I've been to Arizona once, didn't get the opportunity for much site seeing. It's on my bucket list to spend some time at some historic sites one day there and in Texas as well.
It's definitely a different kind of heat! We'll hit 104 with the humidity here where I am in Canada, usually in July. I was in Arizona in late May and man.....instant sweat!

I am so sorry about Levi. My friends doggie passed tonight. Dougie is having a bit of trouble but looks like 3 surgeries worked pretty good. I was not about to give up on new kitten just because his penis was deformed. Once again, that shit is by no means funny.
I can be blamed for kid mentality often I suppose. Or at least attempting to start shit. Luckily no one ever takes the bait here. Good job on that folks! I am a known shit talker. Nah, he is not okay he passed away tonight with no warning. Thank you for sympathy. That is the thing. I will keep an animal alive at any cost(not just monetary) Until they are in misery. That is when I call it quits. They do in fact have euthanasia for humans too. It is called hospice. I have noted to die naturally in my own home regardless of any mitigating circumstances. Be I in pain or otherwise.
I am glad you folks are old enough to appreciate Bogart and the females understanding of men too. This is unrelated but a tidbit. Frank Sinatra was a close friend of mine. I once told him I would outlive him no doubt. Of course I did not partake in any of that kind of nonsense. I watched him powder his nose. I left the room too.
Once one kitty went to the vet sick. The vet gave him some meds and said he will be fine. Took him home and unrelated had a heart attack died on the spot. I was mortified. Scoping up and burying your beloved pet is hard. Especially for very sensitive types. Me and my Brother shall be laid to rest on our property with the deceased animals. We do this right and take it seriously. My brother used to love he animals. He is honestly fine at 104 years old, he just has no more lung function but he never smoked. Something is going to quit by then. Oldest in my family was 123. Oldest ever in world was 132.
So my nurse is just like MacGyver. He prefers "super neeger". He just made me a freaking incredible forever indestructible 600ml ejuice squeeze bottle in the autoclave. He made from a material called "tpe". I will never have to buy a stinking bottle again until my state bans it or whatever. Like I said you can still get it if you care to disregard the law. I would probably not recommend that as an Attorney. I have enough for 50+ years now. I will not live that long under any circumstances. Unless some medical breakthrough.
So I realized I remember one phrase in German other than dog training. As you know Dog's must be properly trained in German. I had trained hundreds of them for Law Enforcement, special needs ETC. I do not much care for Dogs but we keep many nonetheless. so here goes. Warning, this is very nasty!

I have bought a VA before for 70% off. So it just goes to show. The Thor II at $270 is plenty pricey for Asmodus and it is never included in their sales. They did once by mistake and I snatched 3 of them then. They caught it quickly though.
Unfortunately it appears that the wood is already expanding on this VA! There is no visible gap yet but I had to loosen the battery terminal a lot just now. It is absorbing it from the inside out most certainly. My tank does not leak a drop. I cover it in juice every time I fill it due to my condition. Of course I quickly wipe it but obviously the damage is already done. I will certainly purchase another Primo. Even though VA was not nice to me it hardly matters to me. I like the product. My fault I destroy them too. However this time it is most certainly getting coated with Poly. That will most definitely put an end to this issue since it is occurring from the outside. I am not one to keep wasting money. Trust me on that. I did a few times counting on the wax. So much for that wax though. Maybe it is not too late to save this one with the Danish oil I just ordered with any luck. Thank you jinx'd.

Well you’ve definitely found an old classic movie fan here!! Do you get the TCM Network? I’m usually watching or recording a movie on that channel 90% of the those especially made before 1950 or in black and white!
I joined Twitter because of Boston sports and @TCM and @TCMParty which is a movie that’s been picked out beforehand and viewers discuss the movie, the production and any history of the making of the movie and actors. It can be very entertaining or sobering but I can’t recommend it enough!
It’s like sitting in your living room or theater and watching/discussing an older classic movie with a bunch of friends. So if you get that network I highly recommend it!! And once a movie has been shown on its network it will be available on its online site also with people discussing many of the same issues discussed on the Twitter group.
So there’s lots of ways to get that movie festival experience including at the @TCM Network including WiFi including the old movies that made up the Golden Years of Hollywood!
Maybe I’ll see you there it’s definitely a place to checkout if you like old no movies!!

