Nah Manny it was a store in California! I do not know how they are doing that. Every other US store has it for $46. The Java is freaking awesome. Probably I would say nicer than the gold Natakari. The Vgod was worth the money though. So far no other tank can touch it. Heck, you are using it too. That speaks volumes. I do not know why you didn't recommend it to me sooner. Or you did not have it then?

You know about power factor correction, right? My very high end stereo had a very good power conditioner. It sounded good. I just got a power "regenerator". It converts AC to DC and back to AC. The difference was astounding to me at least. Of course I buy into that placebo bullshit too. I think this really made that much difference though. Power here is 20% THD so very bad for high end audio. Buzzing transformers and stuff.

I've had the VGOD for about 4 months ...... I got it before Christmas (2018)........ It Vapes wonderful at 60 watts...... Then I saw on the side of the coil recommended (30) watts...... Then I thought of you......

I still have the first coil in it.....and it taste wonderful (no burn) taste and still in perfect order ....... It has surpassed it's life expectancy.......

The build quality is what gets me..... It's a wonderful Stainless Steel like surgical SS...... It's beautiful....... And looks sexy as hell......

Phases advancers or Correction Capacitors are really if you are using large motors like 200+ horsepower...... you have a power factor meter ?

Most electrical loads, including transformers, welding sets, induction motors, and induction furnaces are (inductive). Inductive loads require both working power, usually measured in kilowatts (kW), and reactive power, usually measured in kilo-volt-amperes-reactive (kVAR), to operate.

The working power is used for performing actual work, while reactive power is used for sustaining the magnetic field required by inductive loads. When combined, working power and reactive power form apparent power, usually measured in kilovolt-amperes (kVA). You have to use that triangle graph to do the calculations....I forgot the name of the damn thing..Pantagenosomething.....ha ha

That's all electrical engineering stuff..... And using Excel sheets to calculate the loads for Kenya Africa ......ha ha

Power factor is a measure of the efficiency with which electrical loads convert electrical power into useful work. It is a ratio of useful power (working power) to the total power (apparent power) supplied.

A high power factor is an indicator that the electrical loads are utilizing power efficiently, while a low power factor indicates that the connected electrical loads are utilizing power inefficiently, I remember that much from a class I took for my NEC test.

A poor power factor results in significant energy wastage, and decreases the capacity of the electrical system. It can be caused by a phase difference between current and voltage at the terminals of an electrical load or a distorted current waveform.

A poor power factor due to induction motors, transformers, and other inductive loads is corrected by connecting suitable capacitors. On the other hand, a poor power factor that is caused by distorted current waveform is corrected by adding harmonic filters.

The process of creating the magnetic field required by an inductive load causes a phase difference between the voltage and the current. A capacitor corrects the power factor by providing a leading current to compensate the lagging current. Power factor correction capacitors are designed to ensure that the power factor is as close to unity.

Power factor correction capacitors reduce the burden caused by an inductive load on the supply, they do not affect the operation of the load. By neutralizing the magnetizing current, capacitors help to cut losses in the electrical distribution system, and reduce the (electricity bill).

To discourage energy wastage, some electricity distribution companies penalize consumers with a power factor that is below a specified value, and offer an incentive to consumers with a good power factor (usually above 0.95) usually I you have solar panels.

This pawor factor encourages customers to install power factor correction equipment in their electrical systems. Benefits of adding power factor correction capacitors to electricity networks include reduced losses, improved voltage, increased system capacity, and, as mentioned above, reduced electricity bills (yes).

Key variables to consider when selecting capacitors for power factor correction include load type, load constancy, load size, load capacity, method of utility billing, and load starting methods.

Power factor correction capacitors are usually installed as banks of capacitors when substations or large facilities are involved.

Depending on the needs of a substation or your farm, fixed or automatically switched capacitor banks can be installed. A fixed power factor capacitor bank can be switched on when the inductive load is on, and switched off when the individual load is off. Such capacitors are energized only when power factor correction is needed. These were sold for individual houses back in the 90's I see them always abandoned on most houses I inspect.......

Large inductive loads such as oil drilling rigs, wind turbines, large motors, arc furnaces, and auto crushers have dynamic load characteristics. These large dynamic loads demand amazingly sophisticated automatic capacitor systems with fast response.

Capacitors for power factor correction come in different types, sizes, and designs.

Harmonics can significantly reduce the life of these capacitor banks. For loads that produce harmonics, a harmonic filter should be added. This filter removes unwanted harmonic frequencies from the electrical system.

Man I have a migraine now.....ha

Yeah this is a complex term and usually handled by engineers...... I knew some Pakistani electrical guys (engineers) that were hired to help this place here in Scottsdale "Dolphinaris" sea park and Aquarium.......

You know your stuff! Yes, wind turbines, arc furnaces(we do own blacksmithing), large motors. I am "off grid" We supply our own power. My Agilent scope measures power factor, THD and mean RMS among others. See the sinewaves had flat tops. At least for the stereo a perfect sinewave per 60 cycles greatly improved it. Other stuff does not benefit as much. Although it can cause things to wear out faster. Installing capacitors that large on site is not cost effective. Hundreds if not thousands of Farads. Big money. Not worth it to me. I am happy with the improvement in the stereo and TV. Other stuff will just have to "suffer". This thing is only 1.5KVA so stereo and TV only. These type of devices do not handle large loads. THD is now .1% on the stereo and TV. Out of the wall it is about 20%. Very high. Much higher than utility power. Since I do not have capacitor banks.

Yeah you could go big if you can get a significant tax savings...... These are options for large Disney World style facilities....

