Yup, I did 7%, which I'm sure was too high for the blueberry. I mixed everything at the written percentage except a couple that I halved (marzipan and zimstern).
Thank you kindly Amanda. I'll start at 4% and go from there. Ohhh ! You got the Zimtstern ! That cinnamon aroma is wonderful ! I'm still anticipating for the Marzipan. I got as far as the aroma. Kevin will get a kick of what I just said :D
Which the Marzipan's aroma is dead on ! :)

Why are some of the flavors called aromas?

or the Illuminati . man this might be bigger than we thought @SusanP4 lol

We should go there and investigate ALL of their flavors. Plus any nice mods or attys that might be on premises. We would probably have to confiscate them.

I did a couple at 2.5%. A couple of other ones I'm going to dilute by half.

So you are not using the recommended amounts on the bottle?? I went with 5% on the vanilla custard and cream (recommended was 5), 10% on the strawberries and cream (recommended was 14) and 5% on both cheesecakes (recommended was 7).

I used all the recommended percentages except for two which I halved - zimstern and marzipan (because when I tested in water they were both extremely strong). To me the blueberry cheesecake is way too strong at 7% - I'm getting a bitter taste - so I'll half it. But that could just be my tastebuds!

Arrived at the post office at6 am
Should be out for delivery. .... now I just want to call in sick and wait for flavors lol
Lucky! I'm still waiting on mine to get back to my local sort facility. USPS decided to play hot potato with my flavor order. I'm hoping this all gets sorted out by next week. This was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday! Really eager to try these!!!

I don't taste any diacetyl in any of mine. Not sure though that I could pick some of the diketones. I suspect the tracetin is giving me a bitter taste in the cheesecakes, though - which I know not everyone picks up. In fact I had a friend test the strawberry cheesecake today (after a quick heat steep last night) - she immediately picked up that it was cheesecake, which is pretty impressive!

By the way - the rhubarb flavor is dead-on rhubarb - it's fabulous!
Rhubarb?! Where??

I just mixed the Blueberry Cheesecake. My beloved said she likes it strong. I mixed it at 7% with the German traditional base. I'll taste it as soon as she vapes through her peach cobbler :D BTW I despise syringes for adding flavoring. 48 drops = 1 ml from the German Flavours bottle :)

Ah ha - thanks for the drop info - saves me doing the math LOL

I'll be really interested to see how your beloved feels about the blueberry - let us know! (Peach cobbler? Is there a recipe for that? LOL)

My pleasure Amanda :)

I just tasted the BBC. Yep it's a blast of blueberry with a hint of cheesecake. Definitely reacts the same way the Lemon Cheesecake started out. I want to steep it for my baby. But she won't let me take it away from her :D

3% FA Apple pie
1.6 % Inawera Peach
0.25% Inawera Shisha Cinnamon

Thanks so much! I'll have to see if I can sub FA flavors for the last two - sounds delicious :)

Just went to the mailbox and....they're here!!! USPS showed it at a facility hours away until I just checked and it says delivered!

Just mixed up Mystery Flavor at the recommended 8%. First puff and I was blown away by something I am not used to at all. A HUGE blast of menthol! It's difficult for me to get past the menthol, but there are definitely floral notes and some fruits behind those. A very interesting and complex blend. Cant say much more about it. LOL. If I cant find someone local whose interested I'll offer it for sale here or trade here. I cant do menthol. Off to clean my atty and try another! :)

EDIT:
Wait...I just tasted banana...and I think I tasted strawberry in there too...perhaps a sour apple? cherry?

just got a few of my germans in and still have more on the way. 3 showed up today. the ones I picked I felt will give me a good impression of what the line is all about. flavors that most places dont get right or I just do not care for. tonight Im testing the custard/vanilla pudding. the red sweet apple and sweet cherry. I also have coffee/cream , vanilla crescents and speculoos cookie butter. going to mix them after dinner. I just had to say I got mine na na na na na na na .lol........ vanilla pudding smells good. its a buttery vanilla. trying to think of what vanilla pudding smells like. pretty close to that. definitely some subs in here for sure. if it taste like it smells Ill put this one to good use. if you are looking for a caps custard type then I would pass on it as that custard but I do think I can work with this one. maybe this and the cookie butter mixed, any ways . the apple smells the best of the 3 I have so far. I think this one will be pretty good. smells mostly like a sweet red apple. I pick up a little green apple in the back. maybe I am doomed though. every apple I have ever vaped taste like green apples to me.lol. its going to have to be damn good tho for me to replace my fuji apple. lastly is the sweet cherry. this one I am least excited to try tonight. way down deep there is a nice cherry scent. smothering it is a very strong chemical smell. .............. but who the heck knows until I vape these bad boys. overall from smell test only I think they will be decent and something Ill find use for .......................... to be continued...........

