Changed batts in my Wrecker today and noticed a tiny nick in the battery's wrap. Bah!

So, I just used a drop of clear 'top coat' nail stuff I had originally snagged at Dollar Tree to repair some Milly-mangled shoelaces. It's tough stuff.






Seems to work nicely, at least until I get around to re-wrapping the bugger.

Gotta be honest, never heard of it lol. Went and looked it up. Of course it's just one person's description on their single flavor test, some sort of ap with like chocolate and cinnamon? Not sure that would be for me, not really a cinnamon fan. Not in vaping, catches in the back of my throat.

I noticed that with a few commercial juices, then mixed up some of goldfish18's 'apple buttah' which only uses .5% of cinnamon danish swirl. Oof. I love real apple butter, apple cider and things, just can't vape it. At the time I'd only made 60ml, added another 60ml with everything but the cinn danish swirl to cut it down to .25%. And while it mellowed a bit after a few weeks I think .25% was about the max I could go with that.

Wouldn't really care other than it's about the only flavor my mom vapes. And even the flavor she vapes got changed by the company, it's not the same as it used to be. They swear it is but no way, went from tasting like plain cotton candy to some sort of off fruity notes.

I know a lot of people go the route of blue razz cotton candy or strawberry cotton candy. She doesn't like those, just wants the regular plain pink vanilla cotton candy. Tfa doesn't do it (em 10%), smells like it but doesn't taste like it. Some said that desert ship is mild and sweet, not really like tobacco but I get full on tobacco even at .75%. Cotton candy circus isn't it, flv cotton candy doesn't really do the trick and I've tried that at different % from 2 to like 5-6%.

Might hit up wizard labs and see about la county fair and flavor wests cotton candy (not sure if I've tried that one yet).

Since I don't use the Reindeer Poop at higher than about 0.75%, I hardly taste the cinnamon at all. I usually use it in chocolate mixes, just enough to boost the other chocolates.

I sure wouldn't order the stuff if I didn't already have it, just wanted to mention to you in the off-chance that you had some onhand.

Have you tried nudging the cotton candy flavors with something like Flv Marshmallow Vanilla? Or maybe even 2% FA Marshmallow and 1% TFA Vanillin?

On the bright side I did look for some vids on no stretch aliens and don't feel quite so bad after watching mterk and ohmboy oc completely fuck up their no stretch attempts. And the m25? No leaks in spite of dumping a ton of juice down the middle. Not saying I won't ever dick it up and experience leaks at some point (I can do pretty much anything after all), but I'd say that's a pretty damn good tank if that didn't flood it.

I tried it as my first attempt at aliens, and my first attempt at more than 2 cores. It was a shit show. I'm still not that great at stretching de-cored clapton wire but it's still a lot easier than that no stretch method.

Well, lets see, today I argued with VaporDNA ( yes still having an issue with them after all this time) About a mod I bought that was $69 ( okay I had a $20 credit) If some of you remember, the mod had 3 very large gouges in the metal frame. I sent it back after they tried to offer me a 10% discount ( ummm, no! ) So I finally get my $49.99 back and I see the MVP $20 credit back in my account.

Well low and behold I go to order something last night and it will only take off $10. I ask them why and their response is that I returned a non defective item so there was a $10 restocking fee. Are you fucking kidding me. So cosmetic defectives don't apply?? Really. I told them that was fine I would buy my items elsewhere from now on and to have a nice day. Seriously, I have been doing business with VaporDNA for years. Just goes to show how all these companies are trying to get over on consumers now.


On a happier note Asmodus was having a 40% off sale so I figured for $42 I would go ahead and get another pumper. I don't use the squonkers all that much anymore, but for that price it was a no brainer

I slapped new Aliens in my Asgard mini... instead of 3x27x36... I did 3x27x37 LOL... tiny bit less surface area, tiny bit less ramp.

Ordered some flavors from BCF... and a gallon of vg... hit the free ship, and its already on its way here. Didn't need them, but forward thinking says get more before Cali-fuckall puts a stop to it.

Mixed up another 500ml of wildgypsy's HCC... filled the EZ pumper of the last of the 3mg, so this was a batch of 1.5mg.

Lmao. Yes actually I do, finally got some fa cookie with my last order. Didn't realize it had ap in it and might actually do ok with the tribeca-ish flavor.

Need to get some more vg, was looking to grab some ap. Along with a few other things, still trying to nail that cotton candy for my mom. Maybe some fw cc and loranns county fair cc. The em has the scent of cotton candy sort of but I think without something to bind to it's flat. Comes off kinda dull and muted no matter what % I use. Missing that rich caramelized sugar toasty flavor. Makes me think of sugar, on it's own it's nasty tasting. On cereal or in coffee it's great, needs something to hold onto.

