Will look into both. Seems the Cape Cod is a little more affordable. Figure either will be roughly "same difference" though.
The "same difference" is in the fact Cape Cod adds an invisible protective layer to keep it shiny for almost twice as long, and has a pleasant vanilla smell as opposed to stinks up the house.

Ah. I would have never noted the smell difference myself. Wife may have and let me know. Likely I might have seen / see the "invisible" layer. *chuckles* In either case reckon this decides for me and sets my path.

It's a cotton like wadding with a petroleum based chemical in it.
And to be dogged, think I found a bit of a similar cloth in my SS silverware eating utensil kit. Don't laugh, me and wife got some nice $30 for camping and general use kits. You get a butter knife, spoon, fork, two SS straws, a brush to clean the straws and a micro-fiber cleaning cloth. You also get SS chopsticks. I'm thinking the cloth is similar. Wiped the two mods down with it. They got more "Fabulous!"

That's really why I've always disliked glass tanks, I'm so damn clumsy constantly, it's like I have some compulsion to drop or knock over something about every 30 minutes.
I've broken a lot of my fave acrylic driptips that way, which is another reason to love those AHD tips; that metal sleeve inside makes them a lot stronger structurally.Andria

The Asgard Mini with the Ultem cap and a full-height drip tip (such as the ONE Tip by District F5VE,...) is gosh darn great for taming coil builds that would normally be hotter than the sun. Especially if you close off two rows on the airflow setting, as doing that is sucking air straight onto the coils as much as possible so, be ready for flavor MIRACLES using thick 26g wires for the cores and 140 watts.
Absolutely! When the mod flipped and went >splat< the drip tip totally survived. Not even a ding in it.

My coil build that I have inside my Asgard Mini with the ultem cap? Yea... there aren't too many RDAs out there that can tame that one. Quad-core aliens 26/36 Ni80 at 4 wraps 3mm ID, dual coil at .08 ohms on a single battery mech with the Samsung 30T is going to boil the skin right off of the inside of your lips if you so much as pinch them even just a little bit around the edge of the drip tip. Not saying everyone will want to use the Asgard Mini for taming such a coil build of course, just that this RDA with the ultem cap on it has what it takes to really get there if you know how.
Those coils look nice! But in general, does the AM tend to run hot without an Ultem cap?
No, not at all. With tri-core aliens 27/36 Ni80 at 5 wraps 2.5mm ID, dual coil at .11 ohms on the mech, I get along just fine with the stainless steel caps and low profile drip tips.

Checked tracking on an item that was supposed to be here a few days ago. It's stuck. Says it departed AZ on the 2nd, then nothing. USPS is really struggling lately. 4 out of 5 packages coming to my house thru them show up extremely late. A few have been lost.
IMO wait for them to restock the sky blue version. They (@vaperzcloud on instagram) posted they are going to.

Was this from here or China, Chain? The strange thing is my last two packages from Sourcemore arrived here with a label saying California, and no Chinese info on them.
Both the sky blue and the teal are limited runs. These were all gone in virtually no time... the gold plated upgrade deck was sold out everywhere less than a week after they launched it so I was lucky enough to snag one of those just before it would have been too late.
I’ll try to get one. The blue Dead Rabbit isn’t quite the right blue. Did they make a green AM? The resin mods I have are light and dark blue and green mixed together. But I did pick up a SS and blue Elder Dragon, which hopefully I’ll learn how to build on eventually.
The cap and beauty ring on the green version is anodized aluminum, which makes it a satin, shiny-metallic type of green. See:

The Elder Dragon comes with two pre-made coils. They are 3 core N80 fused Claptons that read around 0.22 Ohms and they aren't half bad. All you need to do is cut one to length and they include a coily device for cutting it at 4mm lead length. Stick it in, put in some cotton and you're done. Well almost, you do need to drip some juice on it. Easy peasy.
Cool. I tried to get a bundle they had with some pre made coils and some cotton from Wotofo, when I was getting the atties. But the cart kept throwing out the atty, for some reason. Finally I got rid of the coils and cotton. I can get them another time!

I ordered a couple unlimited RDTAs with expansion tanks making them hold 10 ml of juice each. I just couldn't help it. Maybe I won't have to refill these more than once a day. I know. It's sad when I use 2 mods at a time and have to refill both twice a day. But my DIY juice tastes good, and I reduced the nic level.

When I think of the success/fail rate I had, some I just hated the taste of them like many mangos that had a cooking oil aftertaste, I think it was 50/50. I rarely experiment now. Do now and then but nothing like I used to do. Got sick of wasting money, time and effort on things I threw out. I found out too that some things I like to eat or drink I hate to vape. Like Skittles, I like to eat them but when I tried a vape that did taste just like them after about 10 vapes I couldnt stand it. Grape is the same. Funny that.
I heard once of people making bacon flavoured mixes and similar like main meal flavours, not desserts. I think that would make me sick.

We had a challenge one time.....teams of mixers were sent some pretty “interesting” flavors(Wasabi, Chili, and one other) to make mixes with. They could use other things, but the savory flavors had to be apparent. The recipes that came out of it were quite impressive!
Me, personally? Someday, someone will come up with a decent bacon flavoring. Sweet and savory mix. Chocolate and bacon? Maple bacon donut? That’s something I’d be very interested in. Otherwise? I wouldn’t develop one myself, but if someone developed a recipe that peaked my curiosity, I’d mix it.
