And the powers that should not be are always trying to ramp it up again. Only about six weeks ago they tried to re-institute airport masking, and began hinting about new lockdowns, but the public outcry over it was loud and unmistakable, so they abandoned.

They need something to prevent the 2024 national election.

It's what I've said all along, and the Covid hoax was only an attempted grand finale. Get us in fear, make us broke and dependent, restrict our resources and get us to blame the losses, shortages and prices on each other, get us at each other's throats. But the civil war they wanted, in order for the UN totalitarian world government to step in with permanent martial law, didn't happen, but still could.

Roasted Curry Cauliflower with Snap Peas and Wild Rice
(full recipe in this email below)
Dig into a flavorful cauliflower stir-fry with wild rice and spinach. Packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with flavors, this dish will not only satisfy your taste buds but also provide you with essential nutrients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower trim off leaves and thick stalk
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 2 small yellow beets trimmed and peeled
  • 4 cups spinach raw
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 oz snap peas trimmed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to bake at 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the nutritional yeast, black pepper, maple syrup, Dijon mustard and curry.
  3. Place the cauliflower head on a large piece of foil and spread the curry mixture over the cauliflower. Wrap up the cauliflower.
  4. Wrap up the prepared beets in foil.
  5. Place both the cauliflower head and the beets in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile prepare the spinach and set aside.
  7. In a large pan, heat the vegetable broth and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the snap peas and cover with a lid and allow them to steam cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the wild rice and heat it through.
  8. Divide the cauliflower, beets, and rice mixture on to two plates and serve.
NOTE: If you wish you can cut up the cauliflowers into bite size pieces before cooking.You can also cook the spinach along with the rice dish by adding it to the rice mixture, cover the pan and cook until wilted.

Plastic water bottles and canned food liners are everywhere.

How many doctors did you see before you got diagnosed with fibromyalgia?
I know this may sound odd, but fibromyalgia doesn’t cause anything! It’s simply a name that describes a group of symptoms that make up the syndrome known as fibromyalgia.
Once you get the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, doctors will tell you, all your symptoms are due to your fibromyalgia. They tell you that your low energy is because of fibromyalgia. Your chronic pain in your feet, hands, low back, neck, shoulders and legs is due to fibromyalgia. You can’t sleep because of fibromyalgia. Your irritable bowel, low moods, brain fog, and restless legs are all due to fibromyalgia.
But fibromyalgia doesn’t cause chronic pain, fatigue, poor sleep, irritable bowel, restless legs, brain fog, anxiety, or depression commonly associated with the syndrome. These symptoms or warning signs, are simply a clue that something is wrong with one or more of the body’s systems-Thus the warning sign.
It’s worth repeating-fibromyalgia is a name, a name given to a group of common symptoms associated with the syndrome known as fibromyalgia. It doesn’t cause the symptoms!
Doctors typically spend less than 10 minutes with their patients. There is little time to find the underlying causes of fibromyalgia. Instead doctors are focused on reducing or suppressing the symptoms of fibromyalgia with drug therapy. Drugs can be helpful, especially short term, and sometimes they are the best, or only option. However, drugs treat symptoms, not causes. Drugs don’t make you healthy, and to reverse fibromyalgia you must get healthy....
