Setting ambitious goals feels great, but at the same time, it can make you feel overwhelmed if you don't even know where to start.

This is why breaking your goals into small actionable steps is important. Defining the action steps makes it easier for you to stick to your goals. Also, you need to be absolutely sure of why you're putting in the work to achieve the goal. Make a list of specific tasks to complete each day.

Set a deadline for each of the smaller goals. Having specific, and time-bound tasks will keep you focused and on track. Work toward one action at a time.

The brain-gut connection is a north-south expressway that links emotions like anxiety and stress to stomach and gut problems and can turn digestive woes into emotional turmoil.

That’s because your gut contains the enteric nervous system (ENS), which is made up of two thin layers of more than 100 million nerve cells that line your gastrointestinal tract.

  5. Massage It In As A Hair Oil: Boil coconut oil, a small onion bulb (yes, you read that right) and Ajwain seeds together. Once cooled and strained, massage this mixture into your hair and scalp. You can leave this on for at least one hour before rinsing off up to twice a week.
The active compounds in Ajwain seeds are what help this spice work its magic on hair. It acts as an antimicrobial which keeps hair follicles clear, decreases hair loss, and increases blood circulation and nutrient absorption, all of which make for stronger and healthier hair!
