11C and 12C light jacket or long sleeve shirt temps, not cold. 0C and 1C borderline cold... But in your weakened state I could see why you think it's cold. Poor Doggie...

To demonstrate you'd first need to switch your aircon to 52 Fahrenheit. That will feel like normal long sleeve weather
But then hit the switch to change to Celsius. It'll knock you in the face like a brick
