Appreciate it dude.
I asked the same question on Facebook and now I have 4 new 'friends' and was added to 6 closed Billet Box groups.
Here we go again...

Took a 22$ gamble yesterday and pulled the trigger on the top fire black/brass underground bf clone, the “ultem” version of it doesn’t look bad IMO, may pick it up if the black is of decent quality.

Good looking mod but as with most clones no finishing/polishing work. Plan to polish it up with steel wool/mother’s mag/McGuire’s plastix and a dremmel when it arrives.

Ha... Guilty as charged.
Well just so ya know @BrewBear @jasonandsarah & @snake94115 ...
The only one over there to answer my inquiry was our own @jmoney426 !

Not bailing on squonklife entirely just expanding my horizons ; )
Pretty much exhausted my squonk options for now, can't get much better than what I'm rocking. I do have my eye on a couple things but they won't be released for a month or two.
Annnd as a format for traveling squonking is not my favorite. Leaving in a few months so the timing is right, excited to see what the Billet Box fuss is all about after all these years. Now that they're readily available on the website ...the pull is too strong!
Sorry if I didn't answer your question.Odds are I just didn't know the answer.
Anyhow if I may ask.
What was the question?

If his coil's ID is indeed 1.8 mm, then he's running at about 0.46-ish ohms....or at least that's what Vape Tool tells me.

Ah, was thinking 1.8 ohms - didn't notice the MM - that would be a whole other animal indeed

My fricking glasses broke Monday and I'm on inadequate cheaters and skimming over posts instead of reading thoroughly

Was just curious, being a higher ohm vaper - IE: the odd man out, lol

I usually Vape my "mickey mouse" coils on the higher ohms regions if they are kanthal and single coils. The 28g SS ones ohm out at about 0.87 or so but in pairs they drop rezistance down. The Cyclone has a kanthal coil at 1.2 ohms...

I rarely vape above 1 ohm - but rarely under .7 - which is very high nowadays

My first carto was 2.5 ohms and came with the warning that is was a low ohm device and to use caution, lol

When I got my first Nautilus mini, they told me the 1.8 ohm coil was a little low resistance but give it a try! Rebel that I am, I went with the 1.6 ohm coils the second or third week after I started vaping. Two months later, I started making my own coils for a Lemo, a Lemo Drop and a Kayfun 3 (I think it was).

What was the follow up to the nautilus? I remember the outrage over 1.2 ohm coils that wouldn't fire on a regulated mod, which were all limited around 1.3 ohms minimum

How is the draw on it?
Using the slam cap:
Restricted lung hit/airy MTL wide open. Can shut down to closed also. MTL is doable wide open... And quite nice closed down to a sliver. Has been compared to le Concorde but I've never vaped one so...
Top air flow cap is unable to shut down the air properly... Seems same air as wide open slam cap no matter how it's tweaked. Didn't mess with it much as i prefer the slammer

I'm seriously considering buying a couple more. This is what i was hoping the b2k RSA would be... And comes with accessories also

I think about 4 months or so after I started vaping, I got an Atlantis, then a Belus then a Zephyrus then a few Goblins....then a Sig rda then a whole bunch of rdas...Fast forward a year or two, my first G2 mods (then a second, third and fourth) and a Slice (and it's two brothers) and the Boreas and Alleria tanks. I discovered squonking early 2017 and now all my other mods and tanks are slowly being PIF'd. Thanks to @JuicyLucy I fell in love with the Cyclone V1 (undrilled) and thanks to @The.Drifter I got the Nuppin bug!

Also might mention building was a pain in the ass... But my regular RDA is an o-atty so I'm obviously a glutton for punishment when it comes to that

Try putting clapton tricro coils in a Nuppin and then we'll talk about punishment....or a clapton coil in a Nautilus rba:sad:

That does take skill and patience - and a small masochistic streak
