That sounds delicious do you cream spinach like you cream peas? never have had it but sounds super.
Chop or julienne the spinach and saute briefly in butter, salt, pepper, garlic. When soft, add heavy cream, reduce heat to medium and let the cream reduce until you have about 2-1 spinach to cream ratio.
