This Folomov charger is the best one I ever had and I have had most of them. It is a bit tedious, needing to set the current each time for each cell. No big deal to me. However, charging 4 cells at 2 Amps it tends to get much too hot, to the point of concern. Let alone 3 amps, and it goes up to 8 amps! Egads! Using it "properly" at 1 Amp or under it is a fine machine. Of course you can abuse anything. It does not mean that you should! I have had this thing for over a year. I think I have mentioned it here before. I am just mentioning it now because I just overheated it, Duh!
I used to love it, but not so much anymore. It used to have a cool vibe, but they gentrified so many places, it’s very nauseating. You can see what the political vibe is like anyways by the ban.
Holy crap! I found very high quality gallons for around $90 or less! You read that right! That has to be even cheaper than DIY? They are also completely custom made for you. You can get any PG/VG you want plus any nic/salt. You want 5,000mg nic? No problem, go kill yourself. Then she will oblige! You do have to email her a pic of your ID since she is legit with the FDA. That is a good thing honestly. You know she is not putting some shit in it then. In USA but she is Korean. South of course. Real nice too. Also hundreds of flavors to choose. Let's now compare it to a comparable high end unfinished Asmodus/Ultroner. The VA, you can feel the knots in the wood where they did not even bother to sand it whatsoever. The Asmodus is as smooth as a babies butt. At this price point the Chinese have an eye for quality. This is not Walmart level Chinese goods. You should see these factories. You could eat off the floor. The Philippine factories pale by comparison. ISO 9001/2 certified by US standards. Inspected by US officials. You screw up you get beat. That I do not at all agree with but it is their way there. They take this serious with their life literally. It is like how Japan was in the late 70's. In fact it could almost be called the "new" Japan, or "emerging" Japan at this level. $200-$400USD is a fortune to them and they take great pride in making that kind of stuff. VA does not give a crap anymore. I have watched the decline of VA over the years. Both as a product and as a company/people. Now they are in a place where they are at the very beginning of the end. Pretty soon China is going to put them under. Just wait. I can almost bet on their inevitable demise due to their high end Chinese counterparts. Oh, yeah the old ones are super high quality and highly coveted. As of right now I consider them disposable. They even drastically lowered the prices! That alone speaks volumes as to what is taking place. I paid over $900 for the Primo I gave Jinx'd. I paid about $550 for the replacement of it and it is of even lower quality! They know it is almost over so they do not even care anymore. Most likely the reason for the CS I received. With Asmodus' constant 30% sales you cannot go wrong but unfortunately never on Thor II "yet". They will do so as it ages. I cannot wait for the knife Friday! At worst that is akin to a good Chinese $300 knife I got for a complete total of under $21. At best it passes for a $5,500 custom knife. In fact I am having no doubt the latter without even having even seen it yet just judging from their Stabwood Mods. This knife will most likely be my new "EDC" which BTW, is unseating a $12,000 custom knife. If it is of that caliber which I have no doubt already. They told me that it is in fact a 2-1/2" blade which if correct is in fact legal to carry and my ideal EDC size. It appeared larger than that to me though. We shall see Tomorrow! I really do hope I can carry it. Even the clip pouch looks to be top notch quality. It is stitched with leather, through hole. I mean this is crazy for under $21. Lower MAH but higher current. They are certainly better than all these crap re-wraps though like coil art and Hohm.
I also am now concerned about this folomov charger. I think it is great. However it does get warm enough to blur the screen and nowhere does it state that it has overheat protection. Although I would be highly surprised if it did not. since it has every other type of protection. It says it is fire proof anyhow.

If the charger is running hot, it might make the batteries run down fast. I had a usb charger that killed a bunch of all-in-one mods when I first started vaping again. But they were Smok, so they maybe just died of bad quality.

The charger is not heating up. The batteries get warm(not hot) when you charge at such high amperage. You/I really should not be doing so but I am an idiot like that. The odd thing is some of these 40T's. The Mod stops while here is still about 25% of the charge left. I have no idea what is up with that but it is the cells themselves not the charger or the Mods.
I forgot to tell DonBaldy that that knife is absolutely NOT lasered Damscus! It is indeed the real thing! It is laminated over a core. however William Henry Studio has been known to sell $250,000 knives with those types of blades. I hope it is a decent base metal at least. Even 420HC is okay if it is heat treated okay but the Chinese are not very god at that. it may be an American blade for all we know. Otherwise it may be "can" Damascus if it is Chinese but for $21 that is just fine too. there are plenty of several thousand dollar knives of canned Damascus too. It was worth $21, I know that much!