One of HIC's older recipes called for some fa joy so might try that. Also thought about some bubble gum flavors or something. I know a lot of them typically marry cc with a fruit like watermelon, strawberry or blue razz but she's not a fan of those. I know it needs a vanilla note (plain vanillin with em didn't work, vanilla swirl was too creamy/custardy). The stuff she loved was kind of a pink color, so either something with vanilla in it or maybe the la county fair (og was pinkish).

Desert Ship is the basis of the "Camel-like" flavor I made for my son, also adding Bitter Wizard, Tobacco Absolute, and DNB. He said he had to look at his hand to know if he was vaping or smoking!

I make Cromwells Camel. A bit of an RY4ish vape.
but far better than any of the dozen or so store bought tobacco juices I had tried.

Most authentic was probably a cheap chinese juice sold under the Clayton brand... Pure gas station/smoke shop stuff in 2015. But not bad at all. I refilled my cartomizers with it.
Everyone seemed to stop carrying it though.

Well, I had a buddy just now go and place the same item in his cart and guess what his cheapest shipping option is, his would be $6.99 which is what mine USED to be before all this nonsense started.

So over $20 you are going to try and overcharge me on the shipping to make up for it? You used to be one of the best places to shop at and I have done business with you for years, but this is pretty unacceptable. I can assure you that I will be posting screenshots of mine and his carts over on 2 of the largest e-cigarette forums.

Also mixed up 360mls Pink Lemonade, 500mls sour blue razz and 120mls 4 star general/ry4 with extra vanilla.

Wearing any kind of headphones always starts to irritate my skin... I use a pair of cutom in-ear monitors (CIEMs) that are handmade in Colorado. They are Westone ES60 with the hard acrylic shell and the soft silicone tip that can be re-tailored later when needed to ensure performance (as the shape of one's ear canal may change over time). You just can't listen to any kind of rock related musical genre if it's got no bass.

They are Westone ES60 with the hard acrylic shell and the soft silicone tip that can be re-tailored later when needed to ensure performance (as the shape of one's ear canal may change over time). You just can't listen to any kind of rock related musical genre if it's got no bass.

This morning I built toward a 0.45 SS316L coil on a Deathtrap RDA. It wound up reading out at 0.46 ohms so I'm good. Trying the Deathrap styled now. It's a new to me RDA, so far it builds okay, more of a review later on.

I also had two Airlab styled RDA come in. I tried swapping out the squonk pin for the standard. The positive post and peek insulator come out. I lost the squonk pin. *chuckles* And the deck had very tiny screws. I'll likely put one of these up for PIF later on. For now I'll try using a Wasp squonk pin in the one I've "disassembled". Want to see if I can build on a tiny deck & if it's a good RDA.

I may do some cleaning in a bit. Yay, vaping day.

Best kept secret for decent (wired) earbuds on the cheap. Panasonic. Any of their buds with a frequency response of at least 6 Hz to 24 kHz. I've been using these for years. They're like any inexpensive buds, about every year or two I have to get a new pair, but for the money I think that's more than acceptable.

I ordered some yesterday, called Drops, that are 4 Hz to 35 kHz. I can't wait to get my hands on them. $20 with shipping on eBay.

Unlike the authentic 24mm Deathtrap RDA, which, for flavor, is still the best single coil 24mm RDA to date, none of the clone versions out there even have a front airflow slot, and, if you use a dremel or a drill to try to remedy this obvious mistake, McGuyver style, you'll still not be able to control the airflow going to the front side of the coil so... you might still be able to sell it as old scrap metal for a couple cents.

I'm doing fine with the two holes in the back for air. The air comes in under the coil, like in the Kennedy. I can crank it to one hole for a restricted direct lung draw. It is hitting smooth using it wide open. I had thought getting leads under the clamping bars was going to be rough. It required just a little shimmying but was not too terrible, As said I was using simple 316L SS at 26 awg. Got a nice build that suits me. It might be a knock around rda for me.

More impressed with the Core styled rda though.

@Carambrda , You might be thinking of the 26 mm Deathtrap 2 . From what I see, the original Deathtrap lacks any front facing holes. And upon looking at the original authentic, this is one I might consider of value to buy after trying the clone. The clone has two tiny screws for each of the tramping clamp bars. I'd rather just deal with one centered screw that's bigger and not more prone to loss or damage.

@Carambrda , You might be thinking of the 26 mm Deathtrap 2 . From what I see, the original Deathtrap lacks any front facing holes. And upon looking at the original authentic, this is one I might consider of value to buy after trying the clone. The clone has two tiny screws for each of the tramping clamp bars. I'd rather just deal with one centered screw that's bigger and not more prone to loss or damage.

No, I'm talking about the 24mm Deathtrap RDA. It does have a single, wide, front facing air hole in the barrel.
