Cheaper mods are just gimiky when claim TC which is why many claim it dont work , if can turn on TC setting an be able not dial anything, no curve ,no pre heat no adjusting wattage , then its rather pointless.

SS wire dont have a bad taste , Kanthal has a funny taste to me effects flavours.
I do prefer SS wire now myself since moving on since kanthal, which is dual wire type, but depends on Quality of wire an where you buy from.

Heat doesn't increase flavor, it just makes it hotter; the 2 TC mods I've tried, you had to have a ramp-up wattage at 25 or 30 watts, and that's like THREE TIMES hotter than I can tolerate! I don't want heat, I want FLAVOR, and neither titanium nor stainless gives it; it's just flat, blah, no zip or zing or flavor or TH, just plain ol flavorless warm vapor; I might as well just huff from a pot of boiling water on the stove.

Making a 2 ohm coil from kanthal and running it at 9.5 watts is all the "temp control" I need, and it even gives me a good vape, great flavor and TH, unlike TC. To me, stainless either tastes like burnt metal, or I just taste the cotton wick, but never the ejuice itself.

So what do I need to adjust the 510 pin (raise/lower)
Probably a dumb question but since I have the expert bonkers here, thought I'd ask.
The 510 tool adjusts the tightness of the 510 nut (guessing?)

Many 510 pins cannot be adjusted ie raised or lowered.
Some can and some are self adjusting spring loaded.

To adjust the height of the 510 pin, nothing outside a normal slim screwdriver.

To remove and or tighten the 510 enclosure to the mod itself without using rude tools like a pair of pliers, the above tools I pictured and or the one The Cromwell mentioned will work great.

Some don't see a need with these tools... I do, mostly for I am a tinkerer at heart... I turn the 510 a way so that the air flow is always on the side, so when I tilt the mod, the AF isnt facing the button in the case of over squonking

Same goes when I first get a new to me mod and I break the bits down or do a full cleaning ( removing the internals of the 510 also)

My Neo Mara came to me with the 510 loose, so I adjusted everything to my liking and went about life

He did make them and I guess he can still make them if he's of a mind to do so. As far as I know, he only made a few as gifts. If you have one, you're very fortunate. I asked Santa for one but I think the elves didn't get to making them or something. At least that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

If it's some odd FakeBook thing, um, erm ... I no can operate FakeBook. Not sure how to do much on it. A friend recently tossed me into his gamer's chat group but that was him doing the operating. He told it was cool if I didn't talk much gaming, it was a general bs type of group as well. Kind of felt all grandpa like in it when a few of the guys talking revealed they're young enough to be my grand kids.

Also just out of curiosity, anybody got some decent roku channel codes? We got hulu of course but there's limits to that and well it seems like roku is flooded by guns,jebus,porn. Not finding any real decent watchable stuff.

No forum is really active rn so I wanna talk to some people. I have a gx350 and a freemax fireluke tank. Would getting a tfv12 blow bigger clouds ? Like what are the best tanks???

The thing is, you're in a "squonking" thread - most of us don't USE tanks at all.
We use drippers with a hole in the pin.

I'd ask over here, in one of the threads about tanks, or start a new thread in this "section" about tanks!
I mean, I'd help if I knew - but all my tanks are 3 years old or more, and stuffed in a box somewhere...

Your kinda asking the wrong people though bro. Almost all of us use smaller tanks (22mm and smaller) and go more for flavor. We also mainly buy and talk about squonk stuff on this page not smok tfv12's.
If you really want to chuck clouds, get a really nice sized rda and learn some good clouds bro clouds builds. I have a Armageddon elite v2 for sale that chucks sick as tits if you really want to pass the 10' mark at the next vape show! also most serious clouds guys use mech's so if you haven't learned about that stuff yet you should go hit the tube. Bonkers out.....

We truly would like to help though, but many of us are far from cloud chuckers nor use SubOhm tanks... now I am sure many of us did YEARS ago, but nothing relevant to your initial query nor probably within a days search... I know it would probably take a day plus for me to find a subohm tank in my house...'cause...

I have Zero Sub Ohm tanks, last one I bought was a cheap Wotofo something trash can just for the drip tip lol

So I got a new door today and I really like it but it sticks out to much for my liking. Should I round the edges? don't think I should make it thinner as I was told the first one broke when it was being made so I'm assuming this hybrid stab has some weak points?

Just seems odd bro, your going from question to question and now your asking about squonking when we told you it's kinda the opposite of what you want. You want clouds and while you can get plenty of clouds squonking it's mostly from mech's witch this isn't really the place to come to learn about battery safety and the basics of what a mech is.
Everyone here gave you a polite straight answer the first few times. But there's a reason why forums have different sections and subsections. This is the squonker section and you'd get much better answers asking people that know more about what your interested in.
