good time for a side by side soil/nutrient experiment

I am still here. Still going in to work earlier than I'm used to and seem to just have time to sleepily catch up, drink my coffee and drag my ass out the door every day.
Pouring rain this morning. Never fun to work in. Don't think this is related to the hurricane, but may see some rain from it tomorrow if it tracks far enough north and west.

If I was ever gonna try hydroponics, it would be for the home grown tomatoes.

G'mornin 22! Hydroponics are actually fairly easy if you know the basics. Feed them the right nutes, Make sure your pH is in check, don't overload them with nutrients and keep your reservoir well aerated. Aside from that they just need enough light/CO2 and they shoot like up like crazy.
I REALLY want to try aquaponics at some point. You basically put some Tilapia (or other suitable fish) in the reservoir, they eat the algae made in the rhizosphere by the plants, and the plants live off the fish poo and help clean the water for the fishes. I may be missing something but those are the basics as far as I recall... And no, my last name is Skinny
