Any ideas for using FA Kiwi? I have 30 ml and have only tried the original SFT (I like it) I actually totally forgot I have this flavor.
Also, and ideas for fruit flavor combinations (besides the common ones like strawberry banana, kiwi strawberry, ect)? I was watching a Grimmgreen video and he mentioned white peach/ raspberry (I have both) I would have never thought of that but will try it anyway.
As previously suggested by others on here, I also like FA Kiwi mixed with peach & watermelon.
This one I've been making for about 5 years.

This thread is really slow (that's OK... maybe I can give it a boost)
Mixed PB & J french toast (this time with orange marmalade that I already love)
Mixed kiwi peach watermelon (suggested by HH)
And a quick white chocolate peppermint (LB one shot) that I use while waiting to mix more of my chocolate tangerine mint cream (freaking love it) Might even mix more of that in the morning (yes... that one of the recipes I keep saying I should mix larger batches) Don't want to explain. but my living situation makes mixing tricky (right in the middle of a recipe, here comes mom... very distracting) Look folks... don't want to explain, but I have lived on my own since 1979... now (because of a medical issue that is now resolved ) stuck here for now. I was going to try kiwi strawberry watermelon, but I did ask for unusual fruit combinations so went with HH advice and I'm starting to think he may be brilliant (or at least his recipes) Can't wait to try this one.
On a side note... WG has given me some really good tips.
thank you @wildgypsy70 and @Howard Hughes

Oh... I forgot to say... medical condition taken care of (hernia surgery) healed and quite well. Unfortunately (because of the current COVID stuff and my age, it's hard to get a job) All is well... just kinda stuck for now.
Glad your hernia surgery went well! Fingers crossed things will get better. Most importantly you’re healthy the rest will hopefully work out.

Thank you all for the suggestion of kiwi peach watermelon... it's so good! I usually add some kind of cream to fruits but this one doesn't need it (would just dull the high notes) It also seems good shake n vape. The PB & J french toast is steeping. Vaping the white chocolate peppermint while I mix another batch of chocolate tangerine mint cream. Finally, adding boysenberry raspberry to my cheesecake (I already know that is good)

Put in a new coil and vaping PB & J french toast (ft orange marmalade) I's better than when I tried it with acai (that to me is like a tart grape) but I think I'm just not a big PB & J fan. Not a fail or anything but doubt I will make this again. Need to find another user for peanut butter (cookie?) Maybe I'm just using too much PB? Going to keep this in mind when order more flavors (like sugar cookie) PB with chocolate sounds interesting... any other ideas?

Couple yrs.ago I was at a vape convention in Toledo, Ohio a vendor had a really good peanut butter salt ejuice I liked so I traded a bottle of my strawberry salt for a bottle of their PB salt. I've come real close to making the same but just can't nail the salted nut taste. I've tried saline solution and Cappella Powerful Sour but it is still missing the salted peanut sensation I got from the vendors ejuice. Here's the recipe I've been working on, it's real simple and has that roasted peanut taste and I could vape this all day long but sure would be nice to find the missing flavor to give it that salted sense.
This recipe was created for pod or mtl systems using salt nic with a 1 ohm coil running 11-12 watts.

FW Salted Caramel? I haven't nailed "salty" either and would love to. I ordered FW Salted Caramel, but haven't tried it yet because I have hardly mixed anything for about the last year.

Hmm, never tried it either, wonder if the caramel would throw off the dry roasted peanut flavor with sweetness. Sadly Salted Caramel is not in my arsenal.

Dunno, you might end up with something that tastes like the peanuts in Crunch 'n Munch or Cracker Jacks. I know I'd keep the caramel to 1% or less; all caramels I've tried get stronger as the liquid steeps.

@hawkwind5usa , TFA DX PB is the one I use... 8 % sounds crazy high though. I haven't tried it but FLV beer nuts is supposed to be good. I love FW salted caramel but don't really get "salty" from it.
I should have mentioned that the mix mentioned above is for pod systems(or mtl) running from 11 to 12 watts using salt nic with a 1 ohm coil. I'll fix it in the recipe page.

If I'm not mistaken, @Smoky Blue recommended Flv Beer Nuts once when we were talking about salty flavors. I had totally forgotten about that.

I'm making a shopping list of flavors I'm running low of, going to put FLV Beer Nuts on the list. Looks like I'll be making a bunch of short 10ml tests with Beer Nuts added until I find what it can bring to the table.

Have you used Flavorah flavors before? You know they are super-concentrates, right?

I did consider doing a PB and chocolate milkshake.
Quoted myself... this got me thinking... add banana too. Bingo: banana split (ice cream, banana, "hot" fudge, peanuts) Might even add caramel (but no cherries) Or is this one of those "too many flavors" ideas (I've had that backfire on me before)? I have to try this (at least a small test batch)

I have this really bad habit of "adjusting" recipes... fine tuning the flavors then realize I should have left them alone. My chocolate tangerine mint cream was almost perfect but needed a bit more chocolate... only added a bit but thought (in my stupid overthinking brain) "and more mint". Messed up. I could add more tangerine (and cream) and dilute the whole mess... nope. Going to vape it as a constant reminder to NOT fiddle with mixes (just do it better the next time)

I do have a handful of Flavorah flavors, I will run several small test batches of Beer Nuts to find a level I enjoy then will start adding to the peanut butter slowly increasing the percentage until it tastes off. Then I will back it down until it's just right. I hope this is the needed to put the salt on my Roasted Peanut vape for pods and MTL low power devices.

Haven't seen any actual recipes posted here in last few pages. Here's a couple that use old school flavors:

CAPO-HO is a mod of a clone of Villain Vapors Capone that's been on ELR forever. I've always liked Capone but never really warmed up to the TFA Western in it, so replaced it with FA Soho and moved the ratios around a bit on the other flavors. I think it's much better than old Capone, and miles away better than the commercial stuff was.