You are just using large amounts of power..... What's your total amperage load coming into your facility ? 1200 x 2 or times three or more.......

There is three phase 1200x3. There is 2phase 800x2,400x4 and 200x6.

The reason for all the taps is there are multiple buildings on the site. in the home there is 2phase 400x2 and 200x1.

I do not mean to be a dick to disclose this okay. Unlike someone we know well I pay I pay substantial taxation. So it might actually be possible if it wiped out all my tax for a few years. The solar and wind did in fact. You need it to subsist here. Many people in this county have no electricity or running water. So you can see why everyone gets a public aid check. The county is the size of a small town. I think my area, it does not really have a name hence no addresses but pop about 20. This property was handed down 8 generations. Even though it is only $150 an Acre people could not afford these large parcels. They have a run down trailer on a lot of acreage. By contrast, what this cost in the good part of Chicago would be a very nice home. Not as large and maybe just 2 acres.

Ha ha ....It sounds like Sub-panel heaven over there...... And there has to be a quantity of buildings.....

You have enough power for welding shops, and other power hungry equipment......

Using the Vapedroid X1C2 in the day and when I get home grab my wood again.....

Yes. My guys do everything. We self subsist. Welding, Blacksmithing. Grow own food ETC. Multiple panels is multiple buildings. 2.5MVA generator, wind, solar. Try to power with the Earth before the generator kicks in. It feeds batteries for storage.

With today's cost of energy you have to be self sufficient......

Got a new mod coming, I should have it Monday or Tuesday......This will be my last mod..... And will make it number ten.... A nice even number....... And you will like it........and me too....you know already what I look for.....

Indeed. I can't wait to se it. I imagine you did not have it made? Since you did not speak of anything in the works. Guy said I messed up the Primo so bad it needs over 20 coats! I will not have it back for a month. Well, at least it was worth the weed wacker now :)

You pack a big Tank! That should suggest the size of your schlong too. Good thing indeed. Finish got messed up getting juice all over it constantly. He said he can buff it shiny but not smooth. He has to make it smooth with many coats of poly. I messed it up I guess. Previous tank leaked a lot. Here is a hint. Vgod does not leak a drop. To 100% seal it put a couple of drops of juice on the bottom of the drip tip before you screw it on and maintain that. Now it is absolutely guaranteed not to leak but doubt it would anyways. It is sealed so well you cannot even over fill it. The "flaps" where you fill it are one way, in only. They will not allow juice out. So in fact coating the connection may not even matter at all anyways. I figure why not though.

Fidola, that Mod is very pretty. Manny, do not give her any ideas on Java :) She needs her money for more important things.
Manny, you have proven you know your stuff but do you know what AHJ is? Up here luckily do not have one. Although my home is built to highest standards. Overhead plumbing, all raceways in EMT ETC.

Yeah with fire coding most of my concerns are smoke detectors, clearances to combustibles, heights of flues, screws for flue attachment, firewalls clearances, breaches in firewalls....... Clearances for fireplaces and venting.........

I have a mod coming tomorrow or Tuesday...... It's a Ti collectors edition #050

Yeah buddy that's for a long trip 28ml of e-juice.... That VGOD Subohm tank is wild..... It doesn't only look good, but it works awesome too ..... Flavor is amazing...

I dropped my Sense Screen from the bathtub too to the ihner base and broke the drip tip...... And it's the screw type and it came with one only....

looks like you have some work to do :teehee:. have/are you going to try to get a new one ?
if you know someone with a mill or lathe, they could ream out a regular DT, then just glue it on.

I tried looking on eBay to see if they are available somewhere without any success....

I contacted Lawless Drip Tips to have one made...... The tip will cost more than the tank.... But I still have (6) could left...... So it's a must have situation.....

my Vaporesso tank. it has a screw off DT, can't open to refill without removing it. I can put a DT that has the o-rings on it , and it fits just fine.
Some of these fuckers want to install proprietary DT's....... It can use 810 but only the ones with dual o-rings..... Everything else falls right off......

Yeah.... I went to check my sugar and it was 54...... Kind of low and dizzy..... And slipped into the bathtub and took all (3-4) mods in with me that had sitting on the tub...

Batteries flying everywhere..... But only broke my tip........ That didn't sound right .......

Manny, that is the Mod I have. top Hat. You paid $15,000? That is the going rate. I know you always get a deal :)
Batteries in tub = bad idea!
They are still running above $850 for a Steel Steel frame..... $1,200 to $1,600 (26650) for a Ti LE and anodized titanium which I love ....... But over $1,800 to $5,000 for a 18650 Which is strange (18650) more ? Maybe it's the form factor...... This will be my smallest mod (I think).....

And the way this was made every piece of Stabwood is laid into the resin, moved, rearranged, rotated before vacuuming and yes the Yihi SX 350J V2 not The V1.......

And you know me by now serial #50 (very low) and yeah Top Hat is out of business closed for Good....... Which I also prefer...

Dimensions: 83mm high 54mm wide and 24mm (frame) with rounded edges....... It took me a while to find one...... I have seen them in Kuwait, Turkey, And Russia (countries) I don't buy anything.....no matter what.......

These mods are definitely art work...... The maker is an artist... It uses Mitec switches, brass caps with copper contacts..... And that 45° cut for the fire button.....

I'll post images when it lands......

I looked and everywhere I locate one it's $1,700 + ..... that's if you find one...... People say ahh one day they will be $150 bucks .....

I say cool I'll buy a couple of more..... Mine is in the mail with DHL....... Maybe Wednesday delivery...... This will be my final buy for 2019

I was able to find a Hussar Torpedo micro RTA..... Rare and sexy..... That one is coming from Poland..... 22mm