Damn, Manny you even know what TPE is! You know your shit! this is why you make much more than some dodo handyman home inspectors without a license even. Some things with my home I do not care for like I had mentioned but it is not exactly like I have room to complain about this place. I bet it would take you 2 months to inspect this property? everything total under roof is about 11 million square feet. Our residence is "only" 74,000 square feet with a 24,000 SF basement and 17,000 SF sub basement. All the other stuff is just open barns, arenas, animal shelters etc. In fact you cannot even go into half of it due to dangerous animals unless we temporarily relocate them for you to do the inspection. I really do not think you would do this in a day. There are multiple wells, septic systems, electrical 3 phase sub panels, pumps, generators, various chemical and grain dispensing, hazardous materials handling and disposal, gasoline dispensing, solar, wind, geo thermal and the list goes on LOL. You would love it. Of course I am not in need of a home inspection though. If I ever was I would certainly want you though if you are up to it and I would send a plane to get you. I have never honestly encountered anyone that knows what you do and I know at least maybe 5-7 home inspectors. These are in fact decent ones but nothing like you. I am not just ringing your bell. You are the real deal my man. I am very glad that you do have consistent work. Obviously your service speaks for itself and that appears to be well known I suppose. Ride the bike lately? Yeah TPE is usually found on high end buildings, it's an expensive component but has an expected life of 50 years plus.....
The last building I inspected with a TPE membrane, it was a building made for Revlon in Phoenix....... That material doesn't mess around as a roof protective cover .....no joke....
If you spray it every 7-9 years with a coat of Elastomeric sealant it will outlast the building ..... 125 years +
But nothing like slate, I saw a house in England with a slate roof (a church) the slate roof was over 1,500 years old.......

Go figure Manny, our residence's roof is slate! So are many of the floors and walls. I really like the look of it. The only reason we picked it. I had no idea it was ultra durable. That is very good news indeed however.
I realized something. It is all blue states banning vaping. I am in a very red state and the Governor fully backs it. He said he will even pull an executive order on it. He will not have to. All these rednecks want it. They are sold on it is better than tobacco. Which is in fact true. Perhaps rednecks not so stupid after all. So me personally, I doubt I have anything to worry about. I am wondering if trump really said go smoke? I know he goes where the money is but his base is all red. The last thing he wants to do is alienate his base and not win again. In fact I am betting that he does win again. Even if he must resort to playing dirty which we all know is certainly not beyond him. Look what he just did last week. It already got him started on impeachment proceedings. It will go nowhere. He is untouchable. No, I do not love him at all but I do not hate him either. Simply because hate is not in me. I embrace everyone. Well, maybe not Hitler and a few others of his ilk. You know, red blue. Heck I am just black but that is besides the point. That is a joke BTW. Actually right now it is not even so funny. Hatred is higher than it has been in years. Up here everyone is brothers and sisters regardless their background. We must all help each other to survive and since I help the most I am the most endeared citizen in these parts. Plenty of hail, no golf balls. I hate golf. This is a high end property but the landscaping is absolute crap here. It goes with the territory. This is a "dude ranch", not some fancy living. Even though I guess it actually is by most peoples standards. Inside, not out though. There are sink holes in the lawn 40 feet deep and ponds of scum breeding mosquitos among other insects. I did not abuse the land. It is in it's natural untouched state of wetlands as I wanted to maintain it. I am not one to wreck/beautify the earth. It is actually healthier this way. Of course the appropriate affected animals are vaccinated for airborne insect infestation.
I am not sure this is ruined yet. I don't know. I need to bring it to a vape shop to check out. I will give it to him if it is going south. I do not mean to be a dick but I do not want to give away a good $550 Mod I got 3 weeks ago either. I can't imagine it degraded that quickly. there is no visible gap but why did I have to let the battery terminal all the way out now? very odd indeed? It was the right thing to give it to him. Kindness is never totally un-rewarded, imho. We’re not trying to get stuff out of you. Most of us don’t need to. I don’t like taking things either, but it’s life, man. Give and take. Hope you feel better today,

Thank you. I do indeed. Sometimes pain just flares up. It is called "breakthrough pain" when very serious meds fail to work sometimes. The brain is a very complex thing you know LOL. It was certainly the right thing to do. I did not mean to sound like a dick. I am very happy and am glad he is too. I am not sure this one is wrecked at all but not entirely sure why I had to unscrew the battery terminal some. One explanation is not all batteries are the same exact length and his is a different battery than before. I hope that Danish oil works though. I will be rather unhappy if this one is gone in but three weeks however.
Maybe you should refinish it before using it. Or have a helper fill the tank for you.
Breakthrough pain is pretty dreadful. Hopefully they can change your meds or the dosage to deal with it. Glad you’re doing better though.

No, I am already on a nearly lethal dosage. of the strongest stuff. We cannot discuss that here. They can't increase it or change it. Nowhere to go with it any longer. Luckily it is not often I have breakthrough and I do have meds for that too but those fail as well. I jerk around so hard I get whiplash again and again. Thank goodness it was just the battery after all. I put back the other battery and had to screw the pin back in! Phew. I saw no gap, so I was like what the heck it cannot be rotted yet. I would actually be pretty sure the synthetic spray wax has made it 100% water proof as it is supposed to. Probably in fact better than the Danish oil .If I do elect to use the Danish oil I will have to strip the wax off or it simply will not absorb the oil. It will just sit on top of the wax and be all greasy.
I never thought you folks "wanted" anything from me. Not at all. You folks here are certainly not "users". I respect you all in here. You have all proven yourselves to be good caring people. I think most here are good..... I sent once some tanks and mods to a guy who wanted to sell them and make some money for himself.......
He sold them and kept all the money.....I lost over a thousand dollars on that scheme.......
