Took forever to catch up, I hate missing a day but it couldn't be helped. My 95 yr old mom fell flat on her face yesterday morn and had to go to ER, they still have her at the hospital.

Oh no is she ok?

She broke the nose cartilage and the bone behind it, they said if they didn't do surgery that she would never be able to breath through it again. So surgery was early this morning and they expect to keep her 2-4 days.

I haven't I'll have to grab some next time I'm out and about. I'm just using Claritin d right now, works for the most part

That's great to know. My mom is in pretty good health to be 88, but she has gone downhill a bit in the last year. I worry about how some of her meds seem to affect her. What really sucks is she's about a 5-hour drive from me, so it's not like I can just drop everything and go check on her like I'd like to.
