What should you be eating?
When we were young we were taught that if we ate veggies, fruit, meat, and some form of carbs, we’d grow up to be healthy, happy individuals.
Now I look back, and I wish it would be as easy as eating broccoli and carrots Jim!
I can’t remember how many times I needed to check my food cheatsheet to see if there was something on the restaurant menu that fit my diet…
Or call my doctor to ask if eating specific food would make me fall off the wagon…
Maybe you’re just like me and you also spent hours and hours consulting with practitioners, looking for the perfect diet that would help manage allergic flare-ups, inflammation, and other conditions that can be triggered by the food.
