I got a Wanko. lol - free in a Gearbest contest!

Haven't figured out how to BF it yet - how'zat work? I can't drill a pin, but I think I have a couple Fat Daddy pins somewhere if that would fit (didn't look like it when I first peeked at it).

And I have a Frankenclone en route. FrankenWanko sounds like a great combo.

Right this minute, I'm wondering, "was this Rogue always this good?". Probably - I have 3 of them...

LOL, that's the infamous "MyMod".
Built by a guy in a thread at the other place, we waited like 18 months for it, and it showed up un-usable.
Then he disappeared.

I mean, you could maybe hack the insulator, but I just didn't feel safe using the thing - it shorted out in the 510 repeatedly.
So I threw a little more money at it, and Tom @ Catfish fixed it - replaced the 510 and replaced the hinky negative battery fuse thing with a spring.
It's an oddball, but it vapes!

Sorry, I was just wondering what mod was in the picture. It's not a Reo or Coppervape.... I just don't recognize the "box" although I must have seen it before.

They are nothing alike.
the Wanko Is like a wide open NarDa. With silly clip in coils.
I just remove the clips and put in paralell coils.

The Hadaly is a tighter MTL style vape.

I actaully like the ODis atty better than either of those though.

That's what I like.....I think:confused: I actually enjoy both MTL and DL, right now playing with the Kanger brothers ( DB 2 and 160) and a Pico dual with a Merlin mini on top of it. I think I like the DB 2 and the Melin of the toys I'm playing with for now. I should be a little more specific, I have a Derringer on the DB 2 and that helps a lot.

Here's the thing...

Love the 016. Mainly draw and ease of build, since I vape unflavoured.

BUT, I find they flood a bit. No leaking or anything, just overly saturated wicks in a slight pool, which impacts vape quality.

Can anyone recommend similar restricted lung hit, velocity deck RDAs?

I mix n match my Nuppin parts all the time.

DL smooth - you can choke it down for a decent MTL, but it doesn't shine like a wide-open DL

Before we go too far, we should point out: you can't actually buy one.

Unless it pops up in classifieds, used.
They were made in a few batches, by a modder named Pdib (who I think also made that mod you asked walterego about).

Never got cloned.
No batches foreseen in the near future.

Now that we cleared THAT up...
- it's designed specifically for squonking - so it drains perfectly
- It's a weird deck. center post only, the other end goes down into a hole in the deck and gets clamped by a side screw.
- Single or Dual
- AFC works well, you can position your coil so the air slams right into it
- Airflow - well, are you running an O-16? It opens up a LITTLE more than that. Nice, restricted lung hit.
- Superb flavor - it's tiny - diameter is 18mm.

@JuicyLucy and @Train , thank you both for the replies. I had figured they were sold out but I always keep an eye out for stuff like this. All my atties are on a sloooowwww boat from China, I lucked out with @1rudedog (thanks again) selling a Derringer bf, a LowPro with a bf pin and now a Squonkified NarDa. I really like the Derringer and I'm thinking of getting a couple of the v3 ones from FT.