@wllmc I hear ya about the strong chemical odor on the cherry. I'm having the same problem with the white grape. I tasted it without vaping it. Very strong chemical taste. I'm gonna steep it to see if it changes. I have yet to find a fantastic white grape flavoring :(

dont you hate that lol. Im totally not saying its not good . havent tried it but its like that for me and cherry. especially sweet cherry. I just have a different idea in my head of what it should taste like I guess. I have also had flavors that smell terrible . cant even get close to the bottle but once you get it in the mix its pretty good. same thing with that elusive red apple. something in my tongue makes me taste green apple in any damn apple flavor . thats why I got these. put them through my personal test. lol. this german apple one smells pretty good tho. whatcha think of that pudding. about to get mixing here in a min.

LOL !!! Yes it drives me nuts ! I'm gonna try the white grape at a smaller dosage. I do remember how Inawera Blackcurrant smells. Freakin gross ! After a week it tastes fantastic ! :D I'm thinking this strong chemical odor could be the tart note that needs to blend in. Time and different percentages may do the trick. Never a dull moment in mixing shit. LOL !
I haven't vaped the Custard, but I did taste a drop. I like it :)

vanilla pudding 2%.......... very buttery. I dont think anymore than 2% would ever be needed. if anything next time I would use it at 1%. its got some vanilla undertones. I cant believe this doesnt have diacetyl in it. it doesnt taste like the subs but actual diacetyl. its very close in taste and texture to FA butter with the addition of vanilla. I will use this flavor for mixing. not my favorite vanilla flavor but I have never found my personal holy grail vanilla flavor. for vanilla pudding or custard it misses the mark for me a little bit but its not getting rejected to the tackle back of doom either lol. it is a very good flavor. smooth taste. good stand alone but Im already thinking of a ton of things to mix it with. very potent.

wow, I know its only been 30 mins but switching flavors. my coil and rayon are spotless. not enough time to say if it would destroy coils like caps but I vape pretty hard. 30 mins of caps custard and I would for sure seen gunk,

pretty tasty man. I think the recommended percentages are over shot by a lot. I would recommend these at much lower % . just switched to apple. :D diggin it man. going to vape a few minutes on it then I will do a review.

red sweet apple 2% ....I could probably go up to 3 % on this one..... this one is pretty good. imagine FA apple ( not fuji) on steroids. pretty realistic apple flavor. where it loses me is the juicy part they are trying to replicate. its to much. Im guessing tomorrow this will be blended much better. so back to the juicy part. you know when you bite into an apple and you get that foamy airy cool blast of juicy apple? this taste like apple, peppermint and koolada . shake and vape it over powers the apple a little. it will probably fade a little. its a little to cool for me standalone but I do really like this one also. alright, time for cherry.

My ability to taste flavors must be shot. I went lower than the recommended percentage on the bottles but still higher than most and while I do get some flavor not what some seem to be getting. The vanilla pudding for example. I get a hint of vanilla but none of the butteryness that wllmc is getting. I did just mix up everything last night so I'm going to let everything sit for a few days. I will say that I really do like the strawberry cheesecake at 5%. Even my wife, who only vapes Kringle Kurse (my clone actually), gave it a try and immediately knew it was strawberry cheesecake.

Anyone else mix up the blueberry cheesecake yet?? If so was it a very cloudy mix? I have a bottle of the Mad Murdock Pluid cutter, which is clear not green. And it is very cloudy, I'm guessing from the anise flavor. Well, that's how my blueberry cheesecake looks. I really don't get a blueberry cheesecake flavor from it either.

Ohh and I did use VaperTek nic on all of the flavors and mixed them up at 70vg/30pg. And all of my testing was done in genesis tanks.

I have blueberry cheesecake - mine's not cloudy! No anise in mine that I can taste. I'm thinking that the wicking material has a huge affect on what you taste. I think wllmc uses rayon, as do I.

No, mine doesn't taste like anise. I was just comparing the cloudy look of my blueberry cheesecake to Pluid. It was the only juice I could think of that also has a cloudy look and I was attributing that to the anise flavoring.

The triacetin will cloud up the mix temporarily. Mine is clear today.
