So sorry about this Claudia.I'm a lot stabby today. A dear mostly online friend, a poodle breeder I have known online and on the phone for at least 12 years, is quickly losing her battle with lung cancer. She is a super person, honest, kind, caring, and this just isn't fair.

We just went to Spooktacular at the Henry Doorly. We actually did an over night "camp" there staying in the Madagascar building. Was a pretty cool experience! Don't have much in this state but lucky to have the zoo we have.

I have a 2010 17" I7 MacBook Pro and a couple months ago I had to replace LCD, video card (motherboard had to be shipped to Cali to have a new one soldered on), and hard drive lost all data. Now the hard drive I think is basically shot as of this week. Ordered a 400some GB solid state one. Asking myself at what point I should have just bought a new computer.... At least there's not much left to go out on it knock on wood..
This was my first Mac, bought used a couple (or 3) years ago. I don't think I have put into it what a new one would cost with the same specs fortunately still and definitely is a powerful creature when hardware isn't dieing. But boy is it getting annoying.