RY4 Double (TPA): 4%
Soho (FA): 4%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA): 5%
Caramel (Original) (TPA): 3%

TROPICAL TESI is a conglomeration of flavors in my stash that I love but weren't getting used. Super Sweet is optional and variable. The more you add, the more it goes to Hawaiian Punch, but it's also good with no sweetener at all.

Dragonfruit (TPA): 3%
Jackfruit (TPA): 3%
Papaya (TPA): 3.75%
Strawberry, Ripe (TPA): 3%
Super Sweet (CAP): 0.5%

Banana split has been difficult for me. I have tried a few times to make something, but it usually comes out tasting like one cohesive flavor rather than a banana split. Everything ends up melding together. I guess it has the banana split flavor, but for me a banana split has very distinct individual flavors going on. I can taste the banana, ice cream, nuts, fudge, all as separate layers (probably because of texture as well), something about it doesn't sit well in vape form for me.

Probably the closest one could get would be almost a banana split milkshake.

I like Cap's Banana Split, but it needs enhancing in every flavor profile - it's only value really is as a base to build on. Can't imagine that it would taste anything like banana split without the cherry. Imo, the cherry's important, but then, I like cherry. Regardless of that, it's as @88ArDeN88 said, it's a blend, rather than distinct layers of flavor.

Vape Wild had a Brownie Banana Split juice flavor, and oh me my was it good! Even so, the only distinct flavor layer was the brownie, with banana split more subtle in the background. I actually mistook it for a Snickers flavor a time or two.

That doesn't surprise me (and I have had that happen before)... no "separation" of flavors, just a "muddled" mess. I guess I'll pass on that idea.

I'm not too interested in cherry but... if I can ever afford it, I want to try MF black cherry (but not for banana split)

Didn't make notes so guessing % from memory:
WF banana puree 4
WF flapper pie 2
VT pudding base 3
OOO pie crust 3
WF corissant 1

These are all my own recipes.
@VapeOn1960 you have some great looking recipes here but as is the story of my life I have 175 different flavors and still can't make s**t!! Just joking, but I make do with what resources I have. Sadly I'll never own every flavor made.Keep on posting, one day some day you'll post a recipe that I have the flavors to make.

I actually only have 50 flavors LOL. Just learn to substitute... it does require having a general idea of the flavors solo % I learn from reddit, ELR, ATF and especially from watching DIYorDie Noted on YT (down in the comments they post "timestamps"... helps you find specific ones)

Maybe WF Honey Roasted Peanut? Mix it with the peanut butter, if needed.

Salt is super tough. No one has much success with it. i know I haven’t!

I was looking at some commercial juices (even though I don't really buy any) but it gives me ideas for DIY. These look promising:
"Slices of apple and roasted pecans added to a robust, flavorful tobacco."
"Cranberry and pomegranate come together with the coolness of peppermint."
"A finely crafted blend of aged tobaccos and dried raspberries."

There was a member here a couple of years ago who had a good recipe for PB Cookie. I'll see if I can find it.

ETA: Got it. Super simple. Sometimes less is more, eh?

I am in no way trying to deter you from giving it a go. I was just sharing my personal experience with trying to mix it. Maybe you can be the one to crack it. I might even give it another go myself.

Don't feel bad. I'm that way, too - don't ever intend to try to have every flavor in every brand, and there's a limit to what I'll spend for any of them. If I have a perfectly good black cherry that is Flavour Art and costs $2.25 from BCF, I'm not going to spend $10+ on some other brand of black cherry. In my case, it's a combination of the cheapskate in me plus a tight limit on the amount of room I have to store flavors, and the awkwardness of the number of flavors I already have. There are somewhere between 250 and 300 flavors here now, and I find that many very nearly unmanageable. Because of that, and because of my odd flavor preferences, I mix mostly my own recipes, but sometimes I will modify the daylights out of someone else's recipe, like I did HIC's pink bubblegum. That's become as close to an ADV for me as any flavor I've ever had, and when it morphed into Clove Bubblegum, well honey, shut the front door. I've been out of it now for close to six months, and I miss it like a good friend. lol

My FA Clove is over there in a bureau, trapped behind a gigantic recliner that I bought in a moment of insanity. One day I'll get hubbs to free my flavors, but that will be when I'm ready to mix a bunch of stuff again, and this is not that day. :)

New recipe of mine. It is tasty.

Creamy Caramel Crunch

WF Caramel (Salted) 3%
SSA Madagascar Vanilla 1%
WF Cream Filling 1.5%
VTA Honeycomb 3%

I gave it 30 days to steep. Tested after a week, was ok, but it needed more time. Same after two and three weeks.

Next time I make this I'll add FA Butterscotch which will help to boost the caramel flavor. And I'll likely add a touch of either FA Cookie, FA Cookie Premium or FA Vanilla Cookie for additional texture. Finally, VTA Chocolate Mousse or VTA Dark Chocolate for a tease of chocolate.

PB goes with a lot of flavors.

Besides the flavors @wildgypsy70 mentioned these are also known to work well with PB:

Apple
Caramel
Cake (virtually any bakery item)
Coconut
Creams (work well in most mixes)
Ice cream
Honey (if FA Honey ---> be VERY careful!)
Lemon
Lime
Pear
Raspberry
Strawberry
Vanilla (most everything works well w/nilla's)
Yogurt (smirks, possibly)

Yer mileage may vary on those! Lol

PB and banana?
PB and chocolate?
PB and some tobaccos? Maybe a nice RY4?
Definitely PB cookie!
PB milkshake?
PB and marshmallow?
