This week I interviewed Dr. William Pawluk, MD, MSc. He is considered the foremost authority on the practical use of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy in North America and focuses on healing the cause of the problem—not the symptoms.
He learned that cancer grows best in an inflammatory environment. The adenosine receptor is in control of inflammation and PEMFs stimulate the adenosine receptor.
Therefore, PEMFs (along with your diet, sleep, stress management, etc.) are powerful tools to reduce your inflammation and therefore prevent cancer from spreading.
This journey leads him to discover the power of PEMFs—safe, non-toxic, self-directed, self-controlled, and at-home pain and cellular health management.

Why ALL Grains Can Cause Pain

Hi Jimi,

Dr. Osborne here,

Have you ever been told that there is no cure for your pain?

Maybe your doctor has prescribed pills or treatments that once masked your symptoms but have lost their effectiveness or stopped working altogether. Or maybe you’re concerned about the unwanted side effects and risks of taking pain meds…

I believe that deep down, many of us know that pills are not the answer.

If chronic pain is stopping you from living life fully, you don’t have to just "live with" the pain, or its limitations.

Pain and inflammation are signals that your body needs you to take action.

I want to share some of those action steps so that you can start reversing pain without drugs or surgery.

—>>Join me at the complimentary and online Becoming Pain-Free: Healing the Root Causes of Chronic Pain!

I'll be there to share why ALL grains can cause pain. You can register for free and catch my talk in two weeks (July 22nd). Here are a few other things I will cover:

  • Why food has the power to harm or heal
  • Inflammatory compounds found in all grains
  • 7 healing strategies

I drove off with a pecan pie on the top of my car once. The pie was for a Thanksgiving luncheon at work. Man, did I ever feel like a doofus. :teehee:

My daughter drove off with her WALLET on top of her car once. She had just cashed her income tax refund check, and that wallet had a couple thousand bucks in it. An old couple sitting in their car nearby saw this happen. They retrieved her wallet and brought it to her house, with all the cash still in it. Only once in a lifetime....

Looks authentic. I love Cajun food, but don't have the intestinal fortitude for crawfish. Hope you enjoyed it, though. Good jambalaya is hard to beat, and it appears that you are a very good cook!

Thanks~! I used Goya Sazon on the Chicken with Chorizos and Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning. Not Hot Spicy but Spicy. I wish I could have found just the Crawfish Tails but it was really good.

Great story! Bless that couple... honest people are hard to find.
I once gave the guy at a liquor store a $100 bill by mistake (didn't put on my reading glasses and thought it was a $10 bill) He was honest and mentioned it. I would have never known.

You're so right about that. My daughter would have been up a creek big time if those folks had kept her money. With the way it all worked out, it actually was a good thing to have happened, because it scared the beejeezus out of my daughter once she realized what she'd done. Made her a lot more careful about hanging onto her wallet!

I forgot to say Good Morning because I woke up at 4:30AM and decided well I might as well water early~! Then I got ready to start sanding and staining the Redwood Picnic Table by 7:30. I heard the neighbors next door were up so I figured I could start early.

Yes, I have Texas Sweet Honey Cornbread Mix~! Too Hot out to Bake though.

You definitely have a good point there. I like cornbread enough that I'd be willing to put up with a hot house for a short time. Great buttered for breakfast, too, with ham or bacon & scrambled eggs..

Table is done but needs to cure.
Both of your staining projects look great. Just curious (because I lived up in the mountains and had a front deck to re-do) Is that transparent, semi, or full cover stain? Doesn't matter... your projects look great! I used semi the first time, but sold out to full cover (basically outdoor paint) the second year. I was renting so not my deck. And low budget... it was not my job to do this but did it impress the owner (annual inspection) Semi is a good compromise.

Tables and benches really do look great. I agree with @VapeOn1960!
Thank you. If you're not going to completely sand/refinish wood decks/furniture, solid color is a good choice. It covers up any uneven areas. Good choice of brand too.
